Celebrated my mom's 92nd birthday at the Roadhouse. Expectations weren't high as we had only a fair meal at another location. Not here!! The food was excellent as was the service. The place was packed and we didn't wait long to be seated. Service was very prompt and so friendly. Don't underestimate this restaurant. We really enjoyed it. Just left there after having Mother's Day dinner. Party of 4, 3 of us ordered ribeye steaks, medium well. Got our food after 30 minutes and it was still "moo-ing". Practically raw! We had to send it back 3 times because each time it came back it was a bloody mess. We decided to take our steaks and finish cooking it at home because our 4th party was done eating. We have been to Texas Roadhouse several times. The waitress and waiter were usually very friendly. The host works at the door depending on the luck of the day. I was away for Mother's Day. After I get back, I tried to make it up and take my parents to the Texas RoadHouse for a belated Mother's Day & AAPI celebration. My mom booked the appointment online & the text message instructed us to see the host. My mom approached the host, Bella. Bella was very rude, discriminated against my mom and me, and was unprofessional. She keeps saying to my mom that "I don't understand you. I am busy. You have to wait." when I tried to step in when I tried to explain to her we got a text our table was ready, Bella put her hand on my face and said, "Stay out of my face!" For AAPI month, that's how you treat your Asian American customers? Very disrespectful! The host is the face of your business, from my experience, the host needs more customer service and cultural-sensitivity training for sure. Thank you. read more

Um aaaammmaaaazzzzing!! Holy smokes!! Now I'm not a steak person, but oh my good lawd!! They get f-bomb for fantastic food and fabulous fast service!! We came in about 3:30-4pm. We had steak, shrimp, chicken, sweet potatoes, veggies, fries, brownie and apple pie desserts as well as some margaritas. Everything was making me emotionally happy. Food was ok. Nothing great. I got the chicken fried chicken and it was really dry, kids steak was nothing but burnt ends. I don't recommend large parties. No tables only booths. They put a party of 9 in a booth . No comfortable at all. Outback is better in my opinion. On the plus side the drinks are really good. read more

Brought my family to Texas Roadhouse at St Rose PKWY to celebrate Mother's Day and Asia Pacific Month . I joined the waitlist , checked in at parking lot. I proceeded to the host as requested via text .(See the attachment) . When I approached the host - she was condescending to me and would not let me finished my sentence. She kept saying " I don't understand you" with a really unfriendly discriminating tone . I tried to show her my text she tried to push me away with her hands up. She ruined the rest of my day with such a bad attitude. The management definitely need to give more training to new hires to improve the customer service. We come here on a regular basis and I have to say things have really been much better than ever. I have had several different servers and for the most part everyone has been very attentive. I really feel with all the rising cost out there Texas Roadhouse really keeps there prices as reasonable as possible. I usually get the NY Steak or the Prime Rib both cost about $20-25 depending on the size you order. They come with 2 sides and there are a lot of choices for the sides, and of the coarse the bottomless basket of rolls are delicious. My wife and I get out of here for Under $50 without tip but still for these times that is not easy to say for a steak dinner and a night out. Basic bbq, bread is amazing, had take out, we ordered the blooming onion along with steaks, needless to say the onion wasn't in our bag. This happens a lot with restaurants and we didn't want to drive back. The server went over our order when they handed the bag didn't recheck. read more

This is now our 2nd time trying out Texas Roadhouse and I will say the ROLLS are TO DIE FOR! Now for the steak and baked potato are SOOO SALTY. We even got mushrooms on our steaks and they were both so salty... Mushrooms should be left alone.. no need to add that much salt on it. I will say this will probably be the last time we go there. Decided to take my mother here for her birthday since she loves steaks. The food itself was pretty good BUT the service sucked. I had to ask our waiter several times for items I needed and he hardly came around so that took a long time. Our food came out for half the table then 8 minutes later everyone else's food came out. I understand all the hype about this place, we want to one in Phoenix and the Rib-eye was fabulous. I understand everyone and everyplace is short staffed, even our waitress told us we had to wait on our drinks because the bar was so crowded and bartender was behind, what I don't understand was the quality of stand drinks nor the food. My husband saw the display of big thick steaks so of course he ordered a 20oz ribeye steak medium loaded potato i ordered 10oz prime rib well done sweet potato. Did we get that? Nope. We finally got our drinks with our salad mine was wrong and sent back, but his ribeye was cooked almost black 1/4 thick and pathetic looking, we could have made better on our grill. I have been to so many locations for this restaurant. This one was really bad. I went with my husband and my sister. It was an average amount of busy, but we ended up waiting about 7 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. She ended up getting our drink order all wrong. Not even close. My sister ordered chili with onions and NO cheese. It was brought with cheese. My husband ordered a rare steak; it was very overcooked. I ordered shrimp, sautéed mushrooms, and broccoli. Not sure why there was cheese on the mushrooms. I had to send them back. The broccoli was nearly raw. Shrimp were overcooked and so chewy. There was a strange brown object in my husband's mashed potatoes. The fried pickles were saturated in oil. Soggy. I've never had so many bad things at once. read more

We were very excited to dine at a restaurant that I frequented often with my family for many years. I'm from Texas and the Bartender Justin does not exude the quality of service that a Texas Roadhouse usually gives. We sat at the bar to eat a quick dinner. We sat for 10-15 minutes while we watched bartenders talk to each other and other patrons at the bar. Justin spoke to the man on my left and the woman to my husbands right. I honestly thought he was going to say hello, but he turned away without even so much as making eye contact with us. None of the bartenders acknowledged us. Not even a hello. We will return and make sure we make a reservation to sit with a more qualified food server. We were given great service by the hostesses and they deserve a 5 star. I was very disappointed as my husband and I visited Texas road house on this location. We ordered ribs and they were to charred to eat as well as dry. Then we ordered granny's apple classic and the quality and the way it looked was poor. The service provided was spectacular, but sadly the food wasn't that great. My family ordered the 20 oz bone in rib-eye, the ribeye/ribs combo, and the grilled salmon. The steaks were very salty and overcooked as we ordered medium and they were almost well done. The ribs were dry and not fall of the bone, but the salmon was cooked well but lacked flavor. The side dishes of mashed potatoes, vegetables, salads and the bread/butter were good, but the main courses put a downer on the meal. Unfortunately my family has agreed that we won't be coming back any time soon due to the food quality, but the servers were very enthusiastic and very helpful. read more

It was just okay. I ordered the 20oz ribeye, medium and it came out under seasoned and well done... no pink at all. The mushrooms and onions were very good. The Caesar salad was underdressed and the chili, while tasty, was very salty. My daughter ordered a piece of strawberry cheesecake for dessert. It tasted like a frozen cheesecake with watery, frozen strawberries...of which there were very few...just thrown on top. The only real bright spot was our waitress Victoria. She was wonderful and took care of us. Not sure if I'd go back. My wife told me she won't return. So unfortunate. I was really hoping this one was as good as others we've been to. read more
