Went to Texas Roadhouse and had a good experience overall. I ordered the ribs with a baked potato and green beans. The ribs were solid and flavorful, while the sides were just okay. The real highlight was the service with the rolls. We asked for more at the beginning and started with four, and they just kept bringing them out until we eventually had to say no more. Six of us came in today for dinner at 4 o'clock, and it was quite busy. It's a fun Texas themed and well decorated restaurant. There's a lot of hustle and bustle when we left there was people sitting on benches both inside and all over the place outside waiting for their tables. Apparently this is a common occurrence. Glad we got there early. Hailey, our waitress, was friendly professional, and on task. She kept checking and filling up our beverage glasses, bringing us more rolls and checking to see if we needed anything. All of us appreciated her very much. I ordered the chicken fried sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn, and it was right on. Very flavorful and huge as you can tell from the picture I took most of it home and had it later in the evening. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meals very much and it was a positive experience for all of us. I was a bit leery to come here, but I'm glad we did and we'll come back at some point in the future. This place is always crowded for dinner no matter what day you go! They do have a wait list and let you know on the app how long it will be. Once you do get there, you check in and still wait a bit but still get in faster than the people who walk in. I also think they take reservations but not exactly sure. They yeast dinner rolls are everyone's favorite. They serve the rolls with chunky honey butter. My kids always asks for two servings which they never charge extra for the second basket. My boys and myself always order ribeyes and/or the prime rib. The meals are decent and comes with two sides. It can get pretty loud, so loud that you may not hear eachother talk. read more

This place was suuuuper packed on a Tuesday. It is a very famous and trendy place to eat. Our server was really good and very nice. The food was on point all around and cant complain. They give big portions. They have a meat section where you can choose your own steak. Thats cool because you can pick out big you want it and see it before its cooked. If you plan to dine here please I repeat please do not use CASH. I made the mistake of not using my card to pay for my dine-in meal and used some cash. And was completely scammed out of my payment! First and foremost my food was not great everything was cold and had to be remade. I asked my waitress could she please make sure everything was hot and fresh. When my food arrived everything was cold mash potatoes, yam, ribs, etc. I double paid for my meal because the waitress claimed I only gave her $7. Which was completely not true I didn't feel like going to war over this. I had a long day and just wanted to enjoy my off day with my kiddos. She scooped my money up then left as I proceed to leave the table she runs back and said you only gave me $7. My cash was not removed in the book you usually place money inside she was running around the restaurant then returned saying it was only $7 in her hand. My total was $31.50 I honestly should've told her get the manager but I just handed her $30 and left. I will never dine at this establishment again and if anyone reading this please triple count and take a picture of your money before handing it to any of the disloyal servers located inside this restaurant. The crazy part is I'm usually the type to get managers etc to settle things. But on this day Friday the 13th I just had to take the high road and exit. Maybe the missing money was a blessing to someone in need but I can never step back inside this restaurant knowing accountability, honesty, and morals are not apart of the hiring requirements. I could've acted a plum fool inside this restaurant with every right since someone played in my face. But I didn't want my kiddos to witness that kind of behavior. I have been to this establishment without issue on several occasions but I have also never used cash before here as well. I don't know if she dropped the initial amount and someone found it or she pocketed the money but I know I did not place only $7 on the table I had just left the bank. Hadn't been here in a couple months, but met my friend here for dinner tonight. It was busy, but no wait when we arrived and we were seated right away. The dinner rolls and butter are usually our appetizer and they are soooooo good! Tonight I got the 6oz sirloin, which would cooked perfectly and I got the side salad with their light ranch dressing and the steak fries. The fries were really good and reminded me of Red Robin's fries but with the skins on them. It's a fun, rustic atmosphere and it can get a little loud, especially when it's someone's birthday. The wait was long, which was expected. The service was good, the food, not so much. Nothing special One of our party members ordered steak tips well done. They literally served charcoal. Crispy, JET BLACK charcoal. Honestly, I dont know how they weren't embarrassed putting them on a plate. Well done is one thing, but charcoal is a totally different thing. The person sent it back, the waitress said she'd put a rush on it, but it came after the rest of our party finished eating. They did finally bring another plate of food that was much better. It took not for the food to get there, but not long enough to complain.My wife took the ribs (said they were good), my wife's brother did not complain about his filet. My filet wasn't only medium well, but the quality of the filet was sob standard.it looked like and the texture made me think it was a sirloin cut and not a filet. His wife's prime rib came out well done She did say it was well seasoned, but would have enjoyed it more had it been cooked at the temperature she requested.usic was very loud. They had increased the volume for a dance routine by the wait staff (according to our waiter) but no one danced and the volume remained extremely loud for about 20 or so minutes. Gave this place a try for the first time. OMG. Everything was spectacular. There was so very an hour wait to be seated but now we know why. The service was great and the food was excellent. Our server was on top of everything. We got our appetizers, drinks, and food all within a few minutes of ordering. The food was all delicious. We ordered the fried pickles and Caesar salad to start off and then ended with the filet and ribs. The steak was cooked perfect and seasoned just right. The ribs were some of the best I've had. Honesty went in here not expecting the food to be good BUT to my surprise it was pretty tasty. We have in previous years only been to the one in Murrieta where some of our family resides. And it was not memorable nor did ever say hey we want to go back lol One of my good friends wanted to try it out because she heard mixed reviews and wanted to check it out herself. The bread and butter was amazing lol we all loved it including my little one. Butter reminded me of the Lucille's butter. The house salad was okay nothing exciting. We ordered fried pickles and snake bits to start which were like fried cheese balls with jalapeños inside. Everyone said the fried pickles were okay could have been warmer, but loved the snake bites. The steaks we had were pretty good the grilled shrimps that came with the combo plates were okay, I expected more flavor. The mashed potatoes were very good. My friend said her prime rib and bbq rib combo was great. The waiter was nice and attentive, the wait time was said to be about an hour and a half but was really about 30minutes which was great. Absolutely Horrible Experience - Never Again I don't normally write reviews, but my experience at Texas Roadhouse was unbelievably bad. I ordered a burger, and it took over 30 minutes to come out--meanwhile, everyone else at the table had their food and finished eating before mine even showed up. When I finally took a bite, the bread was rock hard--stale, dry, and totally inedible. I let the waitress know, and she said she'd bring me another one. Great, right? Not even close. I waited another 25 minutes for the replacement. By this point, my whole party was already done eating. When the burger finally came out, I looked down in disbelief--they had just swapped the bun and gave me back the same burger patty I had already bitten into. I'm not even joking. My half-eaten, cold burger was handed back to me like it was a fresh meal. This was one of the most ridiculous dining experiences I've ever had. Poor service, horrible food quality, and an outright disrespectful approach to customer satisfaction. Texas Roadhouse should be embarrassed. read more

OMAGAWWWW I love Texas Roadhouse!! My family and I absolutely love eating here. The steak is incredible, and actually anything on the menu is really just above and beyond.
