There was an issue of a damaged internet line but they worked closely with the ISP firm to insure the line was replaced the very same day by waiting on Ziply and helping them install the new line. Two months later they came back and changed out 3 grated clean out covers with ones that have filtering screening on them to address insects hatching out of the clean outs.
