Just had dinner here. It used to be a go-to for our whole family, but the atmosphere is driving us away. The food isn't bad, especially if you're coming for Steak, but it seems like every time we have dined here over the last 12 months or so the noise level just gets worse. Tonight it was so bad that we couldn't hear the server and she couldn't hear us. Yes, restaurants can get noisy when they're busy, but the base noise level here starts with the music, which is enough by itself to drown out any attempts to carry on a conversation. Add in the diners, who are all trying to be heard over the music, and the cacaphony is horrible. Don't even get me started on the Texas Roadhouse birthday chant. Our server did the best she could, but in the end this wasn't a dining experience I have any desire to repeat. Ever. read more

I have been coming here for quite some time. My family loves the fresh baked rolls and cinnamon butter. Their rib-eyes are to die for. Their service has always been spotty though, sometimes you get ignored other times you get lucky and have someone fill our waters and check up on us routinely. Today we had a great waitress and was on the ball and gave us hot rolls to take home and peanuts. I will continue to frequent this place when it isn't so busy. read more

Have not been impressed with this place in awhile. Waited for another 30 minutes after the initial 45 minute wait just to have no one come and tell us what was going on. I've never felt more rushed out of restaurant. The server came up and immediately tried grabbing my plate when there was still a good amount of food on the plate (not okay). We were given boxes without our request a couple minutes after that again not okay. Food is subpar at best, steak was very bland and flavorless. For the life of me, I will never understand how or why this place has an hours long wait every night. We zipped in by sneaking a seat at the full-service bar and munched on the tasty rolls while waiting for our dinner. I got the half rack of ribs, my husband the NY steak cooked to 'warm pink center'. When my ribs came out, they were so dry that I seriously wondered if they had been cooked in the early afternoon and slathered with barbecue sauce to try and hide it. My husband's steak was cooked well- thoroughly brown throughout. What 'steakhouse' can't even cook a steak correctly to order??! We went last night to have dinner I have not been there for a few months as I moved to another state and it was too far to drive too, I was so disappointed, the rolls aren't even worth eating, after one bite I stopped. They are not the same as they used to be and itis obvious to anyone who loved the original rolls. I do not understand the reason for this, why change something everyone loves and visits your restaurant for? Are they deliberately trying to lose customers? Worst Texas Roadhouse I've even been to. Waited 20 minutes past the quoted wait time with three young kids. The table we were sat at was sticky and there was food all over the ground. The server took 15 minutes to even greet us and she was rude and short with us and totally impatient with my kids. The food was way overpriced. Everything was stale and cold. My steak had very sharp bone fragments all throughout that cut my mouth and the waitress was rude when I mentioned it. I had the most atrocious experience here tonight with a female African American manager ( I wish I got her name). I placed a drink order with an overwhelmed green server, told me lady she hasn't work there but a couple weeks. She didn't know how to relay it to the bar staff so she sent her manager over to clarify, we wanted two jack and coke doubles, one in a small glass and one in a large. The manager came Over and said my server is all flustered, what is the order I explained and she asked if we were trying to order for someone on their way, we said yes and she became irate and her tone became extremely offensive and said you cannot order for someone who isn't here (my bad) amongst some other comments, said okay my bad we are fine just bring me my drink and can you please speak to me in a different way because I began to get offended by her attitude. She said I don't have a attitude again with her abrasive aggressive tone, so I responded okay just my drink is fine, she then snatched my id out of my hand and spewed at me "please", and stormed off never to return again. I was truly appalled! I have never been so disrespected at a dining establishment in my life! & in regards to something as trivial as a drink order. I would have left and wanted to but I was with a party of 4 passed ten pm and we all traveling for work and very tired so I just swallowed my infuriation and continued our meal. Our actual server really tried and was very kind through the meal, still overwhelmed & there we other mistakes made, but she's new and that's understandable. At the end of our night our neighboring table made convo and let us know they had seen the interaction and were appalled and would be reaching out to the owner Abel himself as they are the gm of the location in Spanish fork and the son of the owner, who also had many issues with their service! So there is definitely such thing as karma and I really appreciated their kindness, they encouraged me to talk to the gm but i was informed that she wasn't working. Stopped by for lunch today. The place was fairly busy, but service was pretty quick. Our server, Madison, did an excellent job. She was friendly and helpful. The cactus blossom was very good as usual. Probably the best chicken salad I've had at a Texas RH ever. The portion was huge. My partner got the country fried chicken and again a huge portion of deliciousness. My only issue was seating. They could have spread the seating pattern out a bit more. They kept jamming certain sections full leaving no tables in between others. I get it can be more efficient, but even without COVID I don't want to sit on top of everyone else when there are plenty of empty tables 10' away. I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place yet. My friends and I love coming here because they do have really good steak and their rolls are fantastic. One thing about this place though it gets super busy during dinner time esp on a Friday or Saturday night. They do have huge barrels of peanuts to keep you busy. I also see people get so hungry that they get a basket of rolls and just eat it while waiting. My favorite cut of meat here is the prime rib. This piece is very fatty and if you don't like so much fat then I wouldn't recommend this. But they always cook it the way I want it to be cooked, which is medium. It has never came out too under cooked or over cooked. The meat is so tender and has enough taste to it. If you don't like such fatty choice of steak I would suggest my second favorite cut, which is the ribeye. It is super juicy and tender. Now if you wondering about the sides, they are all good, except for the Season rice. My favorite sides are the sweet potato fully loaded, corn, Cesar salad or the house salad. It all depends on what I am feeling that day. Now one thing to know is that this place get so busy and packed the waiters, after they serve you might tend to forget you for a while. I live in a state that doesn't have any Texas Roadhouse restaurants, making it a novelty for me when I visit Utah. I always stop in to eat here! It's not the best steak meal you'll ever get, but it's pretty darn tasty and the prices are super reasonable (two people can eat huge steak dinners here, with drinks for around $35)! Texas Roadhouse is your standard chain steakhouse but the service is usually top notch and the food is tasty. The salads are the superstars here with homemade dressing (ALL are YUMMY) and loaded down with shredded cheddar cheese. The steaks here can be hit or miss. I've had great steaks and I've had just acceptable steaks. It all depends on which cut you get and who is cooking that day. It seems like the food quality is better in the evenings versus during lunch hours on the weekends. Try to go at off hours if you can. If not, you will be herded with the rest of the cattle, crammed into the too-small waiting area anticipating them to call your number for a table. If there's a long wait and you are hungry, help yourself from the heaping barrels of free roasted peanuts by the door. When we've dined here on super busy weekend evenings, I have ALWAYS been rushed by our server. I mean, SUPER RUSHED. I don't like getting the "hurry up and leave" treatment but you can count on it if you decide to eat at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. This location runs an Early Bird menu during the week with a list of 10 dinners for around $9 each. It's a great deal and includes their yummy freshly baked rolls, a salad and a side. BEWARE of their green beans if you are a low carb diner -- they add lots of sugar to them! The prices are cheap and the food is filling. Had a great experience with my family here during the holiday season. It was super busy, but our server, Bailey made us felt constantly attended to. There was a little trouble getting out one of our orders, but our glasses remained full and the rolls kept coming in the meantime. I had the 8 oz New York strip with steak fries and chili, and all three were excellent. There was also a ribeye at the table which was loved by my Dad who was visiting from Oregon. Rrrrrrrroadhouse! Oh, Texas Roadhouse, we go back a long way. Gone are the days of haphazardly flinging peanuts onto the already crunchy and peanut-dusty floor. Gone is Willie's Corner, Willie Nelson's reserved spot in every Roadhouse. Was it removed because of the pot smoking? Was it the collaboration with Snoop Dogg? Was is his appearance in Zealander 2? We may never know. What we're left with is merely some very tasty food. They still have the peanuts; now you're asked politely to stick 'em in a second bucket. Aside from that, very little has changed. You're still treated with hot-out-of-the-oven buns and their one-of-a-kind cinnamon butter. If you want a steak, you'll know the steaks are hand-cut and of the highest quality. The Chicken Critters (my go-to meal) are still crispy and the honey mustard sauce homemade. Actually almost everything in the place is made on-site and from scratch. And if you get dragged to the mall and are missing the game, you'll be able to see it from almost any seat in the house. I've even been stuck back near the "Outhouse", so I know of what I speak. We need more Texas Roadhouses in the valley. This one is always hopping ... you'll have to wait at least 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, starting around 3:30-4 p.m. ... even longer as the night wears on. I've been to Texas Roadhouse twice and I think the food is just OK. Their bread rolls with cinnamon butter are very good, but nothing extraordinary. The wait is generally long 30-60 min on the weekend, however, the staff is fairly friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the bread rolls were probably the best part of the meal. I have tried their sirloin and ribeye, and was sad that they were always overcooked despite asking for medium rare. Their sides are equivalent to canned corn/beans/instant mash potatoes. I've tried the cactus blossom here and would also say that it's nothing special and overly salted. I would say that I prefer normal onion rings. The prices are fair and you do get a good portion of food for what you're paying for. Overall, this place is definitely just OK. But I probably wouldn't come back knowing that I can make a better steak at home. read more

Khaleda is the worst manager, she always has an attitude, extremely selfish, and is always rude to the guests. They pick favorites then only do the nice things for them. They can't even give you a free kids meal for dinner, all you get is a 30% off. But because their prices are so high, it's maybe 2-4$ off. Such a rip off. The Togo area is now always messy, they don't clean the dishes properly, and wipe off the silverware before they roll it so it gives the perception that it is clean. The glasses are almost always dirty, once again just wiping them off before giving them to you. Cooks are almost always drunk or high, so your steaks will more than likely be under or over cooked. We talked to the manager several times about splitting up to save time, yet everytime we checked in with them they acted like this was the first time we were telling them this. RUN AWAY from this roadhouse. I have been to many Texas Roadhouse Restaurants here in Utah and also in Colorado. This was my worst experience. Today we went to this location to celebrate my cousins birthday. There was 5 of us and my baby who sat at a high chair. It was a busy Sunday but not to the point where every seat was taken. These restaurants are not built to seat large parties. Between added tables to the ends of each booth and high chairs there was absolutely no space for people to move, included servers. As we begun ordering we let our server know who was on what ticket. There was 2. My mother had two coupons and let our server know this before she ordered. The rolls were good as always but it took a long time to get our salads and even longer to get our food. My cousin ordered a drink from the bar that was forgotten about. I ordered a Veg plate that came with 4 sides, very different for me but I wasn't in the mood for steak. My sides came out cold, my moms salmon was over done. Our table was full of empty plates and glasses, I had to ask for them to be removed. My mom did end up sending her salmon back and a new one came out as we were trying to leave. Now getting our checks was a mess. Things were on the wrong tickets coupons were used in correctly. Our server came back and let my mom know that multiply coupons couldn't be used but just this once her manager would allow it. I don't think there was a need to make my mom feel stupid about using two coupons after she had asked about it before she even ordered her food. Our checks had to be adjusted 3 times. Hey, if you're soooo busy, maybe stop catering to the lazy fucks who can't get off their sofa to eat. Take those half dozen employees dedicated to Door Dash orders and get them working tables. I don't want to hear an apology about how busy you are. If you're covering twice as many tables, congratulations, you stand to make twice as much in tips.... therefore you should be doing just fine if I don't leave one. And pay the fuck attention to what people order. I wouldn't waste my time on a beef-like product at a place like this, but several other family members did, and despite the wide variety they asked for their steaks to be cooked, they were all microwaved to the same medium-well. Yum! My friends came here on a weeknight it was packed! Make sure you make reservations over the phone in advance! When we walked in it was a bit hectic and we were waiting in between the doorway as they would come call out names there too but apparently they skipped us but we got it figured out without too much trouble. They had a mouth watering presentation of Raw steaks by the waiting are. They brought out complimentary bread and butter. My friend and I split a ribeye with a regular baked potato and a marshmallow sweet potato.
