Not my favorite experience of all the Ocean Prime's we've visited, but still a pleasant dinner.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse, and the entire experience was phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting--perfect for a special night out. The food was everything we hoped for and more. The salad and hot bar were fresh and flavorful, and once the gauchos started bringing out the meats, it was game on! Every cut was juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The picanha, lamb chops, and ohhhh that grilled pineapple!!!! It was all unforgettable! But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Last weekend (December 21st), my wife and I decided to stop by Terra Gaucha for lunch. As planned from our previous visit, we focused solely on the cold bar this time--and once again, we left very happy! The food was outstanding, with every offering at the cold bar being top-notch. The service was just as impeccable as it was during our first visit, with the staff ensuring we had an excellent experience. I'll admit, it was tempting to give in to all the delicious meats making their rounds in the dining room, but sticking to the cold bar left us completely satisfied. After the first few carvers came by there was a good 15 minute lull where we saw nobody but the bussers, with empty drinks sitting at our table. Took forever to have our waitress come back to cash us out, after we had basically just given up on trying to eat anymore. We just wanted to leave. I might go to another Fogo de Chao in like, another location. All of my complaints here seem to stem from incompetent manager and deficient training. In my opinion this place is only open because it's a stone's throw from several hotels. You can spend your time and money better at any of the nearby steakhouses.

The booths are pretty small ... kind of a tight squeeze for 4 people. We were greeted quickly. The waiter brought our drinks quickly and then we ordered right away, some of us choosing old favorites like pasta RIGATONI BOLOGNESE, yummy CHICKEN PICCATA... i think my bro gets the same thing every week! Both my sis and I ordered a salad with chicken, pineapple, strawberry (1), and.... amazingly delicious figs ... it's my new favorite called WALTS CHAMPAGNE CHICKEN SALAD. Service was good until the refill coke was handed over the back of the booth, and never noticed that it spilled immediately. (Waiter was long gone as we cleaned up the little spills. ... oops) Prices are pricey but food is delicious. I don't go often because it's too rich for me without a special occasion. The location isn't bad; driving in from the east side it's got a weird way of entering the parking lot next to the bank. There aren't a lot of other places to eat nearby so this works for us! We will certainly be back!

Perfect size smaller portion to pair w the shrimp app. LJ & Marissa provided top level service at the bartop. Also nice to see the manager actively engaging customers. It was okay. We went with the Spinach Artichoke dip. It as well was just okay. It had some type of breadcrumbs on top. We've had better dip elsewhere. For our entrees, we did the Chopped Sirloin and Salmon Oscar. The CS was cooked perfectly. It was seasoned throughout and tender. Don't forget to add mushrooms! The SO was cooked perfectly as well. Seasoned just right. The sauce and fried asparagus, chef's kiss!!!! The asparagus with the salmon and sauce is the perfect trio you never knew you needed. Almost a week later and the experience is still fresh. Saltgrass you made me proud!!! Can't wait to return.

It was not a relaxing dining experience. Food was not that good. Very salty mushroom appetizer. Found an acrylic fingernail in my salad, luckily did not swallow it. Management didn't seem concerned about the fingernail. Didn't even offer any compensation as we did not finish our salads. Food was not cooked well, my steak was overcooked and cool...did not even melt the butter on top. Not a great dining experience.
