The service was great, once we got to our table after over 90 minutes. There were almost 10 open tables we saw while waiting and the "hostesses" were too busy making fun of customers.When we checked in we were given so much attitude and negativity. I believe they made us wait even longer. There were several groups that were seated before us but arrived after. As someone in the hospitality business for over 20 years, I am amazed that management allowed such immature teenagers be the face of your establishment. They were making comments and faces at the guests walking in. We are not the only guests that noticed. You might want to make more mature and professional employees the first impression people see when they come in. One of the people in our party is disabled and there was not a place for them to sit. All the chairs and benches have been removed. We are not going there again, treated terrible and felt discriminated against. read more

LOVE ROAD HOUSE! However, sadly this location in general is not the best... Within the my last two visits, once in Sep. and again 2 weeks ago, steaks were over done. Also, if you order one of their margaritas you'll find it's the same amount of beverage as one of their shots. The glasses are just filled with ice and the pre-made mix just poured over it. We ordered margaritas without ice once we figured that out... finally got our money worth. Bummer this quality happens with typical restaurant food chains. read more

Great service, steak great but the sides were all hideous: liquid smoke green beans, mashed potatoes (daughter who loves mashed wouldn't eat them and said tasted like sugar in them), freezer burnt broccoli/carrots and over cooked nasty sauces mushrooms. Sent my steak back for being cold to the touch on the outside, they brought the same steak back less than 3 minutes later. Requested for it to be remade, they said it would take 15 minutes because the grill was already off... they bring me another steak that was literally raw in the middle. I requested medium rare, when I told the manager Raymond, that it was ridiculous that my steak was raw in the middle on the edge(not even the center) , and he stated their medium rare and rare are "side by side, the same thing". The lack of customer service at this location is absolutely appalling. The managers, Lou and Raymond need retraining. Yes, they took the steak off my bill. But having to watch everyone else eat at MY birthday dinner and then take my food home in a box... my steak that I ended up taking out of sheer frustration was less than a quarter inch thick and was not up to par. I'm annoyed that I wasted $100 (including gift cards for my birthday) on this sub par dinner. Our server Carlos was great.. I asked Carlos for the owner/corporate information. When he came back with the bill I asked again for this information, for him to state that his manager also avoided his question for the franchise/corporate information. If this is the way they run their business, the regional manager may want to be in the restaurant a little more as this quite frankly is unacceptable. read more

Let's see where to start! I walk in and it's great to be wiping down menus but I had to tell the girl who was seating us to remove the gloves she was using the clean menus and give us new bread! Attitude #1 second we ask to sit outside we get told no because "we cannot keep the outside sanitized", first off putting me inside less than 6 feet away from someone is not keeping me safe eating in your establishment! If I want to eat outside then I'm safer out there than sitting in here in a Petri dish, did you know the coronavirus cannot survive in damp cool air? And to top it off two of your line guys back there are wearing gloves but touching their water jugs and then touching food! Breathing onto a glove near you mouth transfers the virus from mouth to hand to food! So please get it together because your precautions are not working unless utilized correctly! read more

There is a problem when you let a 17 year old decide when to seat people. Thats number one. Number two. Does this not remind you of airplane food or hospital cafeteria food the way it's served ? The ribs were so tender that he meat fell off the bone, just the way I like it. My husband had a side of chili and the country fried sirloin. I'm sad to post only two stars on this review. There are great things about Texas road house! Like the rolls. Mmmm so delicious. But good bread may not be enough to justify eating there again after the unfortunate experience we had there this weekend. The service was very poor. Our waitress took quite awhile to get around to taking our order. My husband and I ordered our drinks, he ordered ginger ail because he cannot drink alcohol and she brought him a Moscow mule. When we got our food each of us had a messed up order. I assumed we got the wrong tables order. Our waitress didn't come check on us and we had to ask another waiter to help us correct our order. When we ended up getting our food my husband and my steak was barely even seared. We had asked for medium rare but it was almost completely raw. I like rare meat, don't get my wrong. But this was RAW! I never send food back. Like never. But I literally couldn't even eat it. So the waitress came and gave a half hearted apology and took the steak and then had the cook finish it for us. To top it off our bill at the end was put in completely wrong. We were charged for extra things we didn't get. There was a meal we didn't even order and a charge for a drink we didn't even get. I am very disappointed in this visit with the service and the food. I recently went to TR. I have only been a couple of times and this was the first time at this location. (Norterra) With CV19 and all, we got there at 2PM. It was not busy at all. Our server was friendly and we received our drinks in a timely manner and our order was taken. We ordered salads with our entree and they arrived in a timely manner. I ordered a 10 oz prime rib and my wife ordered smothered chicken(?)(it looked like smothered chicken. While waiting for our entrees that seemed to take a bit longer, I noticed that all the wait staff were wearing masks and most were wearing gloves. I watched to see if they were changing them frequently or washing their hands. Unknown if they did wash their hands, they definitely were not changing their gloves frequently. The table in front of me checked out, dishes were removed from the table all with the same pair of gloves. Our server even asked us for our dirty menus and sat them down on the server desk where they ring in the food. Orders were being put in by different servers at the same desk and they were not changing their gloves either. Needless to say, I'm not too concerned with the CV19 thing. What I am concerned about is the disgusting transfer of food from other tables and who knows what because the servers have no tactile awareness of just how dirty their gloves are from one table to the next. This is a terrible practice. I waited to see a manager walk around but, that didn't happen. We finally received our less than Luke warm food. It was very disappointing. The sides and the entrees were just plain cold. I just don't think I can go back. Clearly management is implementing safety for looks not for cleanliness. The hot rolls with cinnamon butter are walked to the table with you when your seated. They are amazing! The smothered chicken and cheeseburger were delicious. Unfortunately the ribs were a huge disappointment. They were dry and tough. The loaded baked potato was not great either. No butter, small dollop of sour cream, crispy bacon and cheese on top that never melted. Service is great and the servers line dance which is fun. read more

My lady and i ordered our food and we were surprised at the quality of it. The customer service from our waitress Sidney was excellent. Wait staff is courteous, prompt, and down to earth. The steak was medium as requested and had the perfect amount of pink to my liking. Been to other locations and the steaks are consistently well prepared. No complaints other than it get a bit noisy but that atmosphere is lively so no complaint there. Then said that they can't refund the charges because "it's through a 3rd party" yet we paid them directly through their app when ordering. Makes zero sense. To start, we have been to this location and others before, we usually love Texas Roadhouse. It's been awhile since we've gone, with the COVID-19 closures. Wanted to go for my birthday lunch. Service was great, she was very friendly and attentive. The problem is the food. The quality has changed. To start, we noticed the rolls are heavier and dense, the flavor is like undercooked dough, but not that texture. I had a sirloin and it did not taste like their usual cut. Heavily salted, even inside, and the texture and taste was strange. My wife and son got the country fried sirloin, which is usually awesome, but they had the same complaint. I'm not sure if they had to change meat suppliers, but they should look elsewhere, because this stuff was awful. I hope they get back to the quality they had. We won't be coming back for awhile. read more

Texas Roadhouse used to be my favorite restaurant. The apps were great, the salads great, my steak was always done to perfection and service was top notch. At least at the metro center & arrowhead locations. This one opened up close to our house so I was very excited. However, 4 times we've been here: I've had to send my steak back 3x. Twice the seasoning on the steak was overdone (too salty). Service has been meh at best. Once, our potato skins didn't arrive until after our main meal. On that same visit, they weren't even on the check at the end so I thought ok cool they took them off because they were late. I give them my CC, and the receipt comes back higher. Waitress said she had forgotten them on the original bill. Sigh... Whoever is running this place needs to take a hint from other locations. I liked Texas Roadhouse because they were consistent and I always knew what I was getting. This location is a crap shoot. My wife & I plan on making the extra drive to the arrowhead or metro center location so we can get what we have always expected. read more
