    Carrot cake was good but just to let you know, it is not part of the buffet prices. Service is good but sometimes they can be really busy and it is sometimes hard to get their attention for a request. Ambiance is very nice, I would avoid the chicken and the salad bar and just go all in on the beef and lamb products for your money's worth!

    Went here for my birthday on Saturday. The place is very elegant and beautiful. They had a salad bar that was so delicious! And then of course all the meat was incredible. Service wasn't the best to be honest, we couldn't get our water refilled for a very long time. I asked for lamb chops and was told it was an extra fee. I was so full and didn't want to pay anything extra since our bill was$147 already. I worked try a different location again.

    I came here with a large group for Easter dinner and was not impressed. If you get the meat its over $50 per person. If you get just the salad bar its about $27 per person. This was my first Brazilian steakhouse experience so i didnt know what to expect. The salad bar was out of bread and other items which was frustrating for a few members of my group who had to ask repeatedly for bread, etc. I asked for lemon for my water 3 times before it came. No, this wasnt me being impatient, it was them asking if they could get me anything and i patiently said, lemon for my water please. Any time we had to ask for something, we had to ask at least 3 times before it came. The servers bringing around the meat were all very friendly but it was hard to hear each other and what the meats were. Some sort of label would be very helpful since noise levels and hearing vary. I found most of the meats to not be seasoned very well and to be cold. For the price tag everything should be good temp and well seasoned. I believe i tried everything but the chicken.

    First timer here as our family treated us for a special dinner. It was nice to experience and AYCE in this way where they bring you choice meat, you can either say yes or no to. I enjoyed the atmosphere, food and company of course! I was suprised how many options there were to choose from. Starting from the appetizers, to the salad bar and of course the meat selection. The beef brisket, sirloin and pork were favorites for me. As well as the lobster bisque and pineapple side dishes. Our server was very kind and checked up on us frequently.

    As always, meats are good, IF you can get them.... It was our first time at this Dallas location. We have been to 2 other locations of Texas de Brazil, this is by far our least favorite location. It was hard to get meat service at our table. We had to wave them down , every single time to get meat. And some of the Churrascos at this location was not friendly . And that one lady at the reception, I told her about the mess at one of the stalls at the ladies toilet , she just looked at me and said nothing. No personality at all. She should not be working at the front. Will we come back to this location? NOPE. We'll just stay with Addison location. Or if we are in California , Irive location. The manager, Amenia (not sure of the spelling), he was super helpful. He gets 5 stars.

I guess saying all of this, your front staff need to have more people skills when dealing with your customers. They are the face and first point of contact. I also tried the smothered chicken, just as good. And dessert?! Peach cobbler with a snickerdoodle cookie crust... hands down the best I've ever had. No notes. Shoutout to our waitress Heather, she was so sweet, attentive, and gave great recommendations. The manager Chris also came by a few times to check on us, which I really appreciated. 10/10 experience.
