I had a great experience eating at the bar at Texas Roadhouse. The service was really good, and the bartender was friendly and welcoming. I was brought fresh bread right away, and the food was excellent. One thing that really stood out was how quickly everything came out. The appetizers and meal were delivered fast, which made the experience even better. The staff were all very friendly, introduced themselves, and seemed genuinely happy to be there and enjoy their work. A manager also came by and introduced themselves, which was a nice touch. I also got to see the staff celebrate someone's birthday, and it was great to watch how they all came together to make that person feel special. Came to Texas roadhouse on a busy weekday night, but we were able to get seated fairly quickly. A very busy restaurant with a lot going on but a good atmosphere and a lot of fun especially seeing people celebrate their birthday. Our food came out pretty quickly and as someone who does not eat meat, I was able to get a salmon entrée that was pretty good. I do wish it had a sauce that came with it or a little bit more flavoring but overall it was a nice meal. It also came with two side options, which made the meal a bit more filling. read more

Texas Roadhouse will continously get my business, the service is always top tier there sometimes is a bit of a wait depending on the time and day you go. I love how when the waitress or waiter takes you to your seat they already have fresh hot rolls with them. The food no matter what I have ordered has been consistently good, the blooming onion is an all time favorite of mine, along with the chicken critters also known as chicken tenders. My daughter's and I went here for a quick dinner. Make sure you get on the waitlist - they always seem to draw a crowd. It didn't take long for us to be seated. Our server was great and she kept the hot fresh rolls coming along with the honey butter. Our food also came out pretty fast. I had a steak, green beans and a baked sweet potato. Everything was hot and delicious. Great flavor and sear on the steak and the green beans were seasoned nicely. The ambiance is fine and they have a few drink specials. I usually go to the location by my house but came here because someone in our group insisted this location is the best. Parking is crazy. It was very crowded Sunday evening around 7:30. If you can't park in the lot, they have more parking across the way. Staff is nice and we did call ahead for a party of 6. We waited about 7 minutes until our table was ready. Waited a minute for hot bread but not too long. Their bread is always worth the wait. Server was very nice and attentive. 2 steaks were ordered rare but 1 was med-rare. I ordered catfish extra crispy and they weren't crispy at all. Everything else was fine but it's annoying when you can't get what you requested. They have $5 drinks which are OK. I ordered the regular house margarita first and it wasn't good at all. My second drink was off the $5 menu and it was a long island. Not bad. My first time dining at this location. We went on Monday evening to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was crowded but we were seated quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better server. Megan was great! She was friendly, helpful, professional and made sure to check on us. The rolls were good but some had that bleachy taste. I ordered the steak and chicken critters combo with fries and a baked potato. The fries were seasoned extremely well but the steak was kind of dry and needed more flavor. I recently went to another location and had the same experience with the steak so I'm not sure what's going on here for this to be a steak place without a proper steak but we had a nice time anyway. read more

It was Veterans Day and, as you might expect, the place was packed. We called ahead to get on the waiting list, always a good idea, and got a seat in about 5 minutes. While waiting we perused the steaks on display in the cooler window. The hostess was friendly, and when seated we immediately got some hot rolls (delicious) and some flavored butter. We snacked on the provided peanuts while going over the menu (I miss that we can't throw them on the floor any more). I got the 6oz sirloin, medium rare, with a salad and baked potato. My other half got the 6oz filet, Pittsburg rare, and the same sides. Our watress was wonderful. She stopped by a couple times to refill our drinks and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I love Texas Roadhouse! But I have to make a special shoutout to this one. Our son has a LOT of allergies, even if the food is cooked on the same grill, he will break out. The manager came out to talk to us and made a special accommodation for us to make it allergy safe. I love that you can get great steak and ribs and very yummy sides for a great price! What do you know? Another fundraiser for the kids school and here we came. As always I used waitlist and we got table within 5 minutes of walking in. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of our server, but she was phenomenal! I ordered ranger chicken critters busker, so as one of my kids- it was hot, fresh and tasty! My other kid got the kids burgers, she never tried those but loved the fries. My mother got chicken with mushrooms and fries and salad and enjoyed that. Salad came after main meal but both of us found it was good that way. Both entrees cooked to perfection (kudos to chef). Con: baked potato rolled in salt, not good, too Out Back for us, not Kaitlyn's fault. We are at an age where the dinner will be 2-3 meals each for us. So it was a perfect dinner. We decided to go here on a spur of the moment last night. Their free bread and whipped butter has always been a favorite of our each time we went here in the past. The bread is soft and fluffy. It is just something about it that drawn us. We both got steaks as our entree, just different steak cut. The steaks are decent for their price. I got fries and Ceasar salad with my steak. Whereas my boyfriend got loaded potato and Ceasar salad for his.we both got lots of mushroom with our steaks. Had a family dinner here recently. Everything I had was amazing, as a former Roadie I take pride in good food and ingredients when I go to these places. Food is always so yummy here, I normally get the ribs and the food is always the perfect temps, ribs are SOFT and fall off the bone. Just delicious and it always comes out at a decent time! I never feel I'm waiting too long, plus the bread appetizer we all get helps! Waitresses are always lovely, I've never had even a mediocre experience. They're always attentive even when the place is PACKED. It could be so busy but it doesn't matter, they're getting ur orders in, checking in on you, and getting your food asap. Not the best steak I ever had but I was not disappointed and was cooked to medium rare as I ordered. The side house salad was average at best, just not many toppings. The service is usually always quick no matter how packed they are. Of course it's always entertaining to watch them sing Happy Birthday and the restaurant gives you sports bar/western bar vibes. I love that they always have the games on! Both Margaritas were bomb per usual, and I always get the Patron kicker. The burgers were really good and well seasoned. My colleague wanted to go out to eat so we went to Texas Roadhouse. The waitress was on some sort of rude trip. Her demeanor was obnoxious and rude. She didn't ask politely for our orders. It was are you still not ready to Oder. My food was in no way palatable. A burned salty smaller than usual chicken breast and a twice baked weren't throwing anything away sweet potato. My colleague said her food tasted weird and she ate the corn. She didn't want to throw away the food. She called her son to ask if he wanted the food. The table was not thoroughly cleaned. I always take Clorox wipes with me. So we cleaned the table. When are you going to hire cooks who know how to cook?!! read more

We had McKenzie for our server and the service was very bad. I dislike leaving reviews like this but I hope it improves for other customers. First off our drinks were incorrect and we told our server over four times and she kept bringing us the incorrect ones Our appetizer was incorrect. We didn't get our salads or chili. Our server never came back so I had to go to the host stand and wait ten minutes for a a manager. By the time I got back to our table our server still hadn't come back. The manager just sent what we were missing, didn't correct the appetizer and never apologized. The server was very angry when she brought out our missing items. We arrived around 12:40p with a 25 min wait and when we left a little after 2p, the attendance in the place was still in full swing. This visit, landed on the Chicken Tender entree which comes with 2 sides. Selected Side Salad w/Ranch and Steak Fries Loaded. Cactus Blossom for me and my guest to share. The food came out very fast considering how busy they were and everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Manager stopped by to check-in and our Waitress was attentive and friendly. They are always busy. I recommend joining the waitlist online before you go. It saves lots of time. We came here, total of 4 people, and booths were very tight. We asked for another table with some more room. Our waitress was so helpful, we got the table right away but was not more comfortable than the other one. And the seats and menus are all wet. :/ We had to clean by ourselves. We ordered ice cold beer, KC strips, catfish and shrimp dinners. Some did not enjoy their seafood, especially the catfish wasn't good. Kansas strips were mind blowing. I recommend ordering them "smothered" with Jack cheese, mushrooms and onions. $3 extra cost but totally worth it. I ordered "well" and might be little dry without the toppings. I like their green beans with bacon in it. Spicy rice I think similar to Spanish rice and delicious! Don't forget to grab a pack of peanut after your dinner, the boxes are by the exit, since they don't bring peanut buckets to tables before dinner anymore. read more

Our server started off fabulous. She took our drink order then immediately asked if we wanted to order. Didn't bother with appetizers. She progressively got worse. Food came out rather quickly. Steaks not cooked to order and food missing. Our "fabulous " server never came back. We ate what we got and left. We had to get our own boxes. The online waitlist is awesome! Our server Eric was very knowledgeable and patient. The food was great other than 1/2 of the full rack we ordered was burnt. The manager Conner replaced it and was very apologetic. The atmosphere is pretty nice, sort of sport bar like. The only complaint I have is the trash (food) on the floor underneath our table was quite disgusting!!! Stepping on food makes it hard for you to enjoy your dinner. And I didn't want to make a scene by asking to move to another table. So be sure to check before being seated. read more

Salad as soon as we finished the first roll. Drinks refreshed, and as soon as we set the salad fork on the plate, that porterhouse was waiting to be devoured. Now it's the chef's turn to the flowers. No steak sauce required! Perfectly seasoned and grilled and tender AF! The only thing I didn't like was the crowd of people on a Thursday night! I hate to write this because I have always been a great fan of Texas Roadhouse. Last evening that all changed. We called the restaurant to advise of a large party for my Goddaughter's 21st birthday. We told them would be a party of 14. We were told that was fine but we would be at three separate tables and each table would need to ring up as one check because they would not be able to break up bill. That was fine. We get there and everyone 12 were there but two people. We were told would need to wait on entire party to arrive and if the seated us the other two would NOT be able to join us. As we waited for our last two to arrive, I watched as multiple people walked in , hostess would say can I help person would say I am joining someone already here. So as to night write a novel when two Arrived in our party, then told waiting on tables and some guests to leave then we could be seated. Finally walked us all the way to the back by the bathrooms and seated us at two tables that backed to each other. One table was asked do you want to break up check other told had to ring all together. Last, same night my sister had called and requested I pick up a carry out order for her. Told waitress I had a carry out to pick up, she said I would have to pick up at the check out. Order had already been paid for. I go up front and hostess says I have to go outside and ring bell to pick up carry out. I could see the carry out orders on some shelves behind her. I said aren't those the carry out orders and that mine was already paid for . Rather than try to explain process she says Ma'am you have to go outside and ring the bell.
