Threats made because I would not sell my Bronco at his ridiculous price. If you don't want to pay then don't

Owner was super disrespectful, tried to scam me on a vehicle. Had to call the cops because he threatened me and pulled up my info threatening to go to my home. He even sent to me in a text, knew where I lived. Stay away from this business at all costs.

After listing on Facebook, Jorge messaged me and we decided on a price and chase bank to meet at. They were accommodating since I need the car for the next 2 days. Met with Juwan today...very respectful, professional and courteous. He inspected the car, I gave him the title and we went to the teller to print out the cashiers ceck. I definitely recommend them and would do business again with them.

What an easy process. There was some confusion with not having my correct phone number but they still showed up at the bank on time. My car had a vehicle wrap on it that was in mediocre condition and I told them that up front. He talked to his people for a couple of minutes and that was it, easy bank to bank transfer. No low balling, they gave me the number we agreed upon to begin with. Very friendly and professional. Would 100% do business with them again.

I received a written offer from these guys on my truck good until the next day, 08/08/2023 at 5PM. I responded 08/08/2023 at 12PM and told them that I accept their offer. They called me and let me know that they would not honor the deal. They have a lot of good reviews so I do not doubt the legitimacy of their business, I just had a bad experience.

My 19 Tacoma; goodbye my friend, you've been good to my family.

Great communication! I needed to part with my Toyota Tacoma and was able to sell it for a fair price with zero, nada, zilch in problems; it went as smooth as silk. I meet with Jonathan Gordon at my local bank, he handed me cash, I deposited the cash and handed him the title and keys. It would be near impossible to make this transaction smoother then it was. I would 100% use Texas Auto Value again versus dealing with all the tire kickers and low ballers on Craigslist. Save yourself the headache and if they reach out to you given them a listen and know it's way smoother then any other transaction you will ever have.

I like honest car sales people…read more And from our latest car buying excursion, we continue to find them rare. For example, one of the other car dealerships prevented us from taking the car to an independent mechanic! You know they were hiding something with the car. Anyway, not only did Texas Cars Direct let us take the car to an independent mechanic, they were professional, not pushy like some of the other guys we dealt with, and easy to do business with. Mike, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you for selling us the newest car in our company fleet! P.S. If you come across a clean, unmolested 1990 to 1993 Mustang convertible, give me a call!

There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

Very money focused. Refused to provide inspection documents. The used vehicle that they swore was inspected and wonderful stopped working in 8 days!! EIGHT DAYS- due to transmission issues and they could care less!!! I wouldn't trust this dealership at all with any vehicle purchases. They'll take your money to boost their numbers and sell you broken cars. People are just another dollar sign and commission. No integrity. Stay away!!! We helped a homeless teen who battled through domestic violence buy her first car and trusted this dealership with her healing journey after much hesitation (their customer service was awful and they hesitated to release inspection documents.) Instinct should always be listened too!! Never again. The car died the day she moved into college dorms just 8 days after purchase and they basically said too bad. SO heartbreaking!! God sees and knows everything. Our hearts are broken for this beautiful girl and what was supposed to be her healing journey. Please pray for our family and stay away from this dealership.

I've…read moreconsistently serviced my vehicle at this location for years and have always had great experiences--until now. During my visit, I was advised to complete a fuel engine flush in addition to my oil change, which I agreed to. While the service itself was completed, the issue came when my husband picked up the vehicle on my behalf. He was attending to our 4-year-old at the time and was engaged in conversation with the advisor, Joey, when he noticed the driver's side door had been left wide open. Unfortunately, he did not immediately notice that the back portion of my driver-side mirror was missing--something that was fully intact when I dropped the car off. After contacting Joey, he admitted that the damage occurred when the vehicle was run through their car wash, which he acknowledged has been causing damage and needs replacement. While I appreciate the honesty, I am extremely disappointed that my vehicle was returned in that condition without being properly addressed before release. Due to scheduling constraints (including upcoming travel for my daughter's birthday weekend), I requested to bring the vehicle back on a specific day and asked for a rental car due to the inconvenience caused by their error. I was told rentals are not provided for one-day repairs, despite this being damage caused directly by their facility. I was then escalated to the service manager, Dave, but have yet to receive a resolution. This situation could have been handled much more professionally, especially considering I've been a loyal customer for years. At this point, I'm hoping for a proper resolution but will strongly reconsider returning to this location for future service.
