First, as we were greeted at the drive through area, the person took awhile to greet us. Wish I could say there was a person in front of us but there was no car to be waiting upon. She finally got on the speaker and was mumbling so low that we had to ask multiple times to speak louder. Second, it took way too long for us to get our food. I kid you not, we were waiting in the drive through for more than 15 minutes. And lastly, when we finally started to eat our food it was WAY TOO SALTY and even burnt!! I mean beyond eatable. Chicken- salty and overly fried. Fries- burnt and salty! You would have thought they were throwing a palm full of salt on the food. The chicken and fries could have been cooked 2 minutes less. Such a waste for the total amount of money spent and time wasted at this particular establishment. I hope the other locations are not the same.

I recently visited El Pollo Mobile in Las Vegas and was very disappointed with my order. I ordered 3 steak burritos, but when I got home, I found that they gave me 2 chicken burritos and only 1 steak burrito. To make matters worse, none of the burritos had any seasoning or flavor. The steak was bland, and the chicken was just as tasteless. I was expecting much more from a place that specializes in Mexican food. They have 3 different type of hot sauces from sweet to spicy but their red sauce is a must try I can personally drink them straight from the little cup.
