I arrived, was rudely told to wait for him and it wasn't until 35 minutes later when I finally was able to talk to someone, their sales pitch failed, that they said there's nothing they can do for me. All I wanted was more information about possibly buying my car or getting out of the lease but because I wasn't considering another Lexus that day they were dismissive, rude, and a total waste of time.
