An 11 oz steak weighing in at 6.8
    Breanna L.

I love Texas Roadhouse and the idea of it. I prefer pick up so I can get my food after the gym and go home. Steak, sweet potato, and broccoli however this location is always ripping off in ounce size. I ordered an 11 oz steak an this what I got. And yes I know cooking shrinks the steak but not by this much.

Our family's go-to steakhouse in the area. My family and I have eaten at Texas Roadhouse in Rialto multiple times, and it continues to be one of our favorite places when we're craving steak or celebrating a special occasion. In our opinion, it's one of the best steakhouse options in the area. We've visited during weekday lunches, dinners, and busy weekends. Since there aren't many steakhouses nearby, this location gets packed. On especially busy days, the wait can be anywhere from one to two hours. Thankfully, they offer an online waitlist, which helps a lot because you can add your name before heading over. My husband and I usually order the prime rib, and their creamy horseradish sauce is one of my favorite parts of the meal. My parents normally get the T-bone or ribeye, and even my daughter loves the steak here. The steaks are usually cooked correctly. There have been a few times when ours came out slightly more done than requested during a rush, but they were still good, and the staff is quick to correct mistakes when needed. Of course, the fresh rolls with cinnamon butter are always a family favorite. Their sides and drinks are also good, although some of the sides can occasionally be a little salty. The restaurant is impressively clean considering how busy it stays. Just know that the atmosphere is usually loud, crowded, and energetic--not the place for a quiet dinner. Parking can also be difficult. They have their own lot, but it fills up quickly. My husband once brought friends here, and one of them said the food at this location tasted better than other Texas Roadhouse locations he had visited. We don't have another location to compare it to, but we'll take his word for it! Whenever our family is craving steak, this location consistently hits the spot.

My husband and I always make it a point to get to Texas Roadhouse right when they open because the wait times can get pretty long later in the day. It's become one of our steak spots, and they never disappoint! We always order the 20 ounce ribeye, and it's consistently cooked to perfection juicy, flavorful, and exactly how we order it. The food quality is always good. The service is also worth mentioning. The servers are always friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which makes the experience even better. Between the great steaks, welcoming atmosphere, and reliable service, this location continues to be our go to

They were packed on Thursday night! Very glad we put ourselves on the waitlist about 10 minutes before arriving. Lots of birthdays which was fun. Our server was very nice, but she did ask us if we wanted things that were an up-charge without informing us that they were, which I don't like. (ie "do you want your mashed potatoes loaded?") I knew it was an up-charge but I think it's best practice to let people know so they don't complain/get surprised later. I wouldn't order the ribs again because they were dry and I also wouldn't order the BBQ chicken because it's truly just chicken with sauce on it. We LOVE the seasoned rice and they cooked our steaks perfectly (medium and medium rare). The fries were well seasoned too. I also liked the chili a lot it was very flavorful. We asked for garlic butter with our rolls which is a hack I saw online and it was pretty good!

This opened horribly a year or so ago. They have really come back strong. I have been here like four times in 2026 and they have gotten better. Whether it's a 6 oz steak or fried catfish, saluted mushrooms, and loaded sweet potato. On this visit I had Angel help me and he did great. The biggest problem with this location is NO VETERAN DISCOUNT.

You know what makes your meal perfect. Having a wonderful cheerful person like Ashley. Such a joyful upbeat energetic worker rushing from one table to the next and maintaining her great wonderful personality. My 20 ounce ribeye steak certainly hit the spot. Sure made our day with the excellent service all the way around and a perfect meal.

The FREE house rolls are my fav. This fresh, slightly sweet dinner rolls are amazing T^T (tears of joy). I can eat baskets of this if I wasn't saving room for actual dinner. The housemade honey cinnamon butter that it comes with is also a perfect pair for it. Also, don't be shy asking for more rolls. I appreciate how the staff even encourages you to do so. Peanuts Free! Comes in bags so you can eat here or grab and go. Fried Pickles Good but salty. Ribeye Steak  When cooked right (medium rare) it is SOOO GOOD. However, I am a little cursed... I tend to end up with medium or medium well even tho I always ask for medium rare. For example on my last visit here, the steak was not cut evenly so some parts were just right while some parts were overcooked. Ribs Enjoyed it. Significant for me to say bc I've been going though a phase where I'm tired of Western/American Style bbq ribs. I think the usual prep for it just involves too much sauce and dry, overcooked meat. Not the case at here. The ribs are not over-sauced (tho you can ask for extra if you like that) and fall off the bone tender.  Sides: Have tried baked sweet potato w/ honey butter cinnamon (ofc), house salad w/ honey lime dressing (would buy a bottle of this dressing), fresh veggies (steamed broccoli and carrots), and mushroom. Among these, I'd add that the sweet potato is very delicious and filling. The veggies are standard. For the mushroom, don't get it as a side like I did, just get the add on gravy version for +$2.99 so that you can smoother it on your steak.  For first timers, I'd say JUST DO IT and go for the 12oz ribeye & rib combo for $38.99 for the best of both words. Personally, I am eyeing the blooming onion and prime rib for my next order. ps. If ur doing a bday celebration, they bring out a saddle for u for u to ride on an yell "YEEHAW!"

Had a large party and was able to go on their app/online for a waitlist. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Robertt the server was really good, and was quick with refills and taking away dirty dishes. He did a great Job. Especially for a Sunday night when it's an hr+ waitlist. Only critique we had were some of our steaks were on different plates which for us isn't an issue we just switch them up and we're goods bbq chicken was super tender. Staff tonight rocked it for me.

First timer.! Stopped by Texas Roadhouse for dinner and had a really good experience. Service was good, and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. The steak was cooked the way my wife asked and had good flavor. Sides were solid, and the fresh bread with cinnamon butter was the best thing ever lol Would definitely come back.

Texas Roadhouse never fails to put me in a good mood the second I walk in. The smell of fresh-baked bread hits you immediately, and that warm roll with cinnamon butter might honestly be one of the best free things a restaurant gives you. Their hand-cut steaks are always cooked exactly how I ask, the ribs fall right off the bone, and the made-from-scratch sides taste like someone's actual grandma made them. What really won me over, though, is their app -- being able to join the waitlist before I even leave the house is such a smart little feature. I just add my name, get a text when my table's close to ready, and skip standing around hungry while everyone else waits. It makes the whole experience feel so much smoother, especially on busy weekend nights. Add in the friendly staff and prices that don't make my wallet cry, and it's easy to see why this place is a regular go-to for me. You can never go wrong by coming here.

I have never been to a Texas Roadhouse before this experience and I thought the food was great! We can for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon as a group of 7 with no reservation and we were seated in about 10 minutes. The restaurant is huge so can serve a lot of people. We had some peanuts in the lobby while we waited. We ordered the cactus blossom/blooming onion to share and then everyone got individual steak dishes. Their steak is about $30 per dish which is such a great deal since most restaurants charge $50-60 for a filet mignon. I'm sure their meat quality is not the same as fancier places but my steak was still cooked a nice medium rare and tasted great. We spent ~$200 for all of us (kids shared a dish). Free parking in the lot but it was pretty busy even on a Saturday outside of peak meal times.

Today 7/2/26 around 5:30 pm was my first experience at Texas Roadhouse, when entering and checking in with the host my expectations were low because the host wasn't welcoming and the restaurant was busy! Even our initial waiter was very short with us but kind. He went on his break so we had the pleasure of meeting Sophie! She was so enthusiastic and friendly! It really turned my whole experience around! Some of the best costumer service ever! The food was good and the drink she recommended was great! Thank you again Sophie!

Service was great but this is how my silverware was received this was June 29 4:01pm

Pulling into the parking lot, we weren't sure what to expect, this place blends right into its surroundings and gives major "if you know, you know" energy. It's literally next to a collector's shop. Walking inside felt like stepping into an old movie, very cozy, dim, and full of character. Booth seating is limited, so we started at a small table with the option to move once a booth opened up. Drinks in hand, we took in the scene and quickly realized this spot has karaoke and a loyal group of regulars who bring the entertainment. We ordered pan seared ahi and potato skins to start, and once we moved to a booth, the food arrived. The ahi was fresh and surprisingly good, especially for my first time trying it. The potato skins were classic and paired perfectly with our drinks. For entrées, we both went with the ribeyes and chose baked potatoes as our sides. The steaks came out tender, juicy, flavorful and honestly far better than we expected. The kind of meal that makes you pause mid‑bite and look at each other like, "Wait... this is actually delicious." And the pricing? Perfect. Almost unbelievable for the quality of the food, service, and overall experience. Between the great steaks, friendly staff, lively atmosphere, and the chance to just relax and enjoy each other's company, this place delivered exactly what we needed. We'll definitely be back.

I'm glad I didn't listen to myself, and we went in and had a great experience. I would say that this place is like an old-fashioned steakhouse, dark, but comfortable. The bar area seemed to be occupied by regulars, as did several of the booths and tables in the dining area. We met Lisa & Dave, the owners, and Lisa waited on us, while Dave was tending the bar. We started with two Old Fashioned cocktails, one a Crème Brûlée and the other a Blackberry. Both were unique, outstandingly delicious, and at $9 each, a real steal. So much so, we shared a second Crème Brulé Old Fashioned. FOOD: They started us off with a complimentary basket of Cheesy Garlic Bread. We ordered the Sautéed Mushrooms ($14) to share. My mother-in-law got the Lamp Burger ($13) served with fries, and my wife and I both ordered the Prime Rib (Queen Cut $37) served with veggies & fries. We both got the side salad, but I also ordered a cup of Chili Verde soup ($5). I asked for a side of blue cheese dressing and received a small cup of the homemade blue cheese dressing using Gorgonzola which was fantastic! We finished it off with their Brown Butter Cake ($10) served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I can't begin to emphasize how delicious everything was, and the service was top notch. I guess the lesson is, don't judge a book by its cover (or the parking lot). We had a delicious meal, fantastic cocktails, and excellent service. We'd most definitely return for another visit. Parking spots are cramped and there's simple not enough spaces, especially during peak times. Pros: now as a long time ayce bbq lover, I understand that red castle quality is not top tier and I don't expect it to be when I go. I view red castle as an affordable joint to get my brisket and beef belly fix, which are the only two items that I basically get. It's odd reading about others experience with service, because every time I go, the service is always fast. I don't need to ask for the grill change because they are fully staffed and consistently checking in. Sure, the hospitality could improve a little but realize what you're going in there for. To stuff ya face! If you're coming here and comparing this place to other kbbq joints, you'll surely be let down. But to enjoy ayce protein for ~25 bucks without having to clean and prep a solid meal, many would realize the true gem that is Red Castle. I remember when their ayce was 13-15 bucks when they opened. There was also plenty of parking and several seating options inside. We decided to order a little bit of everything so we could try as much of the menu as possible. We had the brisket, brisket burnt ends, rib tips, several sides, and both desserts. The brisket burnt ends were definitely my favorite. They were smoky, tender, and full of flavor. The brisket had a beautiful bark and was cooked perfectly, and the rib tips were just as good. I was honestly just as impressed with the sides. My favorites were the spicy mac and cheese and the potato salad. The potato salad was creamy and was the perfect thing to cool your mouth after eating the steamed jalapeños. The coleslaw and green beans were also really refreshing and balanced out all the rich barbecue. The biggest surprise for me was the sweet yams. It was so flavorful that it tasted like it had been slow-cooked in brown sugar and spices for hours. For dessert, I tried both the banana pudding and the peach cobbler. The banana pudding was the winner for me, but I also liked that the peach cobbler wasn't overly sweet. Even the cornbread was delicious. I ended up pairing it with the barbecue baked beans and was a great combo. Our total came to about $110 before tax and tip, but we ordered enough food to try a wide variety of meats, sides, and desserts, so I thought it was well worth it. Overall, there wasn't a single thing we ordered that I wouldn't get again. If you're looking for great Texas-style barbecue in the Inland Empire, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu.

There were only about five customers in line, yet the service was extremely slow. I placed my order for meat and then waited to move down the line, but ended up standing there for over 20 minutes just to pay. There were only three customers ahead of me, and the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed--mainly due to a single to-go order. Meanwhile, everyone else's food was just sitting there getting cold. The customer in front of me even left to use the restroom and came back to more waiting, which says a lot about the delay. What made it more frustrating was seeing the to-go order continue adding items while several of us were stuck waiting just to check out. At that point, it felt like enough was enough. I would strongly suggest having one dedicated cashier and another person serving. It's not a good look for a restaurant running a hot line to struggle with just five customers. Hopefully this was just an off day, because I've had good experiences here before--but today definitely missed the mark.

Now let's talk about the food, this is the third time I've come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each time it's been a thrill for my mouth. I first tried lunch and had a great hamburger juicy and full of flavor, worth coming back and trying another. Next I came for dinner and tried thier fish and chips, which were crispy and delicious and the chips were nice and fluffy. Next I had breakfast and ordered the Chicken fried steak, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, my eggs came out just the way I wanted them and the hash browns were nice and crispy. Over all this is a place to try, come on out, you won't be disappointed.

The meatloaf looked good so I ordered it to be delivered. I love meatloaf. It looked more like 2 hamburger patties covered with bar b que sauce. It wasn't what I expected. I ordered mashed potatoes and bar b que beans for my sides. They forgot the beans. I've eaten here in the past and enjoyed it. Because of this I would come back and realize mistakes happen. But I was really looking forward to this dinner and felt a little let down. So they get 3 stars for tonight's meal, but I know they are better and will be back back.

Took an hour and a half to get our food. Didn't have silverware, someone in our party had to go find and grab it on her own. 11 people in our party, 3 plates came out at once and had missing items and no dressing for our salad. Asked for dressing 3 times never got them couldn't eat our entree salads. Then a couple more plates came out 15 mins later, then they tried to give the next food they ran out to the table next to us. Then we were still waiting on our final 2 plates, they brought us one of the plates and 10 mins later brought the last plate. Everyone's missing items and all food came out extremely scattered. We went to find a manager and they did literally nothing. Still couldn't eat my salad. What a waste of 2 hours of our time and ruined the mood right before our graduation starts. Nothing like spending so much on what was supposed to be a nice lunch and having to plan to leave here to get something else quickly to eat. This made us want to cancel our second night stay in the hotel. Manager did end up sending someone over on her behalf to apologize so thank you for that part. Just disappointed.

Today was such a delightful day at Outback Steakhouse in San Bernardino! It was my boss's birthday,…read moreso I had the opportunity to treat him to lunch for a change. He usually takes us out, so it felt great to celebrate him and all that we've accomplished together. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated quickly in a booth near the bar. That turned out to be the perfect spot because our bartender made the entire experience exceptional. She gave us fantastic recommendations, from the appetizer all the way to our steaks, and everything was absolutely delicious. To top it all off, she surprised us with a birthday dessert so we could celebrate properly. Working in real estate can be challenging, but it's also incredibly rewarding. Today was a chance to reflect on both our successes and the lessons we've learned along the way. Sharing a great meal in such a welcoming atmosphere made the celebration even more meaningful. A huge thank you to the team at Outback Steakhouse in San Bernardino for the outstanding hospitality. We'll definitely be back, and I won't hesitate to recommend this location to my friends, family, and colleagues. Five stars!

Anyway I got me a New York strip, medium well, it came out raw, I will be nice and review it when they got it right. It had good texture, overall a decent budget steak. The fries were pretty typical for a big chain, heavily salted, decent taste, nothing above mediocre. The baked potato used basic ingredients, nothing popped out, mediocre potato. Probably the best thing were the wings, good seasoning, decent crisp to them, I enjoyed these. Steak: 7.1 Fries: 6.5 Baked Potato: 6.9 Wings: 7.9
