From day 1 this place has been not only fun to visit, but thorough throughout each cleaning/eval. My kids ASK to go to the dentist! I have a 7, 6 and 3 year old. My youngest had her 1st visit here @ 1 and she LOVED it. Mind you she didn't like brushing her teeth then. That's how well trained/educated, and awesome they truly are! As you walk in they have a great selection of Lego magazines and video games my boys love. They can't wait to play a video game or movie while getting their cleaning/eval. My daughter goes back and forth from the playroom next door to the examining room, to the huge stuffed animals/monkeys sitting around. Love Dr. Lee AND his friendly staff! He has saved us so much $$$$ other dentist insist in spending on baby teeth. He is always helpful with finding the cheapest option and fixing the problem as soon as possible. Love that he explains things in a simple & clear manner. He even draws as he explains or shows you on your child/ x-ray. He even sold us a whole brushing kit 1/2 the price we spent on a Sonicare single toothbrush. I was amazed how much we saved. He even told us what store has the best bargin on brush heads. Dr. Mike and his staff are amazing. They have thought of everything when it comes to dealing with kids. They are great at adapting their services to all children. They have a great toy room to get the younger kiddos ready comfortable and ready for their first cleaning. They have video games, books, magazines, etc. for the older kids. Everyone in the office is so personable and make you feel like you've been coming in forever. Dr. Mike sits down with you and your child and really takes the time with you. That being said they are quick and efficient. We are typically in and out with in 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Mike to any one I know with children. read more

Woohoo! We have found the Temecula-area dentist for our teen. Dr. Lee and his staff are fantastic. Today, Jennifer was our hygienist and she was personable and warm and very encouraging...making sure my daughter understood how she needs to improve her brushing habits. Absolutely AMAZING! Took both my toddlers for their first visit and they have been telling everyone we know how much they love the dentist. Office decor, toys, and games are obviously appealing to children, BUT the staff knows exactly how to keep them calm, happy and entertained all while getting their teeth cleaned and sitting through a dental examination. The hygenists were great and Dr. Mike was great too. He took the time to thoroughly discuss the examination and go over general children's dental health info. My son had an infection in his tooth and when I found out it was an abscess, I began to read horrible things online about what could happen to him due to the infection. They scheduled me right away and assured me that it was OK. The staff and Dr. Lee are very educational and helpful. What can I say about Dr. Lee and his staff that hasn't already been mentioned in the other reviews! Dr. Lee and his staff are by far the most amazing office. We have been taking our daughter here for the last 2 years and do not have one complaint. When you enter the office, you are welcomed with a fun, jungle theme waiting area. The ladies upfront are always wonderful. When brought back, there are TVs on the ceilings for the kids to play games or watch a movie as they're getting their teeth cleaned. The ladies in the back are awesome as well! My daughter had 1 more baby tooth that needed to be pulled before her orthodontist appointment and Dr. Lee was very good at explaining to both my daughter and I was he was going to be doing from start to end. As my daughter was freaking out beforehand and started to cry before the procedure, Dr. Lee was very empathetic and reassured her she was going to be okay. He spoke to her about the movie she was watching to keep her mind off of everything during the extraction and BAM, he was done. She didn't even know he took the tooth out. For someone who just had her tooth removed and was a hot mess beforehand, she sure did walked out of there with the biggest smile. She loves getting the report card after about her teeth and we are so far, cavity free! Do yourself and your kids a favor, see Dr. Lee and his exceptional staff! You will not regret it. I lied, my only complaint would be that he doesn't see adult patients as I wish my dentist was this awesome! read more

Have been going here since June when my daughter slipped in the shower and forced both of her front teeth up into her gums. They took such great care of her and helped calm my nerves about how she would look and feel the days following her accident. They are the only kids dentist I have ever been to that is fully equipped to entertain kids in a waiting room. I never have to feel bad about bringing one child (I have two) to the others appointment because they not only have a great waiting room but they have a whole playroom in the back of the office to allow parents to focus on the kid in the chair while the other is playing. My son had a crown put on and they did so great about explaining everything to him and making it painless. Yesterday I took both my kids in for a cleaning and my appointment was a 10am, we arrived at 9:50 and before I could even sit down after checking in we were called back, they did both kids side by side and we were done and out the there by 10:24 read more

Thanks again Yelpers! Dr Lee is a wonderful dentist! So I called on Wednesday and got my appointment today for my twin 8 year olds. We arrived, about 3 minutes early and opened the door to an amazing office with video games and a pinball type machine! My boys were already loving it. We were taken back promptly (so appreciated). The exam area is awesome. The kids can play video games or watch movies during their cleaning/exam and parents can sit right there with them. For parents with multiple kids, they can do them at the same time! Both hygenists were great. Dr Lee is very personable, professional and caring. I was concerned and didn't want x-rays. He took the time to show me a chart regarding radiation exposure (you get more from a plane ride!) and helped me make an informed decision without making me feel bad with that decision either way. Having had worked as a Dental Manager for years in the dental industry, Dr. Mike Lee is still my choice as a pediatric dentist! My kids have been at this office for years now. Dr. Lee has a really nice bedside manner and very conservative which I love. The staff in the front are nice. I can't say enough about the girls in the back they are always sooo nice and great with my kids! My only hiccup today was that my son needs treatment and are wanting to also prep for "gas". I personally don't care for "gas" and being that my son has had treatment done before and didn't need it, I voiced that I didn't want "gas". It doesn't matter if my insurance covers it or not, it's a preference. Joanne proceeds to tell me if he needs it and we didn't prep for "gas" then I would waste there time and she then cleaned it up and said it would be a waste of my time as well. This rubbed me the wrong way because I would never have addressed a patient or a patients mom in such a way. I would have preferred her to tell me that "they would hate to reschedule the appointment, if it doesn't go as I'd like" versus "you would waste our time". This is the second time Joanne has come across a bit condescending. Trust me when I say if my kid needed "gas" regardless of the cost or if it was covered or not, he would get "gas"! I've been around patients and kids long enough to understand the process. I did make an appointment for treatment and will have my kid prepped for "gas" because God forbid I waste anyone's time if it doesn't go as I planned. read more

Let me just start by saying that Dr. Lee and his staff are AMAZING. I had a super bad experience at another dentist office with my daughter (overcharging, excessive work), and was referred to Dr. Lee by a TON of people in a community facebook forum. We live in Menifee, so it is a drive, but oh my goodness, it is SO worth it. They are the kindest and most caring people every (yes, all of them!). Both my kids absolutely loved it. Rather than jumping in to a bunch of work, Dr. Lee made sure we knew which teeth we're keeping an eye on and wants to build a repoir with my son (who needs a filling) before going in and doing the work. I have nothing but nice things to say and honestly, I'm slightly at a loss for words, because putting this office and the people in it into words is so very hard as words simply don't do them justice. I have preached to everybody that will listen how great they are, and I figured I might as well finally do it here too! If you're within driving distance to come here, do it! You are not just another number here....they truly care about what they're doing and it's so incredibly refreshing to find a pediatric dentist I can trust my little ones with. read more

It was our first time here and we didn't wait long at all before we were seen. The Staff was so friendly and thorough. They had tvs for the kids to watch while getting their teeth examined. We had Brittany With My one year old, we went into a separate playroom where he sat on my lap & they had a cushion to lay him backwards on so he's still partially still with me. They gave me all kinds of helpful useful paperwork of proper dental care. Brittany was nice and was very patient with my fussy 13m old. After the staff checked and cleaned the teeth we saw the dentist and he answered all of my questions and was very helpful. He made sure to explain everything in my daughters X-ray and to help prevent her cavities from further growth. When we were done one of the girls made my kids ballon animals which was adorable and really sealed the deal for my kids to love the dentist!! We got goodie bags with new toothbrushes and accessories. This has been the best dentist we've been too. So glad this place was recommended to us from a friend especially just moving into the area. read more

This dental office is awesome for kids. Right when you enter you are welcomed with colorful walls and a friendly staff. I usually am used to waiting for about 25 minutes before being seen but they took me in only after 5 minutes. I have two kids and they worked on both of them at the same time which was very convenient. They got to sit in chairs side by side. Each chair has a television on the ceiling so the kids can watch while getting work done. The girls who worked on my son and daughter were very patient with them and friendly. DR Lee is great. He gave my kids handshakes and high fives. My sons little zipper bag that the girls gave him filled with a toothbrush and floss broke and I told him we would fix it when we get home but Dr Lee insisted on fixing it, which I thought was so sweet since usually doctors just care about getting in and out and moving on to the next patient.
