I went here the other week with my old college buddies. Let me say, the food was impeccable. I don't know about all the other reviews saying the food was mediocre because that was not my experience. Those rolls were so buttery and sweet it melted my heart. We ordered the classic cactus blossom and it came out in under five minutes! Our server, Mustapha, was one of the best servers we all agreed to have ever had. He was attentive, personable, and quick to get us what we needed. A little lady named Chasmine even came over and asked us how out food was. She was oh so very kind. We even got the pleasure of speaking with another manager, Bryce. He was really down to earth and I have to say kinda cute! I liked his facial hair. More about the food, I ordered the 8 oz Dallas Filet medium rare and let me just say, whoever grilled that steak grilled it well! It was the perfect temperature especially for a steak lover like me! My sides were steamed veggies and loaded mashed potatoes! I will never get regular mashed potatoes again they were so good! Not to mention those margaritas! I got a frozen mango margherita and it made me feel so ushy-gushy. It gave me lovely spontaneous flashbacks of my college youth. Alright, in terms of our server: 5/5 very attentive, kind, jovial and plesant. Made everything extremely nice for all of us, if you get Brent. Some things were not coming out... like my fries for instance, and our bread. But, we alerted him and he was very responsive. Drink menu: 2/5 its either a Margarita, or beer/wine essentially. Not like that's necessarily terrible but its a bit disappointing. Food: 3/5 My food was okay, I was disappointed that my steak was essentially smothered in salt. They nailed the cook on the Pittsburg style though, nice exterior and perfect rare inside. My girlfriend on the other hand says hers was a tad bland, not seasoned well, and could have used some work it was also overcooked unfortunately. My friend asked for his steak well done, says he enjoyed the meal thoroughly, my only question is, is it even possible to mess up well done? Price: 3/5: for the money, it's a decent one. Met up with some co-workers Friday night. We had a short wait for our party of five. (Disclosure - one member was running late due to an accident) From the moment we were sat our server "Jimmy" was rushing us. He was absolutely terrible and incredibly rude. He constantly came back to our table asking if we were ready (like honestly every 2-3 minutes) With what started with a friendly encounter turned sour quick. He acted like we didn't order apps or drinks before our meal. The food was good, no complaints there. While it was obvious that the restaurant was busy and a Friday night, we all agreed that this was the worst service we had received in a long time. Jimmy also straight up lied to a person in our party that they didn't have coffee because he wanted us to leave. The booth behind us was put off by Jimmy too stating "we get it you want us to leave". Lastly, a member of our party did ask a manager if they had coffee on our way out. The manager stated that they DID have coffee and stated that "some people love Jimmy" like ok? Worst experience ever. My husband and I were at Leesburg outlets and we had not ate a full meal all day. We pretty much snacked throughout the day. I wanted some steak, so we decided to try Texas Roadhouse because I've heard so many people rave about it and they talk non stop about the rolls!! We were super excited to try it. We sat at the bar and were greeted by a young woman who gave us menus and water. Never saw her again after that. Then a white older woman took our drink menu and rudely asked "so what y'all getting. Idk where you ended up with the other girl." not even a "hello, how are you? What can I get for you?" Our first interaction with her and she was incredibly short and rude. I was SHOCKED. we brushed it off and ordered our food. She brought us the bread (that butter though!!) and that was it. She didn't look our way AT ALL for the next I want to say maybe 20ish minutes until our food arrived. Didn't even ask "how's your meal", she was incredibly nice and chipper with every other customer at the bar except my husband and I. We were trying to order some drinks and she wouldn't look our way! She was blatantly ignoring us the entire time. So then we raised our hands and called her over to us to order a beer at least and I say "can we order some drinks" she proceeds to respond the NASTIEST way ever "how am I supposed to know you wanted drinks." And I tell her "well you haven't really offered or asked. I just want to order a drink" and she proceeds to huff and puff and slam the drink menu at me. In front of other people!! It was so embarrassing to be treated this way. I have NEVER EVER in my life been treated like this. I have no clue why this woman was so vile to us. We tip well, we are nice people to food service workers as we both are in the same industry. So we know how it goes!! But this woman was so nasty to me she made me cry from how rude she was. I had to run to the bathroom. Because I was in utter shock of how she spoke to me. I really felt like I was being racially profiled. Even though there was a Hispanic couple next to us (who she treated kindly), it just felt racist driven to me. It was just such a humiliating experience being treated this way. We were so pleasantly surprised by this big chain restaurant. It was crowded on a holiday week but thanks to the waitlist texting they offer, we only waited a few minutes. Our server, Emily, was attentive and friendly. We had a bit of everything...salads, ribs, and a burger and everyone enjoyed their meals. Everything was fresh and tasty at a great price. "I don't like food. I love it. And if I don't love it, I don't swallow." First, I want to start this off saying that I've been to multiple Texas Roadhouses around the northeast, and it has always been one of my favorite places to eat. However, a majority of our experiences at this location have been flawed. I don't usually write reviews, but tonight was the 'straw that broke the camel's back'. We had seven people in our party, and only two of the meals served were correct. One person in our group didn't even receive her meal; every sweet tea we ordered was unsweet multiple times; and most of the steaks were cooked completely wrong (either raw or well-done, no in-between). To be fair, it was an extremely busy night and the staff appeared to be flustered. The first time our steaks were done wrong, the waitress quickly put in an order for new ones, but the replacements were honestly just as bad as the first, and the sides were all incorrect. I originally was going to leave it, because we didn't want to be there all night. But in the end, it wasn't the food being incorrect that was the problem, it was the manager. He was the one that brought the replacements to the table, not the waitress (who was extremely pleasant). He was extremely snarky, disinterested, and condescending, and he seemed irritated by us daring to ask for the food that we ordered. He never apologized for the mishaps, and the experience with him was like he was doing us a favor by sending our food back, and that we were just being difficult. I looked at my medium-well steak (when I asked for medium-rare) and asked him to please send it back again. He seemed irritated and remarked, "well, I want you to be happy," before leaving. About 15 minutes go by and he arrives with my third steak, and it is raw. Not rare, but a deep plum purple, and cold and slimy to the touch. At this point I'm exasperated, and my mom exclaimed, "at least admit that it's raw!" He merely shrugged. Obviously, having done this three times, everyone at the table was pretty fed up and, by this time, the waitress had already brought around our check. My mom showed the check to the manager and said, "yeah, can you just take her [my] meal off at this point?" He sharply turned to her and curtly replied with a huff, "Wow, I was going to do that anyway." They had also charged for two appetizers instead of one, so they would have had to redo the check anyway. He left, then returned to the table to give a voucher for a 30-dollar meal to my dad, who was sitting at the other side of the table. I think he was avoiding my mother and me. I'd like to say that this was the first bad experience we've had with this manager, but it's occurred multiple times. The first time we ever ate at this location, when it was within the first two weeks of the grand opening, a waitress walked off with my older sister's ID without a word, right after she had ordered a Long Island Iced Tea (my sister is in her late 20s), and was gone for about five minutes. When the waitress returned five minutes later with the manager, my sister questioned why the waitress had walked away with the ID, and he acted much the same way back then (seemingly implying it was our fault). We also had multiple other instances of the same process with over- or under-done steaks before, and were met with a similar attitude from him. I'm a *huge* fan of this franchise. The price of the food paired with its quality is 5/5 stars in and of itself. As for this restaurant in particular, I've had nothing but pleasant experiences. Kurt has done an incredible job hiring happy, attentive, friendly staff. I've never had a bad or uncomfortable interaction with anyone here. I'd even like to consider myself an acquaintance to one of the waiters. He knows my order like the back of his hand! As for cleanliness, the bathrooms, tables, seats, and glass panes are always wiped clean--which I find impressive considering the enormous amount of traffic this restaurant gets. I feel weird giving this place 5 stars, because it's obviously not a 5 star restaurant in terms of food. That being said, they have never messed up an order ever, and they always include extra sauces/butter and goodies in a separate bag. They really have this place operating like a well oiled machine, and it leads to customer loyalty. Also, the food is priced very very well for the value. You can get an entire Ribeye with blue cheese crust, loaded baked potato, and mushrooms + tons of rolls with awesome cinnamon butter for about $26-30. Just want BBQ chicken? You will be out for $21.99 and stuffed. Just a really great value, good family spot, or to grab a beer and a few cheap appetizers. We love other Texas Roadhouse locations, and were so excited that one opened up so close to our house. But tonight was our first and last time there. We used the app to put our name on the call ahead seating list (highly recommend-easy to use and the text updates are helpful). We were seated about 15 minutes after the estimated time, which was fine. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive. When it did, my daughter's meal wasn't what we ordered- she ordered the kids sirloin and was given some bite size steak bits. We asked the person that delivered it if there had been a mixup and she replied "I don't know, I didn't take your order" and walked away. When our server came by a few minutes later we asked her about it and she outright lied and said "the Ranger steak is just a bigger portion of the steak bites." Not true, as we know from other locations and confirmed on the online menu. She delivered our bill and had charged us for drinks for the kids, though they should have been included in their meals. We finally asked to speak to a manager because being lied to, being talked to rudely, and being charged extra was just not cool. He came by and we explained our concerns and he said he'd comp the meal and just charge us for the wine we had. We said we appreciated that but we were simply looking to have the kids' drinks removed from the bill, he made a flippant remark that he'd take care of it because "he gets blamed for everything around here." Honestly, if he has just removed the kids drinks and we paid the rest of the bill, we were likely to return. Instead, he made it worse by being dismissive and impatient with me. It's clear that the staff and management need a lot more training in everything from what's on the menu to how to talk to customers. We won't be back. read more

I've been to several locations and this particular one is good. I eat here twice a month at a minimum, mostly as I bought the gift card package at Christmas and it included a card good for one free appetizer a month. I love that they have a military discount. The app check in is also nice. I use the app to sign up, tell them when I arrive, and they text me when to come in and be seated. Service has always been good. As for the food - it's a steak house but the best thing on the menu is the BBQ Chicken - so there's that. The rolls are spectacular and worth a star all by themselves. I'm still trying to find my "go to" entrée but no luck so far. Ribs and the blooming onion AKA cactus blossom were disappointing. Steaks are just okay. GREAT SERVICE! I had a a large group of almost 30 people come in for my birthday and i called ahead to make sure they could accommodate and what time would be best for us to come in. Many issues at this last visit. Hostess failed to bring kids menus/silverware when seating (they saw us with kids, you'd think they would be efficient to get them before heading to the table). Apparently when you tell the server you need just one minute to look over the menu, they don't come back for another 10. The kids meals came out almost 10 minutes before the rest. They were practically done with their meals before we got ours. The sliders cheese wasn't even melted on the sandwich. The filets were cooked inconsistent. One of ours was supposed to be medium, it came out rare (see photo). We never saw the server after that. No other server seemed to be interested in our table. Literally had to ask the hostess for boxes. We've had this issue in the past: families with kids always seem to be segregated to the same area and don't get the same respect and attention as others. Service was Wonderful. We had Mustapha, and our host was even greater. His name was Roman, and he was so kind and cared about us. He didn't seem forced to do the Job like previous hosts. We have come here at least 100 times, and approximately Roman is here most weekends and has helped us so much. I didn't have any cash today, but I'm in the past; we have tipped Roman and other servers. Mustapha is our favorite server, and Roman is our favorite Host. The rest of the hosts, it seems like, are only doing it because of their job. Not genuine sincerity, but Alicia, the lovely girl on the host stand, is helpful. She isn't anything close to Roman skills. The food was terrific, too we had Grilled chicken and 2 Sirloins, and management stopped by and checked in with us. They were very friendly. I had a craving for prime rib so called ahead to make sure the restaurant had it as they were out the only other time I visited this location. I told the hostess I was there for the prime rib. I was seated at a dirty table with something spilled on the other side and dirty silverware from the previous occupant. I ordered a glass of wine from the sticky menu and after about 5 minutes, the server returns to tell me they were out of that wine. I ordered another listed on the menu and the sever set it down in front of me with no cocktail napkin and wine spilled all over the stem and base of the glass. I ordered 12 oz prime rib rare and after I was already eating my side salad, she comes back to apologize that they are out of 12 ounce (all while twirling her hair over my bread basket). No problem, I'll have the 16 ounce rare. She returns to tell me that it can only be cooked medium. I told her I'd just finish the salad and pay for what I had consumed. A manager came over to apologize and I shared with her that I was seated at a dirty table and served wine out of a dripping wine glass that I wasn't going to drink. The server brought a check that was adjusted to include the salad and wine. She did offer to bring me a fresh glass of wine and told me I didn't need to rush out (-: So, my salad, water and roll bill was over $15 with tip.
