After reading the reviews I decided to take my daughter first visit was wonderful however I been trying to schedule my daughters second visit and I get the farthest appointments al the time. I just called this morning again my daughter has pain really upset and we were told after been on hold for 13minutes for an emergency appointment that the soonest is on a week. I complain since my friend was not only called same days as me and she gets seen even on the same day and she has trying to show that this dentists office discriminated Hispanics. read more

Dr. Mike is amazing, he was great with my daughter.the office is clean and open and very kid friendly with murals on the walls and T.V's and video games in the waiting room and back office.She was a little scared to get her first filling but with all the t.v's/headphones and games and special attention from staff and cool glasses and fun names for tools...Like silly water (instead of needle and novicaine..Cant spell it), she was more than good. My kids have been seeing Dr. Lee since we moved to Temecula a couple of years ago and they really love the entire office, like they actually really enjoy going to the dentist! What made me leave a review today is that my younger one had an accident at recess at school. I rushed her over without calling first and the entire staff was accommodating and so sweet with her, and luckily they were able to see her within a few minutes. The staff is really gentle and sweet, and Dr. Lee is great at explaining things and giving you lots of information to make decisions. I would recommend this office to everyone, I actually wish Dr. Lee could be my dentist! read more

This place is hands down the best. I've tried other dental offices for my children and Tiffany and Dr.Lee are fantastic. I was nervous for my daughters 1st visit at age 4. They were so good with her. She will love coming back no doubt. I'll be bringing both of my kids here from now on. This was a surprisingly awesome place. My toddler loved the environment they had with all the cool toys and games to play. They made it very appealing for such an unsettling experience to young ones. The visit was very informative and helpful. My son is 2 and he still cried (like he always does when brushing his teeth) but the hygienist and dentist showed compassion. Dr.Lee even sang him a couple songs while cleaning his teeth. My son got to take away some cool stuff and our insurance covered the whole thing! Will definitely be coming back. read more

Just call him the Kid Whisperer. Dr. Lee is AMAZING! We were seeking a pediatric dentist for our three-year-old daughter who is speech-delayed and has sensory issues. This would be her first visit to the dentist and we wanted it to be a positive experience. I read reviews for more than a dozen pediatric dentists in the area and was encouraged by the effusive praise of those who used Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee's office is bright and well-decorated and his staff is friendly and accommodating. It was easy to make an appointment. Dr. Lee has two quiet rooms for children who have fear or sensory issues and who may scream, however both of those rooms were occupied when my wife and daughter arrived. It turned out we didn't need one anyway. Dr. Lee also sang Twinkle Twinkle several times to help keep little one calm. You could tell he would do whatever it takes to create a positive, productive experience. Dr Lee has a library of movies and shows that he plays on the ceiling to keep children occupied. To keep our little girl calm, he started by repeatedly counting her fingers, one through five, on each hand. He then transitioned from that to counting her teeth, which helped put her right at ease. She didn't scream or squirm, paving the way for a successful exam. My wife was happy and relieved. Dr. Lee's office gave us the option to come in every three months (rather than every six) to help our little girl adapt to the process and get comfortable having her teeth cleaned. The two extra visits each year are cash payments, but they're very affordable ($50 each, I believe) and well worth the investment as we seek to create early positive experiences with our daughter's dental visits. I am a huge fan of Dr. Lee and his staff. As a person who spent the better portion of her life in braces - I have an unnatural fear of Dentistry and Orthodontics. I was super nervous for my kids. However, the office is so kid friendly and happy. The staff is so good with kids (and parents), and Dr. Lee is truly an amazing Dr. with the children (and the parents). He is the third dentist we had for my 4-yr old daughter. So far, he is the best. I appreciate the fact that he has bedside manners. He takes time to explain everything to the parent. He make the kids comfortable. He also has amazing staff. To top it all- he will fix what needs to be fixed and will not do extra dental work just to make some money. I cannot believe how amazing all the staff members are. My daughter is terrified of the dentist and they made her experience very comfortable. They didn't want rush into any procedures with her, instead they want to break her in slowly so she can earn their trust which I thought was great. Dr. Lee is amazing as well he sat down with us and gave us a green folder with a lot of useful information and explained cavity prevention. After our appointment we received two emails from the doctor and staff with online links that can help with cavity prevention. Best Dental staff and dentist I have ever been to. Dr Lee and his staff are superb. My son does not like to be touched. Silvia was his hygenist and she is a pro. She kept him happily distracted the entire time. I brought my kids here to see Dr. Lee. He is great about educating the parents about what to do to prevent cavities and how they are formed. However, my daughter needed more attention than what I thought was given (her enamel wasn't formed correctly) and while I am sure he could do what was needed to fix the problem, he said that we should wait. I didn't feel comfortable waiting especially since I knew there was a greater chance of a cavity happening. I should have been more aggressive in pursuing this, but decided to continue care at another location. read more

I brought my 4 year old here because he kept getting an infection because of a bad tooth. Dr Lee let us know what our options were and basically said that he would need to extract the tooth and my son would have to be put under. I was hesitant and got a second opinion with a recommended dentist in SD and he basically said the same. I went with Dr Lee because he actually charged a lot less for the procedure. My son had the procedure on the 7th of this month and as much as I freaked out, both Dr Lee and Dr Johnson were amazing. I highly recommend and will be bringing my son back for future appointments.
