Great tasting food, excellent customer service and pricing is reasonable as well! We ordered a combo plate with two sides. The entires we got were the bbq chicken and the garlic shrimp. The shrimp was a bit salty but still buttery and great tasting flavor wise. The bbq chicken tasted good as well. For the sides we got the loaded baked potato and the vegetables. They give you bread to start with and the butter is a nice cinnamon sugar flavor. We also got the blossom onion rings which are a must! You can definitely share the entire and app to get a little bit of everting. I would love to come back to try the drinks and some more of the entire and side items. The workers were excellent and customer service was spot on. We did get asked one too many times if our planets were ready to be taken off our tables despite us still eating. Finally got my father-in- law to a Texas Roadhouse! We went around noon and they were busy but we were seated right away. We came at the perfect time because by the time we were leaving the lobby was full of guests waiting. Our waitress was Emalie and she was great! She was very attentive and took the time to answer all of our questions even silly ones like why was the menu slightly different than other roadhouses. Now the the food! It was amazing I had the 12oz Ft. Worth ribeye with double mash and country gravy. My father-in-law couldn't believe how good the food was he got the country fried sirloin. My son loved his chicken strips but love that the waitress listened to him (he felt like a big boy) my husband also love his NY Strip. We frequently go to Roadhouse,but today was not so great. Sat at the bar she was great. Ordered the ribs dry rub came out with burnt barbecue sauce on them. They noticed right away and apologized but no discount or replacement. Then to top it off manager comes out and says I seen them coming out with barbecue sauce on them so I went in the back and talked to the cooks and had a talking with them and that was it nothing else super disappointed don't know if I'll be back for a while. Service was really incredible and the food was super tasty too. I had the 12 oz ribeye and my husband had the steak kabob. Both were extremely flavorful. Our server Vicki was an absolute gem, very fun, knowledgeable, and took great care of us. My husband forgot to mention he doesn't eat pork and didnt realize that the green beans had pork until they arrived. A manager came by to check how we were doing and immediately offered to swap out the side when my husband mentioned the issue, even though it was our mistake. My man and I came here for our dinner date since its been awhile. We got here early and joined the waitlist online which we added as we were heading here. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, we checked in to let them know that we were there. We waited only 5 mins before getting seated. They give you complimentary bread with this really good butter with a hint of cinnamon flavor which is super good. Back in my chubbier days, I could have easily had 2 of those. For starters, we got the rattlesnake bites. It was good with a kick of spice but it was too cheesy for my taste. I got the 6 oz sirloin steak with 2 sides (house salad and steak fries). I usually get my steak medium well and my fries unseasoned. That way I can add my own seasoning which I usually just add pepper. My steak was cooked to perfection and lightly seasoned which is how I like it. My man got 8 oz New York strip steak. The meat was shaped the same as my sirloin and not the traditional "New York" shape. We asked the server if it was new because it didn't look like it. She said that it depends on how the chef cuts the meat. New York Strip Steak is called that for a reason...and that reason is the shape of the steak. Overall, our food was good and service was above and beyond. We just dont think we got an actual New York Strip Steak which is what we paid for. On the plus side, the servers kept checking on us if we needed anything. Which is good compared to other places where you have to flag down someone just to get their attention. So I order a to go order, car side delivery. After waiting 20 extra min and following directions on the text message and parking sign, nobody came. Tonight's experience was definitely not a memorable experience especially on our 17th anniversary. Tonight I took my wife to the new Texas Roadhouse in Turlock for our 17th wedding anniversary. What a great restaurant to enjoy each other while enjoying great food. Let me get the good stuff out. Our server Alyssa was AWESOME! She had the greatest attitude and we really loved her. She definitely goes above and beyond for her customers. Vanessa also assisted. She was super cool. Both ladies deserve 5+ stars. The wife and I went with the eight ounce sirloin with shrimp. We both ordered our steaks medium. It took a bit for our salads to come out. No biggie. It was a busy night. Our main entree took awhile too but I wasn't complaining because I was here to celebrate a great dinner with my lovely wife. Our food finally came out and it was time to eat. My steak was overcooked and dry. My wife steak was cooked correctly. Being the best wife she is, she switch steaks. I told her no but she insisted. As she tried powering through this overcooked steak, she described it as dry with zero moisture. Vanessa did come by asking how our steaks were and my wife told her the issue. Vanessa did offer to make her another steak. The wife realized she would have to wait another long time for steak and then eat by herself since I would have been done with my meal by the time her new steak came around. Whenever a new restaurant opens, chances are there will be a wait to try it. So instead of trying to get a table, we decided to order our food to go. The ordering process was super easy. We were able to place our order o land pay for our food online. We were able to pick the time for pickup too which was nice. We drove to the restaurant and parked in one of the designated parking spots and texted that wee had arrived. We went on a Friday night, not a great idea. We did the phone check-in and we still had to wait a long time. This place is a fast food steak house because as soon as we sat down they were asking us what we wanted to order which can be considered as good service but, we felt like we were being rushed. They had nice cuts of steak but, they had a dirty smokey char taste. The steaks were medium rare on the inside and burnt on the outside also, the chili was not good. When the food arrived it was cold, the mac and cheese and the baked potato were undercooked. The ribs were cold and after a couple bites we asked for a couple container to take the food home. I paid for a full rack and I got half of rack instead. That's where I draw the line. I can deal with the cold food but paying for something that I am not getting that's a different story. I usually am very excited to dine in with Texas but unfortunately we were disappointed twice as a family. We were forced to leave twice since nobody attempted to accommodate my family. I understand not being seated on time if we make last minute changes but to be refused to be seated together makes no sense to me. We would have waited longer for the accommodation. The first instance we were celebrating my birthday and decided on steak. We as a family travel from different directions to meet up. Unfortunately I was just getting off the exit when my family got called up to the booth. We were refused and decided to leave. The second instance we decided to not make reservations to avoid the same scenario. We decided to dine in as a walk in guests. Not 5 minutes later after we scheduled in for a party of 7 we were told that we were increasing our party by 2. In order to attempt any confusion I asked if this would be an issue since we were told we were still in a 25 min wait list. Unfortunately again we were refused. Again we would have waited. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied since customer service always involves occasional accommodations. I arrived on time, rude guy behind the take out counter said it would be another 15 minutes that they were really busy. No problem, I waited out in my truck for a text. No text by 15 minutes later so I went in. My food had been sitting at the ready counter for 10 minutes getting cold. I asked the guy behind the counter why I didn't get a text that it was ready and he smirked and said they were busy. He pushed my food on the counter in front of me and said "well you have it now, I don't know why you're complaining " I told him I didn't appreciate not getting a text it was ready and that now my food would be cold.
