Great experience this time around! Texas Roadhouse is definitely a fun place very loud and country fits the texas vibes forsure. Our waitress today was Luv she did a great job had such a good time with her she was funny attentive and quick with everything we asked for. I'd also to recommend that you check in ahead of time on their app, their wait is typically very long and busy but we checked in got inside and where seated in about 5 minutes. I ordered the medium rare 8oz Sirloin with loaded mash potatoes and corn, with onion blossom and the combo appetizer. You CANNOT go wrong with any of the appetizers they have, every item hits the spot! And my personal favorite is a pina colada Texas Roadhouse pours it perfectly, right amount of sweetness. Signed up for Yelp just to leave this review. This restaurant's music is extremely loud, from inside the entryway to any table. We asked our server if it could be turned down--we were having to lean across the table to have a conversation--and when he returned, he said that his manager had said that it was as low as it would go. (I appreciate him checking and acting apologetic about it, but a sound system with no lower volumes available than "server can hardly hear my order" is absurd.) The volume suddenly spiked right after our orders were taken, and our server appeared soon after to let us know that there was going to be a line dance and that the volume would be turned back down after. I appreciate him keeping us in the loop, but the supposed lowest sound setting should have been plenty loud for a line dance (which involved clapping, too--not that more noise was needed). The rolls are tasty, but why does the butter that comes with them need to contain so much sugar? (or at least offer a plain-butter option instead of defaulting to sugared for all tables!) Our meals were delicious, though--that and our server being so attentive and apologetic about the music made this review two stars instead of one. But still, if I ever eat at a TX Roadhouse again, it will be take out. Also, whoever designed their wait time estimation system needs to recalibrate it. We nearly left when we were told our wait time would be between 55 minutes and 65 minutes, but then we were seated after about 20 minutes (though the places to wait in the restaurant were inadequate for the crowds). read more

Placed an order to go, ($59.00) traveling through town, Yeehaw.. No plastic utensils, straw or napkins! I didn't order this for my horse! I would have rather had napkins, silverware and a straw than the bag or rolls you gave me that I did not eat and threw out. (I did find a use for those rolls) All to go items and leftovers are placed in Styrofoam containers then placed in a plastic bag. A plastic fork, spoon and knife isn't really going to make a big impact on an already toxic packaging process or drastically increase your overhead costs. You could add a spork and reduce one of the plastic utensils, if you were looking to be more environmentally responsible. A sustainability program is always considerate. I'm getting sidetracked, so let's get back to the main point of this review. Employees preparing to go orders need a procedure thats followed every time, this complex checklist could go like this; utensils (check) straw (check) napkins (check) I know this would be extremely challenging for them but let them know their job depends on it! This pre-flight checklist would reduce the chance of a bad reviews and a angry customer which is unhealthy. Not having utensils, straw and a napkin surely raised my blood pressure and that's healthy! I felt guilty enough, eating a medium rare steak covered with onions and mushrooms, baked potato loaded with butter, bacon bits, cheese and sour cream before topping it all off with the strawberry cheesecake and a diet Coke! I love me some Texas Roadhouse any day of the week. Best curbside delivery service and price for the quality and quantity of food they provide. Underrated burgers for sure! When I want a good burger, this is my go to spot. Nothing crazy, but always consistent with size and flavor. Another underrated item on their menu is the chili bowl! Came back to this Texas Roadhouse all was good till they brought my stake out. I ask for medium rare. Sad to say I got mine well done. This is not the first time we come to this place last time i didn't leave a review but it was the same three of four steaks. We're not cooked how we asked. Had just sat down, started to eat the bread rolls when a ROACH crawled beside me and onto the table top. Was super disgusted and got up and just left. The staff just said sorry ,that is gross and if we wanted another table. First red flag , while I was waiting, I was standing close to the area where the waiters grab the rolls and you can see the cooks cooking. I had noticed the kitchen seemed dirty and unorganized. There were purses just hanging above the area where the staff members were making food. This place is super unsanitary. Definitely won't be back. "Manager" Kaitlin and "Bar Manager" Brie are just horrible. We were SEVERELY overcharged for drinks (we each had two Texas pours each) and were charged with 4 each. We didn't notice until we got home and we called. Brie lied and stated that her and another bartender EACH served us 2 Texas pours. NOT TRUE. Manager seemed to not believe us and sent us a gift card for not enough to cover the difference. I wish we could have left zero tip. My family just ordered curbside takeout from this Texas Roadhouse location. I ordered the 8oz New York strip & my wife ordered the BBQ & Ribs combo. We also ordered the kids meal hot dog. The meals came with 2 salads, 3 fresh vegetable portions, and the "famous dinner rolls". After picking up our order and arriving home, we discovered all but 1 of the dinner rolls were burned. Then, my wife began eating her salad and about 1/4 of the salad was rotten lettuce. Yuck!! Texas Roadhouse is a fun experience thanks to barrels of peanuts that serve as appetizers. You are welcome to eat as many as you can and then toss the shells! It's fun for the kids and the adults! But they are also known for their cold cocktails and beer as well as their good food with large sides. The rolls with sweet butter is always a hit and the food is plentiful for fair prices! But be aware that there is always a large wait to be seated so use your Yelp app to check in early for the waitlist or call ahead! We love the prime rib and steak here! The side salad is probably our favorite side because it is so large and yummy! But you really can't go wrong with any of the sides. I don't order steak at a restaurant unless its a nice steak house! If not i prefer to cook my own steak. Maybe their steak is the thing to get, but I wouldn't recommend anything I have ordered. The ribs for example were sooooo overcooked that the top of the meat tasted like charcoal, and what was underneath on the bone had no sauce because all the sauce was charred to the top. We have very rarely encountered poor service - so that leaves the person at the grill. Today the right person was on the grill. I generally order my steak rare - hoping for a medium rare.
