We decided at the last minute to go get a burger. We signed up on the waitlist online and we're seated pretty quick when we got there which was good. I asked for water with lemon. I just got water. My wife asked for medium well and it was medium Rare at best. I asked for medium and got medium well. Upon taking a bite out of my burger, I tasted burnt bread. Both the top and the heel of the bun were burnt. I let the server know and he took it back to the kitchen. He brought out the same overcooked burger with my bite taken out of it, on a new slightly warmed bun. I don't think the burger was even kept warm. I could still taste the burnt bun flavor in what remained of the cheese and I don't know what happened to the lettuce but most of it disappeared and did not return. I have eaten at many TRH around the country and have not been this disappointed at any of them. Unfortunately this one is in my town. Someone did come by and take $10 off my bill. Probably was still not worth the 2 or three dollars it ended up costing me for the burger. read more

I ordered curbside pick up was supposed to be ready at 9:30. They told me to wait till 935 at 10:05 I called back because it wasn't ready. I had three people hang up on me they hung up on me three times I requested a manager they refused to answer my questions, I would not recommend this restaurant to Anybody the food is cold by now, find you another restaurant. My first time here and my food is delicious! It's a new build in McDonough in the south point plaza. My server Olivia was nothing short of amazing ! My food was amazing and came quick. They have a pick your steak area where you can select what cut of meat you would like right before you sit. I got a mango margarita with a patron kick. It was good but not super strong. .there was an hour wait on Saturday around 6 . Luckily this was a good time as the wait when we sat wqs at 2 hours. There's not really a Texas Roadhouse in the area so I'm sure this is going to become a staples in McDonough. The appetizers are good and I love that the bone in ribeyes is only $25. I'll definitely be back. It's a nice steakhouse to patron outside of Logan's and longhorn ! Happy this is here , and there bread is to die for ! read more

I 10/10 do NOT recommend anyone to spend your money or time here . This was probably the worst customer service experience I've had . We waited 30 mins to receive the complimentary bread , 45 mins to even get our drinks and when management was notified of the issue .. proceeded to blame the waitress for terrible service . The blind is leading The blind at this place and it's apparent . When we finally received our food , orders were completely wrong, the food was cold and our waitress continued to go missing without doing anything to make the experience better . Moral of the story , we sat on this restaurant for 1.5 hours and ended up leaving still hungry and very underwhelmed . They need to do better .. starting with management . read more

On the way from Saint Augustine, Florida to Kennesaw Georgia. We stopped here for lunch. I ordered a burger which was terrific. They did it medium rare made it just the way I like it. Went in on a Friday. Didn't have any wait for lunch time. We sat down and our server was great very attentive. We didn't order any apps just our meal and our food took awhile to get to the table. So if you're on a lunch break of an hour you'd be sitting there hungry or run late for work. Chicken tenders were dry and I got 5 small baby back ribs and a small sirloin steak with mashed potatoes. We went because they are donating profits to Apalachee H. S. today. Kudos! So, the restaurant probably busier than usual for a Monday. The steaks (a little undercooked), mashed potatoes, and sweet potato were great. The sweet tea was weak. The rolls and Caesar salads were bland. The forks are trash. Service was good. I've been here a few times. It seems like the service will be hit or miss sometimes. If you like this chain find the good servers and ask for them specifically. And let me know which ones. I wish I could remember the name of the first server I had; they were great. Lol read more

This place is a total bust. Went there while in town for business. Service was slow, waitress took my drink order and was gone for about 10 minutes. When she finally brought my drink, she apologized for the delay and stated that my food would be out soon. That confused me a bit because I hadn't ordered at that point. I told her I had not ordered then she said " yes you did". I just asked her to remind me what I ordered, she flipped through her pad and said "well I guess your right". LOL. My order slowly came out, salad first. Then after around 15-20 minutes they brought my Steak. Ordered it medium but came out Rare so I waited about 10 minutes for the waitress to return. I told her my Steak was under cooked so she took it back. About 10 minutes passed and she came back by and said the manager was bringing my steak. After another 10 minutes I just asked her for the check and the manager. The manager was nice but offered no resolution other than asked if I wanted the Steak in a to go box. This place was a complete and total Ghetto dumpster fire! The service was absolutely terrible, The restaurant wasn't clean, and the staff were less than professional! Set an our table for 15 minutes before meeting our waitress, receiving drinks and Rolls. Well done steak was requested, we were served rare- once we brought it too someone's attention, they proceeded to take the steak and re-cook the exact same steak and bring it back out as if cross contamination wasn't a thing! I asked to speak with a manager after waiting for another 15 to 18 minutes, we decided to get up and leave. On the way out we saw the service manager- Who made petty excuses an offered Zero compensation for our horrible Experience! We wasted 45 minutes of our evening to not have a proper meal , this is unacceptable! I would not recommend this location! read more

I went in for a burger and fries. I was truly impressed with the raw steak display (where you can choose your steak before being seated). I ordered a medium burger. It came well done. I ordered cheese fries. The cheese was solid because they were not warm. The bun on the burger is good if you like a lot of bread but m giving this experience a 4 for ambiance. I had a Corona. The frosted beer glass was a treat. Our Server was very good. I will go back because they have a large selection of menu items that I want to try. I only give a 1 because that's the lowest I could give. I say at the bar where I was greeted and my order was taken. I got my food " beef tips, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli". The food was thrown on the plate in a mess. They barely gave me any onions or gravy and the steak was just warm. The beef was tough where I literally spit it out in a napkin. There was three girls at the bar and no one checked on me. One girl asked the lady next to me three times if she needed anything and the girls on the other side twice but didn't check in once. When I was ready for my ticket, I waved, said excuse me and even put up the church finger to get their attention. Which didn't work so I had to ask an employee walking by to get their attention and let them know I was ready for my check. Food presentation horrible, food mediocre, service poor. Not the best place to come to after a long day. Better luck next time I hope! read more
