This place has gone down hill so much. We used to go here all the time. It used to be our goto for our anniversary every year. Last year we went and the servers never came over to any tables so it turned us off about going back. We wanted to see how it would be for a back up anniversary date. This was just as bad. We had to ask for all the meats we wanted. When the meats came they were either over cooked or at the end of the piece so very dry. The staff just stood in the back like we couldn't see them. Our table server was nice, we never got bananas or mashed potatoes, idk if they don't do that anymore, but we never got them. The place was mostly clean, seemed the temperature of the buffet was a bit off. One of my favorite items on the Buffett is the scalloped potatoes, they were pure liquid. I was so sad. I wish I could say this place had the magic they used to have. It sucks that there aren't many of these places near Palm beach, there are tons in Boca and south. This is a no go

Finished plate. Chewed spit out meat and raw on the side! (Did eat the salad).

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: ZERO RATING! Disgusting. Have never been to this restaurant before and we will never go back again. I do hope people read this review. We started off with the salad and that was fine. The carved meats that were offered to us were: Spicy Sirloin (Couldn't chew the meat - like dried leather). Parmesan Drumettes (must have been cooked three days ago. Chicken was so dry that you couldn't even cut it off the bone). Brazilian Sausage, (editable but dry). Skirt Steak ( it was still mooing, completely raw). Flank Steak (another cooked steak from three days ago). Just horrible. All of us were so disappointed. When my plate was picked up from the waitress, I told her that the food was terrible, it was not her fault but the kitchen staff and manager needs to know. Waitress was a delight and very understanding. The manager came to my table and I told him just how bad the food was. His response was "Oh, so sorry to hear this. You are the first person to complain". He didn't care one bit. I told him that I took a picture of my plate when I was finished. Chewed meat spit out, everything else not eaten (except for the salad). He did take my meal off the check. If you are looking to go out for a great meal, don't spend $100.00 per person at this restaurant. Go to a reputable steak house!!!

Texas de Brazil has become one of our spots to celebrate birthdays or to just get out of the house and enjoy a good salad. A lot of people were hanging out by the entrance when we arrived and the parking lot was packed but handicap spots were available. Our party was already seated when we arrived so the friendly hostess greeted us and we went directly to the table. Waitress came over right away to get our drink order. I opted for the dragonfruit margarita which was limited time. It was absolutely delicious. I then proceeded to the salad bar with an array of choices from prosciutto, shrimp, salmon, etc. The chimicurri sauce paired well with the all you can eat grilled meats carved tableside. The Parmesan chicken was deliciously juicy, lamb was dry and the flank steak was perfection. Some of the meats were seasoned with a bit too much salt. The flan with ice cream was a sweet treat to end our dinner along with Amarula cream liqueur our waitress was enthusiastic about. The liqueur was a bit more potent than Baileys or Irish run cream so I poured some of it over the flan and ice cream to give it a little razzle dazzle. Overall dinner was a success and the service was top notch. Until the next celebration!

This is what they served me for dessert! I think something is missing... like the dessert!!!

The salad bar was very nice. The service was great. The steak wasnt delicious. It's 60 per person but ... dessert isn't included! Very disappointing!

I love the different kinds of picanha here! I recommend picanha to the ones who love a good portion of fat with their meat. I love it when the fat has a crisp to it and the meat is medium raw. That's what I call good eating! My other dinner companions preferred leaner meat with less fat. We all enjoyed ourselves and had a lot to eat. I filled up my plate with all the different picanha and rice. My favorite picanha was the spicy one, and the least favorite was garlic, although I'd still have it, but not as much as the other picanha. My dinner companions enjoyed the cheese bread and caramelized banana as sides to their meats. We all preferred mostly beef. The least favorite across the board was chicken. A cheesecake at the end was a good way to end dinner. And oh, get strawberry caipirinha to drink

Four of us met here for dinner recently, and we had an exceptional dining experience from end-to-end! All of us being meat-lovers, we found the variety of juicy and succulent meats and steaks delicious and delightful. Without a request to the contrary, they bring most of the cuts done either medium or medium-well. That said, one of our number likes their meat well-done, and our servers had no problem accommodating his preference :-) Service is excellent - all the staffers were attentive, polite, and expert. They provide a small "stop/go" disc to allow diners to control the flow of meat offerings. By default, the gauchos will stop at your table as they stroll by with their offerings on skewers, but if you flip the disk to the "Red/Stop" side, they'll give you time to eat what you have without offering new cuts of meat. The ambiance is clean and classy. My only complaint is that the experience would be augmented if the tables were a bit bigger, as a couple of plates for each diner starts to get pretty crowded in short order. To sum it all up, this place provides a great meal for true Carnivores. While it's by no means inexpensive, the dining experience is exceptional and worth every penny :-)

Carnivore Foodie Nirvana!…read more I'm amazed that I missed writing about Palm Beach Meats! A Bib Gourmand Michelin restaurant, several dishes have been given Michelin designation. Honestly? They're all pretty damn good! This go-round, I tried the pastrami sliders which are off the chain! See the photo. They do a lot of Wagyu here. Honestly? I generally don't like places that do a lot of Wagyu. They tend to lean into the fat too much and don't balance their acids in contrast in their dishes. This place is like a perfect teeter totter sitting in the dead middle. The dishes are well thought through. They don't leave you feeling like you ate 10 tons of food. The cases are full of meats that you can take home and cook as well as cheeses that are exotic and interesting wines and beer and exotic sodas. All kinds of special condiments and foodstuffs. Service is excellent! Order at the counter, but they give you great attention! It's a small place. Desserts are so good that it's scary! Japanese Cream Sandos are a unique one! The dining room is clean comfortable, not pretentious. They're playing 80s Ramones tunes and "Cherry Bomb," and other tunes that just make you smile.

During the entire wait, nobody provided a clear explanation for the delay. Christopher helped me place the order, but when I repeatedly asked why it was taking so long, he was unable to give me any meaningful answer. The situation became even more frustrating when I was told that an approximately $10 item I had purchased could not be processed through InKind. Instead of finding a reasonable solution, they essentially held my food until they could get their boss on the phone. To avoid waiting even longer, I simply returned the item. What stood out most was the complete lack of ownership from anyone involved. Neither Christopher nor the manager took responsibility for the situation, offered a real explanation, or even apologized for the excessive delay and inconvenience. The manager appeared completely unaware of what was going on and provided no meaningful assistance. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a complete lack of respect for customers' time. A simple explanation and sincere apology would have gone a long way, but neither was offered. After this experience, I will not be coming back.

From the sweet pretty blonde hostess to the server and the staff, it just feels like there's an energy there. I also don't usually get into food. I'm not a foodie - I'll spend a lot for a good meal, but I generally don't get too excited about many restaurants. I'm excited about this one. if you're gonna go there for 1 meal, get the MEXICAN STREET CORN and the CHICKEN AND WAFFLES. We always get the corn and our server even gave us little wet naps to clean up with (clutch). And I absolutely love their CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES - three warm large chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk which was only maybe $10? Crazy - I've also heard happy hour is amazing but I work and can never get there. This time I got the SEAFOOD SAUTEE and it was one of the best seafood dishes I had. Looking back, I'd recommend asking to replace the potatoes with shrimp if you can. They were so good. Our server Natalia was great and said the shrimp is from Argentina.. My wife had the PORK COLLAR - I thought it was good but I didn't think it was as good as my seafood. Our daughter had the burger - really solid and she couldn't finish it. Bonus for Dad. The last thing I would say is that this place isn't gonna be for everyone because it's noisy - probably because the bartenders serve great drinks! There was one woman at the bar that was laughing incredibly loud (uggg) but the staff couldn't have done anything about that. If you want to go there and have a really quiet sort of like laid back meal or you get triggered easily or something - SIT OUTSIDE. Otherwise, you're gonna hear music, people talking, laughing, and having fun. That also makes it great for families - we had a couple of kids sitting right beside us. So this is one of our favorite restaurants now in the Palm Beach Gardens area. Highly highly highly suggest you check it out get but GET A RESERVATION - this place is busy. I hope this helps!

On our drive home from Miami to Jacksonville, we traded Interstate 95 for the slower, more scenic A1A. It made for beautiful views, but after crawling through one coastal town after another, lunch became a priority. A quick search landed us at Stage Kitchen & Bar on PGA Boulevard, a restaurant I later learned had earned a place in the 2025 Michelin Guide. After one meal, it was easy to understand why. We began with two appetizers that could not have been more different, duck confit egg rolls and a grilled cheese. Calling the grilled cheese "just a grilled cheese" would be unfair. Brie melted between perfectly griddled bread kissed with white truffle oil already sounds luxurious. Pair it with a bright mango jam and suddenly a childhood comfort food becomes something unexpectedly elegant. Richness met sweetness in all the right proportions. The duck confit egg rolls were equally memorable. The duck was deeply seasoned with Middle Eastern spices, giving each bite layers of warm, savory flavor. The accompanying peanut chutney added sweetness, nuttiness, and just enough contrast to keep the dish from becoming too heavy. These egg rolls packed far more personality than their modest appearance suggested. For lunch, my wife ordered the grilled black grouper sandwich. The fish, sourced fresh from local suppliers, was flaky, moist, and clean tasting. Lettuce, tomato, onion, and a malt vinegar aioli gave the sandwich brightness without overwhelming the fish. It was simple, balanced, and exactly what a fresh fish sandwich should be. I chose Stage's signature burger, two Certified Angus Beef patties topped with aged white cheddar, caramelized onions, sunflower sprouts, and their house "fancy sauce." This is the kind of burger that reminds you why burgers became America's favorite sandwich in the first place. Cooked to a juicy medium, every bite was rich without becoming heavy. The caramelized onions added sweetness, the white cheddar delivered sharpness, and the sunflower sprouts provided freshness and texture. The fancy sauce contributed just enough heat to keep everything interesting without stealing the spotlight. Dessert continued the restaurant's habit of taking familiar flavors and giving them thoughtful refinement. My sticky rice ice cream, finished with mango sauce and toasted coconut, captured everything I love about mango sticky rice while transforming it into something lighter and more playful. It was creative without feeling gimmicky. My wife ordered three macarons from local pastry maker Macaroner, S'mores, Passion Fruit, and Lime Coconut. Each shell was delicately crisp before giving way to a soft, airy center, exactly as a proper macaron should. Stage Kitchen & Bar takes familiar dishes and quietly elevates them through technique, quality ingredients, and restraint. Nothing feels overcomplicated or designed simply to impress. Every plate feels carefully considered. Sometimes trusting Google is a gamble. This time, it paid off. Great restaurants don't always announce themselves. Sometimes they're simply waiting for hungry travelers willing to take the next exit.
