Even you can hear it when you're trying to find some parking. It's pretty nice, however the food is just your average chain food. Lots of country food mixed with soul food and fried food. I personally had the side of gravy with biscuit and greens. Really simple and not that special. My family had the salad with gravy. My dad had a big sirloin steak, corn bits and mashed potato with gravy. Personally, I actually regret not ordering what he did. He really enjoyed his dish. My mother had the melted mushrooms with parmesan cheese topped on top. the corn bits seem to be really popular. Their salads are ok. nothing too grand. But oh so very nice. My little sister had the side of thick, cut fries and mushrooms, but no parmesan cheese on top melting. Super good, the music could be toned down a bit. The service could become more faster paced. I am giving this location a 3 star due to the fact that as I was sitting near the door to the outside dinning area, a used glove was left sitting for hours. This glove was kicked around by 5 or 6 staff including the manager who came to our table and ask about our experience. As a manager you should be furious that your employees do not pick that up. I would have thought the manager would have finally picked it up but he also kicked it around. Also, there were so many flies in the building. I was told it was due to Covid and they had to leave the doors open for ventilation. Could be true, I'm not sure, but I won't be returning to this location. I have been to Texas Roadhouse many time in different parts of the US and thought I would try this one as it was near my hotel. I have never had any problems in the past and typically get very good service at a good cost. Let's start with the positive items in my experience - absolutely nothing. Now the negative - It started with me ordering my food. They were training someone so I expected some hiccups. She was curt, and would answer my questions incorrectly before I could finish my question. Next, when I asked what wine prices were as they are not on the menu she said "about xxx". I said I would appreciate knowing actual prices and she said she would check. After about 10 minutes she came back with prices. I next asked what the up-charge was for a Texas pour and again vagueness. I order what I wanted and after another 5 minutes she said they did not have what I ordered in stock. I asked if I could get the next level up at no extra cost and she said she would ask the manager. It was only $1 to $2 more - it was more out of principle. She came back a few minutes later and said they would not so I cancelled the wine. She said she would take the charge off my bill - how nice of her to not burden me with an item they could not deliver! During this entire time, the booth by me received, ate, and paid in about a 20 minute span. As I did not even receive my pre-dinner salad yet, I decided to leave. Came here for dinner with my girlfriend. Once we walked in we were not greeted at all. We stood there for about a good 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us. I mean I get it, sometimes you're busy and on the phone with another customer...BUT there were literally three other staff members just standing around doing nothing...We finally got their attention and waited about 15-20 minutes for a table. Once we were seated by our very nice and attentive waitress, we ordered a bone in ribeye and filet medallions. Both dishes came out at a reasonable time and were delicious. With that said, today my family and I walked out of the restaurant due to the stupid and unfair service we received from the manager in duty. Her name is BECCA. We called ahead for a table of 5- we arrived and Becca split out the party "claiming" that Denver regulations bla bla bla. Which I do sympathize, I am a Restauran/bar owner my self. What it was unfair and stupid was that she split us with a table of 3 and another table of 2. She sat me and my daughter ACROSS the restaurant instead of behind my other family. I asked her why wouldn't she seat us right behind ( table was perfectly open for seating) she said that because she had to split us from the servers, meaning different services, right there she is full of it! We waited over two hours for dinner, 49 of which waiting on a prime rib only to be told that the prime rib but wasn't going to be ready for the evening... and then when they brought us filets they were over-done and then under-done and not even edible. We didn't eat any of our food and the manager still tried to drop a check of $35 off at our table. We are now all there and we are waiting, and waiting I watched several large families that got there after us get seated, my boyfriend asked to speak with a manager and informed him that we had been waiting and we were all there, all the manager by the name Rob kept saying is we don't do reservations. We wait some more and watched more people get seated, asked for the manger again he acted like we didn't speak with him saying the girl we had spoke with was on break, which she was not she directing people and standing at the front at the little desk, then he said no one told them we were all there. Which is what my boyfriend told him when he ask to speak with him the first time, he was rude and dismissed my boyfriend like he was a child, turned his back to us and walked away. Ended up leaving going to another place to eat. The entire time we were waiting no one ever came to us and asked if we had been helped or if we needed anything. Me and my boyfriend ate here for dinner the other night. We were excited because neither of us have eaten there in a while! The experience was amazing, and it was only about a 15 minute wait. Our server, Zail, was so friendly. Everything we ordered was perfect, and the rolls of course were delicious. The only thing I did not like was right when we were about to get sat, two of the hosts were flirting right in front of the host stand, and the girl grabbed the boys balls. I thought that was very inappropriate and immature especially in front of so many customers. They noticed that I saw, and the girl eyed me the entire night. Visiting from Los Angeles I came here last night for my first time and was waited on by a gentleman named Wael and he was very attentive to me and my family. I ordered a country fried steak with mash but forgot to say chicken and when it arrived I realized this isn't what I ordered after taking a few bites, when he came back I confirmed what I ordered and he offered to fix my mistake but it was my fault and he brought his manager Christine back with him and she came to ensure me it was no problem they would gladly get me the correct one out within a few minutes and Christine personally ensured it's delivery. I have to say I've been to many restaurants in my life but never one with that kind of service and class and ensuring I the customer left happy, just wow! I have to say if more restaurants took this type of approach to ensuring their customers satisfaction imagine the business they would receive. The reason why I'm giving one star is because my husband got food poisoning the morning after we ate here. My brother and sister in law including myself got the BBQ chicken, only my husband got the steak (ordered medium). We are fine the next morning except my husband. Texas Roadhouse is my go-to when I am wanting a steak in a casual setting and eating with picky eaters. The rolls with the butter they gave you when you sit down are good but also a trap. Don't eat too much of these! I love the different cuts of meat from Ribeye to NY Strip to Filet to Prime Rib. I have tried them all, all good in their own ways. Order with confidence and based on what you feel like eating. You have to get horseradish with the Prime Rib though. They have other stuff too like fried chicken, ribs, salad, salmon, etc, so picky eaters can find something they like if they don't like steak. They have call ahead seating. This place always seems to be busy and can help save you time. The sides here are just OK. If they were better, it would be 5 stars. When it was returned to me it was medium in the center but the outside was black and burnt. When I pointed this out to the server all he offered was to bring me a cup of auju meant for prime rib.
