Horrible experience! Had a roach, one of the small roaches, crawl on our table and go under my wife's plate. I was able to use her drink napkin to catch the roach. Showed it to our waitress, who was not very good, and she brought the manager over. Told her what happened and no offer to cover my wife's meal or anything. At this point my wife was ready to go so we paid and left. No real apology or anything, they just don't care. So, if you want to eat at a place infested with those small roaches...be my guest! read more

We had 2 flies harassing us while we ate so figured one flew in.. Great service. Very busy on Saturday at 5Pm, 3Jun2017. Food was good and even though we had table of 6 we had fast and attentive service. Still love the peanuts. We had a wonderful experience!! We haven't been here in several years, and we are glad we tried it again. Food was delicious, and cooked PROPERLY, and the service was EXCELLENT!! Keenan was our server- outstanding server. We asked him to replace the dinner rolls they gave us when we walked in (they were cold & stale) & he brought out fresh & hot rolls. The manager stopped by our table to check on us, and every server/employee we came into contact with had a smile on his/her faces and greeted us. Two in our party ordered steaks & fries- as I stated earlier, they were cooked the way we requested. I ordered fried catfish & rice- I wasn't impressed with the rice, but the catfish was great. The food is good as usual, but the wait staff isn't very attentive to their tables. A few times they've been rude,to busy chatting with other co workers. Several times I had to hunt our server down to refill our drinks. It's sad they want a nice tip but expect it even with poor service. Had a wonderful dinner here...but let's be honest every dinner here is wonderful. The food is always amazing and so fresh and every bite is great. Had Jackie as a waitress and she was probably one if the nicest waitresses I've ever had. This place definitely can get busy at times so I always prepare for a wait, but the wait I think is always worth it. Staff has great customer service and really an energetic feel to the restaurant. First off the seating always sucks! They shove you in a tiny both that has no room at all. Which they need to fix or get more tables. Then We order I get my steak medium rare and it comes out barely cooked I asked them nicely to Fix it and they didn't even get it right the second time it was still way undercooked. Great steaks great prices. Consistency all over the country in taste for the 6 ounce sirloin is amazing. (We travel as full time RVers). We love the salads always cold and crisp, I love their blue cheese dressing, and if your steak isn't cooked right, send it back! They will take care of you! One thing many of their kitchen staffs DONT get, is "extra rare". It's like they don't think anybody wants to eat a steak like that! The baked potatoes are NEVER mealy like many restaurants. Just a word to the wise, never forget anything of value when you walk out. I forgot to pick up a Christmas gift from my daughter in law, a book, when we gathered to eat last night. We all got up, walked to the car, then I realized and ran back in to get it off the table. The table was cleared and the gift was gone! We talked to several people, including the night manager, servers, busboys. They all said it would be put into the managers office and they would call me. They never did call. I've had better at the American Legion. Walked in an the place was busy at 8 pm. The fries were over seasoned my rare steak was medium just not a place I recommend good thing I don't live here. Waitress was constantly asking if everything was ok, asking maybe 2 or 3 is ok but more is annoying then it was very noisy. Super long wait (even after making a reservation). We made a reservation at 7 for a party of 7. Were told to wait an additional 10 mins but eventually waited close to 45 mins. The steak was delicious but the salmon was dry dry dry. Not only was it dry but also rubbery. It felt as if it had been fried a day ago and microwaved before being served. I'm actually sitting in the dining room right now (at 2:30 on July 9th) and I'm genuinely dissatisfied. So far, my experience has been a frustrating sequence of waiting. I've waited 10 minutes to be greeted, and immediately placed my app order with my bev order. The app (cheese fries) arrived quickly and was yummy. However, I then waited 20 additional minutes before my server returned to take our entree orders. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and my brother ordered the bacon cheeseburger. My salad was served and we still waited 5 minutes for the burger. Ashley was a polite girl, but certainly not on her game. The restaurant wasn't that busy, so I can't imagine her being in the weeds. She came across as casual and un-rushed. I've dined here before and had a great experience; so, I'm sure I'll return. Hopefully by then, our sweet server will have learned about pace. read more

Prime rib steak was a disappointment and when I asked about how the steak was prepared the sever didn't have an answer. Food is all that gets a star. Once our food was delivered we were totally forgotten about and no server ever returned. I asked someone to get our server and the girl went searching for ten minutes never to return. We got up to head out the door and stopped at the front desk to let them know we hadn't had service in 45 minutes. The girl up front offered to get the manager. No manager ever came out. Instead some reason for the server being upset was given. Then after more time at the front waiting for some resolve the server comes out crying and apologizing. Now that just made me more upset that the management would send her in that state when we haven't seen her in 45 minutes. Horrible management and problem solving there. I not only paid the bill. I tipped heavily. I still can't believe the poor management and lack of care for their staff and customers. Reading other reviews. This was a comedy of errors, and I wasn't about to give them a fifth time to mess up a steak, it's a steak house. All started with a 6 ounce sirloin order, medium rare, which according to their menu should have a warm red center. When my sirloin came out, I was super excited having been starving and looking forward to this meal. I was a little upset that it was over cooked, and I was going to just leave it at first, but I really enjoy a steak when it's medium rare, hence why I ordered it that way. Our waitress agrees that it's over cooked and says no problem we'll get another one. Manager comes back with my second sirloin, asks me to cut into it. First I notice that one of the ends is charred and does not look in the least bit appetizing. Tell the manager I'll deal with it, says that he himself wouldn't' and that they would be getting the correct steak out to me shortly. Comes by what seems like eons later, (meanwhile my dinner mate has not been eating her food, which is now cold, trying to wait for me to eat) says that there was a third sirloin that had ended up going to the wrong table and that the person had already cut into it and claimed it. Again fine, sometimes these things happen, but at this point it is getting frustrating, that's three steaks that have either been wrong or not gotten to me. This is supposed to be a steakhouse. Manager assures me that the kitchen manager is going to cook and handle my steak himself and that it will be out shortly. Shortly also seemed to take forever again. Fourth steak comes out, vastly undercooked. I do like medium rare, but this, the center wasn't even warm. Told him I was probably not going to be able to eat it. He then heads off. My dinner partner can see that he is in the back clearly talking about the whole ordeal and obviously with some condescending attitude about it because I am apparently the Goldilocks of steaks and can't seem to get one that is how I ordered it. At this point I'm beyond irritated and now I'm possessed off. You're going to bring me three incorrectly prepared steaks, lose one, and I'm the bad guy for not being pleased? Really? Then the kitchen manager comes back to say that he wasn't talking shit about us, and sorry if it seemed that way, which it obviously was. I have worked and manage in customer service, I know what it looks like. Then says that he is going to cover both my meal and my friends. This is what I find irritating, they still hadn't managed to even get me a meal, so not paying for something I never received didn't seem so gracious. And my friend's order had gotten completely cold throughout this whole ordeal, since we were supposed to be dinning together. He also offered a coupon for 'two free dinners' which is actually a $30 voucher, which barely covers two entrees in the first place, since it's supposed to be a steak house. To which I told, him to not worry about it seeing as I will not be returning to Texas Roadhouse. It's a steak house and they needed 5+ (because let's face it, my confidence in them getting the fifth steak done correctly was not high) chances to attain a medium rare steak. So in lieu of trying to have them fix a fifth steak, I'm heading down the road to have some damn bar food. First sirloin comes out: over cooked. Second sirloin comes out: Manager even said it was not done right and was charred on the end pretty bad. Third sirloin comes out: apparently went to another table and got claimed by someone else. My husband loves this place and because he is so much easier to please than I am, I go with him. A simple gesture, but OH, does he owe me:) He loves the Fort Worth Ribeye, cooked Medium loaded sweet potato and green beans. NEVER CHANGES! As for myself, I have the same cut, Rare. It is hit or miss and loaded with so much MSG, it has got to be somewhat tender if not overly salted. Baked Potato is OK...no green onions, but like the salted skins. What's a little more sodium anyway. You only live once. The waitress offered to grill the bland carrots and broccoli so I was pleased. Have to say, this was the first time my steak was cooked properly; although the cool center was cold. I ate half and took the rest home. It is SO noisy in that place and if you have a peanut allergy; STAY AWAY. TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!!!! This Texas Roadhouse turns up their music so loud that you can not have a conversation at the table. Also doing a line dance every 15-20 minutes is excessive. When we complained to the manager about the music we were told that this is the "atmosphere" of the restaurant, which is ridiculous. We visited on the day that President George H W Bush was being honored though and asked if one of the tv's at the bar could be changed to view the historic event. The last time we went the service had really gotten bad. They hold a server meeting right in the middle of opening so your server is gone 10-15 minutes. The managers counsel the employees in a booth right by the customers. You can hear what is being said. Thats not fair to the employee. Cooks do not cook burgers well done. They served me a bloody hamburger when I asked for well done. I spoke with a higher up manager and he really did not seem to care or take my concerns seriously. We were a regular customer going 3-4 times a week so its a shame the business has gone down hill. read more

Typically get great service here from both the server and management. They must have hired a little boy millennial manager recently. He certainly still had the pacifier still in his mouth because he kept tripping over his words and excuses when trying to explain why my order was never placed. Now the server was just having a rough night and missed my order out of our table of five, but when she went to the manager after realizing he didn't comp a single thing she was almost embarrassed to give us the bill.
