Service was very mediocre. There was another table besides ours but they didn't come around often at all. Wasn't horrible but wasn't good either. I ordered the Tom yum noodle soup and it was so tasteless I had to ask for spicy sauce and fish sauce just to see if I can fix it. It literally tasted like hot water. I ordered the boat noddle soup last time and same thing. I don't know what it is about the soups but it always comes out extremely tasteless. Good thing I ordered a beef salad as well because it was the only thing that was tasty. Probably won't come here unless it's a last resort thing. Not sure if it's under new management, but I've came here for years and it wasn't till after Covid that I started to not like the food nor the service. It's a no for me. My 1st time eating at this restaurant. I've had Pad Krapow on the east coast and San Francisco (the best I've ever had) and this is the worst. Chicken had no flavor, no effort cutting up the peppers and hardly any basil which is the staple of the recipe. This was nothing more than bland chicken stir fry drowned in nasty sauce. What an amazing hidden gem!!!! Came here on a whim because we wanted something other than fast food. I love Thai food and this was so delicious. We ordered the garlic chicken and drunken noodle. One of my favorite Thai restaurants in the valley! Also one of the most reasonably priced Thai restaurants around, while also providing great quality! All their soups are amazing, some of the best Tom Yum with Shrimp you'll find! Love their Pad Thai, BBQ chicken, and my absolute favorite is their Green Coconut Curry with chicken, which is so savory and packs a punch with flavor and heat and lots of veggies. Great lunch specials too! The ambience is pretty basic, but nice & clean!!! Service is usually good, but I've had less than stellar service a couple times, where it was very obvious the waitresses were not having a good day or would sigh/show a little bit of attitude when I'd ask for something simple, like hot sauce on the side. A couple times during dinner, we'd be sitting waiting to order, and the waitresses and waiters were either scrolling on their phone or watching some sports game on the TV, and we had to get their attention multiple times. I have been wanting to try this place for a couple of years now. Today, I took my mom for lunch to try it out and unfortunately, I was disappointed. This place had great reviews so I thought it would be on point. I got the l lunch barbecue chicken which was tender but very bland even when added sauce to it. The salad dressing was horrible, so I did not eat my salad. I told the waiter I did not like my food and he accommodated me by letting me pick something else. I, ordered the Thai pod noodles with shrimp and peanuts which was just ok. It was decent but nothing to rave about. The service was good and the atmosphere was ok. They need to upgrade. Everything is outdated. Easy free parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Prices are reasonable. read more

Its been my second time coming here after having a good first experience. I order the Spicy fried rice WITHOUT onions cause I'm allergic to them and ask it had onions and couldn't eat it and the hostess confirmed that didn't have onions and spending 60$ there you would think they would actually double check and not get some one sick. read more

I've always loved coming here and never had an issue until today. I called to place an order, but the background noise was so loud it was nearly impossible to hear. Instead of acknowledging that, the staff blamed me and said they couldn't hear me. When I called back, a woman answered and was doing a great job taking my order, but again the loud background talking made it difficult. She kept saying "you're breaking up," when really it was the noise on their end. I was almost finished placing my order for the glass noodle soup (shrimp only, no chicken, with a lemongrass broth), when the man I spoke to earlier suddenly got back on the line. He was rude, condescending, and again told me he couldn't hear me. At that point I just said to cancel my order, and he hung up on me. Very disappointing experience from a place I used to enjoy. If you drive a Tesla then get charged up and filled up with their house special shrimp. This was all so good from starting the shrimp cakes and seafood soup. Date: June 9, 2023 Took my son for his first dental visit at Blooming Smiles which is located in the same plaza and noticed there was a Thai restaurant. Since we were already passed his normal lunch time, we decided to stop by to eat in case he fell asleep on the way home. Walked in around 1230 and there were two other parties seated. The waiter seemed pretty irritated so we just sat down on the side to not bother anyone since I had two babies with me. He offered us water and menus and then left. We ordered a chicken pad Thai (12.95$) , chicken pineapple fried rice (13.95$) , and of course I had to get the mango sticky rice (9.95$). When I first saw the prices I was amazed! It's rare to find average priced Thai food nowadays. I was afraid it wasn't gonna taste good but boy was I shocked! Everything was amazing!!! I gobbled up the entire pad Thai and sticky rice and still wanted some fried rice even though I was full to the max! Mangoes were also perfectly ripe and sweet. Coconut on the rice was perfect, not too sweet and not over powering. The only thing that is somewhat lacking is customer service. The two waiters barely said anything and didn't have a smile or any look of happiness on their faces. Paid the bill and tipped them 20% just because it was so good and headed out. Said thank you and they didn't even say goodbye or thank you. . Also I overheard someone ordering off a lunch special menu but we weren't offered any so I don't know what's on it. Mongolian Beef and the Beef Salad. The beef was COMPLETELY inedible. It was SO tough, dry, we had to throw away the dish completely because we couldn't swallow it. The food here is pretty good. I loved their pad thai. It wasn't the absolute best but it was up there. Initially, the Tom Kha Chicken Soup was my favorite as I began to taste it. I loved the flavor and the chicken. They did leave a bay leaf or something inside of it which I was absolutely not a fan of. There was a bad flavor coming from that herb/spice (pretty sure it was bay leaf?). Biting into it was just gross. That ruined the soup for the both of us and we gave up on it. Unfortunately, that ruined our taste buds for the rest of the meal. We liked the Panang Curry, though the only complaint was it did not have enough meat and was more watery than we thought it would be. I would say the star of the show was the pad thai. We'll be back! Service was excellent! The food was amazing, and the Chang beer was ice cold! I'm not really familiar with Thai food, so we went with recommendations from Blue, the "super chill" manager. We had the House Butter Sauce shrimp (10/10), My husband says he will never order anything but this! Pad see ew (10/10) for me, I loved the Chinese broccoli and special brown sauce so much. We also got the Pad Prik Khing with brown rice where I found out I actually do like red curry paste. Thank you Blue for introducing me to something new! Topped all this off with a refreshing Thai tea with lime (Blue's recipe) that cools the mouth after all the spice of the meal. Can't wait to return, I've got a list of all the dishes I want to try. Came in for a quick bite while charging my Tesla. Service was prompt, food came out quickly, The food was hot, fresh, and really yummy!!! The peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls was some of the best I've had in a while! The BBQ pork fried rice was really flavorful with lots of sliced pork. I have eaten at this Thai restaurant maybe 40 times over a five year period. It used to be good. Now they absolutely, positively cannot follow directions when you leave them directions on Uber eats or one of those food apps. It's unbelievable how unresponsive they are and incompetent they are. They disappoint me and I will never eat there again. Think twice before ordering because they very well might not pay attention to your instructions. I decided to try this spot because it's near my work and I was craving Thai food. I got the curry and asked for extra spicy. I'd call it medium spice, so a little bummed on that front. But the food was tasty, portions were fair, and it tasted fresh. I'd be happy to try them again if I can figure out the magic words to get it extra spicy. Came here during covid19 for takeout. Was able to order it on yelp app and I love it, it gives you a really good estimate and status update on your order. I got here a little earlier than noted in the app, but the waiter was attentive and told us our order was coming up. Just FYI - the app tells you a time range of when your food is ready - this place has my food read towards the latter end of the time range. We waited indoors, there was another customer waiting but we were more than 6 ft apart. Got the pad see ew and ginger garlic chicken lunch special, both very good!
