My daughter's and I went here for a quick dinner. Make sure you get on the waitlist - they always seem to draw a crowd. It didn't take long for us to be seated. Our server was great and she kept the hot fresh rolls coming along with the honey butter. Our food also came out pretty fast. I had a steak, green beans and a baked sweet potato. Everything was hot and delicious. Great flavor and sear on the steak and the green beans were seasoned nicely. The ambiance is fine and they have a few drink specials. I love the convenience of being able to pay on the machine from your table! They also offer early dinner specials.

I usually go to the location by my house but came here because someone in our group insisted this location is the best. Parking is crazy. It was very crowded Sunday evening around 7:30. If you can't park in the lot, they have more parking across the way. Staff is nice and we did call ahead for a party of 6. We waited about 7 minutes until our table was ready. Waited a minute for hot bread but not too long. Their bread is always worth the wait. Server was very nice and attentive. 2 steaks were ordered rare but 1 was med-rare. I ordered catfish extra crispy and they weren't crispy at all. Everything else was fine but it's annoying when you can't get what you requested. They have $5 drinks which are OK. I ordered the regular house margarita first and it wasn't good at all. My second drink was off the $5 menu and it was a long island. Not bad. Overall, it was ok because of the service but I wouldn't make a special trip to this specific location.

My first time dining at this location. We went on Monday evening to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was crowded but we were seated quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better server. Megan was great! She was friendly, helpful, professional and made sure to check on us. The rolls were good but some had that bleachy taste. I ordered the steak and chicken critters combo with fries and a baked potato. The fries were seasoned extremely well but the steak was kind of dry and needed more flavor. I recently went to another location and had the same experience with the steak so I'm not sure what's going on here for this to be a steak place without a proper steak but we had a nice time anyway.

I love Texas Roadhouse! But I have to make a special shoutout to this one. Our son has a LOT of allergies, even if the food is cooked on the same grill, he will break out. The manager came out to talk to us and made a special accommodation for us to make it allergy safe. I love that you can get great steak and ribs and very yummy sides for a great price! I also love that you can pick your own steaks at the counter! If you've never been to a Texas Roadhouse you have to make it a date!

What do you know? Another fundraiser for the kids school and here we came. As always I used waitlist and we got table within 5 minutes of walking in. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of our server, but she was phenomenal! I ordered ranger chicken critters busker, so as one of my kids- it was hot, fresh and tasty! My other kid got the kids burgers, she never tried those but loved the fries. My mother got chicken with mushrooms and fries and salad and enjoyed that. Husband got the steak salad and was very happy. Great experience again!

This location was busy during our 2pm dining experience. We were seated quickly service was great. The medium Ribeye was juicy tender and grilled to perfection. The baked potato and side salad were both delicious. Dining area and bathrooms were clean. Hide them a visit!!

We decided to go here on a spur of the moment last night. Their free bread and whipped butter has always been a favorite of our each time we went here in the past. The bread is soft and fluffy. It is just something about it that drawn us. We both got steaks as our entree, just different steak cut. The steaks are decent for their price. I got fries and Ceasar salad with my steak. Whereas my boyfriend got loaded potato and Ceasar salad for his.we both got lots of mushroom with our steaks. The steaks are more on the salty side so I didn't need the sauce that was already on the table. There was plenty of food for us since this place portion size is big.

Had a family dinner here recently. Everything I had was amazing, as a former Roadie I take pride in good food and ingredients when I go to these places. Service was great all the manager were in the floor greeting table this place was packed so that was good to see. Took about 30 mins to get seated but once we were, our waitress greeted us promptly, even tho it was a full house it was still a good time very lively. Now I had the Bone-In Ribeye that i sadly devoured before getting any pictures but here are the sides

You know what your getting with Texas Roadhouse and I love that; it's a good steak, it the greatest you have ever had but not bad by all means. I got the porterhouse (t bone) and it was very good. Not the best steak I ever had but I was not disappointed and was cooked to medium rare as I ordered. The side house salad was average at best, just not many toppings. Also will say i ordered to go and was bringing back to my hotel so I had to use the plastic utensils which did not hold up aka my fork broke.

**disclaimer: I am visiting from California and reviewing different food spots in Missouri**…read moreWith that being said... Food: I know why this place got recognized on tv! It's really good! Fall off the bone meat, plenty of different sauces to try, fun drink options. What we ordered: Big Muddy - 10/10 had brisket and smoked sausage in it. Had to add more horseradish sauce to it but that's just my preference. Brisket Plate - 9/10 brisket was delicious but knocking off a point because the sides were...ok. Coleslaw had NO flavor just like mush and the Potato salad was nothing to write home about. Needed more flavor. Brownie pie slice: 10/10 moist and crumbly crust. I want an entire pie! Service: There was no one there when we arrived so we had no experience with any wait time. Just went right up to the front to order our meals and they chopped the meat up right in front of us, placed on a tray on top of the counter and we took it to the register to pay. Self service and self seating establishment. The lady at the register was very nice and happy. No complaints there! She was interested to know where we were visiting from and how we liked the food. Ambiance: this place looks cool! With hints of retro vibe inside! The ceiling says the name in a cool work of art. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Final review: Yes! I liked it and would return!

You order at the counter, which was easy, and then pay at the end of the line. The cashier was super helpful and offered recommendations on sauces and offered pickles or jalapeños for my To Go order. I ordered the Big Muddy sandwich which came with brisket, sausage, lettuce and pickles. It was also supposed to have horseradish and bbq sauce, but it did not. Maybe because it was To Go? The brisket was sliced right in front of me, but it was bad. It looked tender, but it was supper fatty and could handle be chewed. I spit most of it out. The problem was probably a bad cut of meat and not the smoking, but they still served it to me. The sausage was great, but only had a couple of little slices. I added some of the sweet sauce which was very good. I chose the beans for my side. Fine, but nothing special. A little dry, so I added sauce to help it go down. Then they had some local soda option, so I passed on an overpriced drink. It looks like there are more local options in the area, I would try somewhere else if ever back in this area.

I split a full rack with mom for my most recent birthday meal and I was not disappointed! Naturally, we each had plenty of leftovers. The ribs came out with that perfect dark, smoky bark that's packed with flavor. The meat underneath was oh so tender. For one side, I went with applesauce - a classic. Appropriately chilled, it was a nice, fresh component to a largely roll-me-out-the-door meal. It was topped with a very confident amount of cinnamon. Heavy-handed for my taste, but if cinnamon is your jam, you'll be thrilled. The baked beans, however, came in hot. And I don't mean temperature; I mean with a spicy surprise. The sweetness of the applesauce cut down the bite of the heat, but I longed for milk to put out the little fire on my tongue. I have a low threshold for spicy food, so you may be quite alright with it, but it was a surprise to me. Pappy's is, hands down, my go-to BBQ spot. First enamored by the location nearest downtown, and thoroughly thrilled when they arrived in my city.

I ordered a 2-meat platter with burnt ends that were phenomenal and the smoked habanero turkey that was moist and delicious and the spicy BBQ sauce adding a nice little zing. I had never had brisket before having that sandwich, now my mouth waters any time I talk about this restaurant! The cole slaw that I had as a side provided the perfect crunch and balance. My mate had the pulled pork sandwich, which was also very tender. I also loved having a variety of barbecue sauces on the table and was able to try each one. The giant pig statue in front of the restaurant was actually quite informative, as it described where the meat comes from on a pig. Anyway, as I entered the restaurant, I stood in line. It was delicious! The baked beans were tangy and sweet, and the potato salad was creamy. I didn't like the ribs, they were very dry and definitely not worth the money. The barbecue sauces are in bottles on the table; my personal favorite was the Honey Badger, sweet with a little bit of heat. I found the Coffee BBQ sauce to be the most interesting; I have never had anything like it before. The coffee notes were subtle and helped balance out the smoky flavors.
