I've been taking my kids here for almost 3 years. The staff and Dr Lee are great. They all work well and my kids are not scared to go to the dentist which is a plus for me. The reason for giving them 4 stars is the fact that they charge you when you reschedule an appointment. My kids were both sick and had an appointment together so I called in to reschedule. They had mentioned since this is my first time to reschedule, they won't charge me. Who does that?!? read more

Took my 1 year old son in for his first dentist visit today. I love this place!! We first met the dental hygienist, Jennifer. She was amazing with my son! So patient and caring. Then we met Dr. Lee... well, the reviews don't lie, this doctor is fantastic with kids! Kind, patient, knowledgeable, and will take the time to talk with you and answer any questions you may have. Here's why: - takes my insurance (MetLife) - ample parking - Confirm your appt via text message as well as a reminder text 1 hour before - Waiting room is equip with FREE arcade and 2 Playstations for the kids - Was seen within 10 minutes of my appt time - Kind staff always willing to help, give referrals etc. - 5 year old is given a warm welcome, sunglasses (for the scary lights) and allowed to play games or watch a movie during her exam (Screens are in ceiling) - While I wait with my 2 year old son, Dr. Lee has a fully equip waiting room complete with changing station, toys, books etc. to keep my other child busy. Everything was clean and organized. - Dr. Lee comes to personally give you your child's results, answer any questions and give you HONEST feedback on any next steps - My daughter walks out with a smile on her face and a goodie bag filled with a pink toothbrush, Minnie Mouse toothbrush travel cap, toothpaste, floss, stickers/tattoos, and a Xylitol lollipop. As we walk to the car my daughter says " Mommy, I LOVE going to the Dentist" if that isn't a testimonial for Dr. Lee and his amazing practice nothing is. I love this office! My two kids have had their fair share of work done. Dr Lee is so caring and sensitive. I like that he wants the parents with the kids the whole time. I've had pediatric dentists that would not allow parents in the treatment room. It nice to be there and see the whole procedure and know the kids are being treated well the whole time. Dr Lee and his wife really are top notch. My daughter unfortunately has really soft teeth and we knew early on she'd have issues. As a paranoid father I really did my research before allowing anyone to put her to sleep. (I even researched Dr Johnson prior to committing to anything) Both Dr Lee and his staff answered all of our questions including further questions later by phone. My daughter had a few cavities filled, a spacer put in place and 4 crown implants. Though my daughters teeth needed fixed she had a beautiful smile and I've seen some horrible crown work on people so naturally the idea of her getting fake teeth had me worried. After her surgery she awoke literally pain free. We gave her tylenol only once due to a little discomfort but I really have to emphasize it was minor. Most importantly her teeth are beautiful! I feel horrible that she had to have 4 replaced but when she smiles you almost can't tell the difference between her "new" teeth and her old ones. Dental work has come a long way. She's looking forward to starting school with her new smile. We're looking forward to bringing all of our children back to Dr.Lee. read more

I moved out of the area recently and am currently looking for another Pediatric Dentist as good as Dr Lee. Not happening. Dr Lee never pushed procedures that weren't necessary. He always wanted to weigh the balance of your child's trust/anxiety/experience vs the necessity of the procedure. He told me one time that yes my son had a cavity but the tooth was probably going to fall out before it would become an issue. I appreciated his honesty. In another situation I was cleaning my son's teeth and a hard piece of his tooth came off. I freaked out and they fit my son in within the hour even though they were closed that day. Turned out it was tartar and there was no concern, they were just happy I got it off. Save yourself the grief of going anywhere else, this place is the best! read more

Dr. Mike and his office are great! Very clean office J The office is very patient, caring, and understanding children's emotions. Dr. Mike explains step by step the work he's going to be doing. He's very specific and to the point. He doesn't do any unnecessary work!! My favorite part of his practice is that he taught my children how to take care of their teeth. Not by the basic understanding of flossing and brushing, but also by way of explaining how each individual food group and the affect that they have in their teeth. Dr. Mike went as far as teaching my daughter what kind food is healthy for her teeth to have and what's not. read more

I feel lucky that I have found a Pediatric Dentist that my kids look forward to going to. My older daughter was always afraid of going to the dentist so it was something that I delayed. When I had my youngest I realized it was a true necessity. Based on previous Yelp reviews I thought that Temecula Kids Dentistry would be worth trying. Boy was I right! My kids are excited when they have dental appointments, which I never ever expected. This office is a pleasure to visit. The staff are always friendly, patient, and willing to answer any of my questions. They are more than fair on their pricing and I feel like my children are cared about. They hygienists are great - always keep my kids happy with giggles, very gentle and warm. The ceiling mounted movies & video games don't hurt either. Dr. Lee is just the BEST. He is straight forward and an absolute pro. I have heard him humming when he works which comforts my girls when they're in the chair & under the bright light. As good as it gets. Brought my 2 boys in on Monday 3/21. When I made the appointment the girl was very nice and explained my insurance benefits without rushing or trying to get rid of me right away. Upon coming in, there are 2 arcade games and 2 video games in the waiting room. In the back, there is a big room with 4 tables that the kids lay on, with a video game and/or movie to watch/play on the ceiling while they're getting their teeth done. HOW COOL IS THAT!?! There's also other video games in this room and MINE CRAFT!!! Stuffed animals all over and paintings of animals on the wall. Very cute and very kid friendly. The dental hygienists are very nice and also kid friendly. When we met Dr. Mike, he explained what my kids needed in detail and also emphasized to me that the most important thing to him is doctor-patient relationship and suggested what he thought would be the most comfortable way of treating my son so that he won't fear going back to the dentist. Before we left, the kids got to choose a toy from the treasure box. When we left, my boys were so excited about going to the dentist. This is very cool!! Best dentist we've ever been to! Dr. Lee (and all of his staff) are so kind, gentle, so great with kids! They somehow got x-rays done, cavities filled on my 5 year old where numerous dentists have failed in the past. And, they go above and beyond to be helpful - we are moving back to the OC in a couple of months, Dr. Lee gave me a referral to a few good dentists over there, and they emailed me a copy of my son's x-rays along with instructions as to where the new dentist would need to pick up and finish the work that Dr. Lee has started. They also emailed me that they had credited back my account $45 that I didn't even know I had coming back to me. I am sad that we will not be able to continue to see Dr. Lee but if you are looking for a quality dentist for your children look no further and make sure you give this office a call! read more

I brought in a traumatized 7 year old and left with a happy child. He needed so much work done and their anesthesiologist is just great! The root canals, fillings, sealants, all of it works great and no defective work at all. I paid a lot out of pocket, insurance did not match, but WORTH every penny. They work with you on a financial plan too. Now I switched dental insurance and looking forward to staying with Dr. Lee. Even my husband and I begged to be a patient, but we are too old :) Maybe Dr. Lee has a relative who can take us older folks on...Great environment, wonderful staff. Have children? We just moved to the area about a couple of months ago and my kids were due for their cleaning. Made an appointment with the office and was accommodated in a timely manner (which I loved, prior dental office took months for a cleaning) We arrived to my appointment (3 kids) I had my paperwork filled out online and already complete, didn't even wait 5 minutes in the lobby. They took all 3 back and got right to work. All the staff were extremely nice and informative and answered the kids concerns and talked them through it all. After that we met with Dr. Lee and I loved him. Very informative answered all questions and the best part is he's honest! He's not immediately saying they need work when we can wait it out. Love Dr. Lee and his staff. Office is clean and kid friendly, they are always on time with appointments and prompt on getting you in.

So beyond impressed with this office. My son was complaining of tooth pain so I called Dr. Lee's staff to fit him in. They said Dr. Lee was leaving for vacation the next day but could fit him in last minute. He ended up have a popcorn kernel stuck which they removed. BY FAR, THE BEST. Dr. Lee and his staff are exceptional. Go above and beyond, not only for their small patients, but for the parents, too. Our 2yr old broke her front tooth, needed extraction. From beginning to end everyone there was SO wonderful, caring, and empathetic, that our daughter didn't cry ONCE. Not once. The kid who cries when she has a hair on her finger, or mud on her toe, did not cry once having her tooth removed. It could've been the sweet ladies that called her by name and spent time with her prior to the procedure; Maybe it was the awesome playroom she chilled in beforehand; Or it could've been the movie 'Frozen' playing on the ceiling and cozy blanket they laid on her before the Doc came in..... Maybe it was the fact that Dr.Lee sang to her ever so sweetly while he was working on her. So many positive things to list. They made our worries fly out the door, and our daughter feel so special during such a scary time for us all. We are so thankful for this place and everyone who works here! Both my children see Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee is awesome and I like that he always gives the option of several plans of action. His Staff is amazing! I've had to call on Dr. Lee for 2 emergency situations with my nieces and couldn't have been more pleased. We were not price gouged due to the emergent situation. (One of them was at 7pm on a Saturday) Most recently my 7 yr old son needed extensive dental work and to be honest I was quite nervous due to the sedation (laughing gas etc). The ladies on staff were great with him and Dr. Lee worked as fast as he could and got everything done and was always concerned for my sons comfort. My son had only minimal discomfort once we were home and Tylenol helped that. That's pretty amazing considering all the work he did. After a bitter first experience my daughter had with another dentist at a different location, I chose this Dentist based on the reviews and feedback I've heard about Dr. Lee. I know there was a procedure my daughter needed to get done based on her examination prior to coming over here but I wanted a second opinion l, and Dr. Lee provided me with pretty much all the information I needed. He was very straightforward and honest with me and I appreciated that. Not only is this location extremely kid friendly the environment feels very kind and it put my daughter at a ease. All of the staff is really friendly including the receptionists, which people have a hard time with nowadays, and they really made us feel welcomed. Of course the day that my daughter had her procedure done by Dr. Lee they had on her favorite Disney movie with headphones, so she could feel extremely comfortable, it was very reassuring. Took my son in for his first dental visit here. He was very nervous but they made him feel very comfortable and relaxed. They explained everything they were going to do in detail before doing it so there were no surprises. Had an exam and cleaning done, we were in an out I'd say within 30 minutes. When we were called back, I was a bit shocked to see 4 dental chairs lined up side by side with kids laying in chairs. It struck me as not very private but the more I talked with my son about his visit, he mentioned that seeing the other kids calmed his nerves a bit. They have movies and video games to keep kids entertained. The staff and Dr were great! We will definitely be going back for future dental visits for my son! read more

Dr. Lee and his team has been my kids dentist since they were toddler's. Now they are both teenager's. The level of professionalism, patience and concern Dr. Lee and the nurses display are impeccable. If we need an emergency visit Dr. Lee will come in on the weekend to take of his patience. My 4 year old daughter LOVES him and even picked out his photo online when I was picking a dentist for my insurance, she remembered him and didn't want me to pick anyone else.
