32 oz Prime Rib dinner. Massive baked potato with corn. Hope to see ya'll again soon.

The food was absolutely amazing well worth a visit from Everett. I think I've had the best dinner out with family and friends. Our waitress was absolutely amazing and she made us feel welcome to be there. Bobbi you did an amazing service and I can tell you love your job. So many people should meet you and your service. I made a request for my Prime Rib and she ran off to see if it was possible. Between her service and food quality my wife and I were excited. Can't wait till next time.

I was recently in Bellingham attending a VFW meeting and a group of us decided to stop at Texas Roadhouse before we went home. There were 7 of us gathered around a table meant for 6, but we are all friends and made it work. After agonizing over the menu with oh so many delicious possibilities, I chose the 8oz Sirloin steak a Shrimp dinner. That came with my choice of two sides and I opted for the side salad and buttered corn. That side salad was awesome! I've had side salads like this once or twice and each time they're incredible. Normally, side salads are a bowl of lettuce with one small wedge of tomato, maybe a cucumber slice, a few shavings of lettuce and that's it. Not at Texas Roadhouse! My side salad had several tomato wedges, egg, carrot shavings, shredded cheese, and the softest crunchy croutons I have ever had! My sirloin steak was cooked perfectly with almost no fat and the steak was tender and flavorful. The grilled shrimp were served on two bamboo skewers with 3 or 4 shrimp per skewer. We all had very tasty meals and a lovely time socializing with each other. I wish I lived closer because this would be a regular dinner spot for me!

The food was amazing! I got the deep fried sirloin with the country gravy on it. It was sooo good, and great portions. DO NOT GET THE MAC AND CHEESE if you love Mac in cheese. It was sooooooo bad. I really enjoyed the mashed potato's. My friend got the steak, the rib eye and they cooked it really amazing. My boyfriend got the full racks of ribs and he liked it a lot. The service provided was awesome. Loved the dance the workers did because it gave an old country feel. It was so cute. The appetizers were pretty good.

It took us a little over six months after the opening to finally try the new Texas Roadhouse in Bellingham--and this review is about two months after that first visit. Growing up in Tennessee, I already knew what kind of food the chain offered. Bellingham doesn't have many chain restaurants, so having this as an option for family dining is a great addition. Surprise bonus--the price for a steak dinner here is really good for the quality. You can get a solid steak for under $30, and it comes with two sides and fresh bread. My husband and I first came and found seats around the bar. Pro tip: to avoid the long wait, head to the bar area. If you're lucky, you can snag a seat right away. I've heard the table wait can be long, which makes sense given the limited family dining options nearby. I ordered the sirloin and rib combo with a side Caesar salad and corn. My steak was cooked perfectly medium, with a slight pink center. The salad was good--the server mentioned they make their own salad dressing--but I wasn't a fan of the corn. I was expecting corn on the cob, but it tasted like canned corn. My husband ordered the sirloin and grilled shrimp combo with loaded potatoes and green beans. He enjoyed both sides and his steak, though we both thought the shrimp could have been larger. Overall, at about $30 a plate, the meals were worth it--mainly for the steak, not so much for the sides. I enjoyed the warm, buttery rolls served before our meal, though I wasn't a fan of the cinnamon butter. My husband, on the other hand, loved it. When we left, the waiting area was getting packed. I did feel a little guilty that we walked right in while others were still waiting. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We even caught the servers line dancing for a few tables, which was fun to see.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My only real complaint was that the music was a bit too loud for easy conversation. I enjoyed the country tunes, but people wanting to chat with their group might find it hard.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We came back recently with friends and again managed to snag four bar seats right away. It's definitely a good option if you're a couple or don't mind eating at the bar--just keep in mind it only works if everyone is 21 or older. This has definitely become my husband's and my go-to spot for a good steak dinner. I'd give this place a solid 4 stars--mainly because there's not much competition when it comes to steak dining options.

This place does the classic bait-and-switch on customers. We came here with two families and their children after receiving emails about a Tuesday Kid's Night. The promotional email stated clearly that there would be ice cream, coloring contest, and prizes (see posted screenshot of email). I called into the restaurant the day before and they even said there'll be someone making balloon figures. I go that day, and there was nothing at all in the kids section. So much for "We'll take care of the cooking for the adults and provide activities for the kiddos". The hostess at the front was rude and basically shrugged it off when I asked them about the false promises. There were many families there for the same thing, "Kid's Night", so the wait was over one hour. We ended up having to eat elsewhere. This business is beyond bad. They are unethical.

Hand cut New York strip steak and baked potato.

Delicious juicy GIRTHY hand cut steak was BANGIN. Someone is having fun back there cutting these steaks! My husband was intimidated by the size, but I'm experienced in handling large meat and took it down like a champ. Service was great and I really enjoyed the line dancing!

Really great service for my grandmas birthday dinner! The hot rolls and cinnamon butter are super good. Got the steak and shrimp combo w/sweet potato and mac n cheese. Big portions! I didn't like the strawberry lemonade it tasted watery. Great server. Worth a drive up there every once in a while!

Amazing, falling off the bone ribs!! Tasty steaks and BBQ chicken. The bottomless rolls are dangerously addictive! With generous portions, you never leave hungry. Prices are reasonable and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance is lively and fun![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service is friendly, prompt and entertaining.

Not sure where exactly to start this time... basic American food. Yes lots of choices of steaks however were overcooked. Husband asked for medium received almost well done... My burger was dry not enough juiciness or sauce... I did like their fried pickles and buffalo boneless wings those are really delicious. Service was okay but I had to yell my order so she could hear cause it is very loud inside. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also they do some dance shows or some other fun stuff however again they do it all in one specific row so other rows barely see anything.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I couldn't enjoy country dances because I had back table. I would recommend them to switch rows for every dance break so everyone in restaurant can enjoy it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One time visit for me for sure. Thanks anyways.

We had such a wonderful experience that we came back to celebrate our anniversary three years in a row. Funny enough, we always seem to get seated in the same booth and have had the pleasure of the same great service each time. The COVID years were the only time we didn't go. Tip: Order the tomahawk to share--it's the best dish hands down on the menu, in my opinion. The fat is perfectly charred, and the meat just melts in your mouth. Tip #2: Get the crème brûlée for dessert--you won't regret it. Must order: Brussels sprouts appetizer, green salad, Caesar for two, and the New York steak. Skip: Ribeye steak, escargot, and the seafood tower. Before the main courses, they provide a palate cleanser, which is a really nice touch. Reservations are recommended, but I've seen people walk in after an evening at the casino and get a table with only a short wait. There's a bar nearby where you can grab a drink while you wait.

Last night I had the pleasure of enjoying the Tuesday Songwriter Showcase--this event showcased Lucy London and her violinist partner, Adam. OMG!!! It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Ever! And the food and beverages--oh my. Chelsea is my mixmaster extraordinare. When I ask her to create n/a mocktails for me (IMO, no easy task to get a truly interesting flavor sans alcohol), she always comes up with something complex and wonderful. I cannot recall all the ingredients in one of my favorites last night, but it had both an elderflower component and a rhubarb one: lovely. (And a beautiful salmon-colored hue to boot, complete with a Bartender's cherry...) The food was spectacular. I had read a recent review in the Cascadia Daily News that raved about the Admiralty (for good reason) and spotlighted the deviled eggs, among other choices. Because I make nice deviled eggs myself, I never bothered to try these, so I did last night. Very lovely: creamy and gorgeous with a different, interesting spicy little twist. (Be sure to smear the egg on the bottom of the tray to pick up more of that wonderful red spice.) And the lamb/beef sliders: I'd had them before and really loved them (and sliders aren't really my thing, so that surprised me). Either they were even better last night or I just hadn't remembered how absolutely spectacular--each bite was one of the best of anything I have ever put in my mouth. Luscious. No more be said. Walking in hungry, I ordered the deviled eggs, Caesar salad, and the shrimp (all small plates). Each dish was full of flavor and delicious! 2) Drinks: They have a robust menu. Enjoying more sweet drinks, I ordered the Spa Day. I don't love it. It's mainly ice and not sweet at all. It wasn't tart, just muted. I then ordered a local raspberry cider, which was very tasty. (It's dry cider.) 3) Service: Phenomenal. Everyone was top notch- efficient and personable.
