I have been to Thai Corner for the last couple of years. The food is fresh, service is friendly, and the ambiance is pleasant.

Pretty good for thai food in the area. Wanted to try this place and not drive all the way to Rowland Heights for Banana Bay. TIP Go for the lunch special! It comes with a drink! Experience I tried the Pad See Yew and the Screaming Tiger, pretty good dishes, look forward to try something else next time. Although there was one person working the front, she seemed to kno how to multitask, taking other people's togo orders, serving others and serving us. New owner changed receipt. Food taste different. No more drink or watermelon included with lunch special. Replaced with egg roll which was cold and soggie. Sauce was pour over it and on the dish. Guess one less dish to wash. read more

Wonderful place! If you haven't tried this restaurant yet, you have to. The man who works there is very kind and respectful. He serves every meal with so much care and checks to see if you are happy with your food that you really feel like you're being served at home. The place is super clean, maybe one of the cleanest places I've eaten at. The food is so delicious and its portion is pretty generous. Got takeout from here during covid-19. Food was ready on time, and accurate. It was neatly packaged and I enjoyed the meal. It wasn't too salty, and I found the portions a bit smaller than I expected. Still, it was Very filling because of how healthy the dishes were with plenty of vegetables! My favorite item of tonight is this pork sticks. Juicy and soft even no sauce is yummy. It come with a bit spicy sauce. Since I can't eat spicy that I ask for a sweet sauce instead. First time getting food here we got it to go for party of 10 and we got many different dishes. All tye food had good flavor. Pineapple fried rice had raisins which i didn't care for and thought strange but flavor still good. Only thai place I've been to... actually almost any restaurant in the states that has actual spicy food. Like make sure you like spicy if you get spicy from here. Read last paragraph for a summary. I've been going to this Thai restaurant for over 10 years and I have loved the food! However, I recently did a take home order and have to say my experience was less than exceptional. When I first called, I told them what I wanted and asked for the man to repeat my order. He spoke so quickly that I could not understand what he was saying. He then proceeded to ask me for a name for the order, in which I started spelling. I was halfway through spelling when he said "okay thank you, bye". I told him that I wasn't done spelling the name and continued. He then said bye again, but I politely interrupted and asked for him to repeat the order once more. He repeated the order and then said bye again. I then asked if he could give me the total for the order, which he calculated, told me, and then said bye again. This time I let him go--hah! I'm a very understanding person so I figured that they were probably just busy, but to some this could be very frustrating. The food was pretty good. The spice level was perfect and their pad kee mow is amazing! We also bought red curry and shrimp fried rice. They were delicious except the shrimp seemed overcooked. It had no crunch and had a texture similar to chicken. This may have been a side effect of un-fresh frozen shrimp or overcooking--hard to say. While my experience this particular time was a 6/10, I would definitely call this score an outlier. So fresh and flavorful! Went for the first time, will be going back again. Service was perfect, didn't have to wait long to get our food. Very healthy eating. Papaya Salad was good, a bit too spicy for my taste but still yummy. Pad Thai, very tasty and you get a great portion. Ginger Chicken, white meat, tons of flavor. This was my favorite Thai resto in the area but no longer. Food is hit or miss. Pad Thai is usually good but the others no. The green curry was too runny. If you ask for mild, it usually comes out still too spicy. We experienced this the past couple of times we ate here. Service has also gotten worse. Today, at lunch. the waitress was even rude. I was explaining the lunch menu to someone in our table and she rudely interrupted and became impatient.. just bad customer service. Gotta be one of the best Thai food restaurant within a 20 mile radius! It's true, because yelp told us so. Ok, maybe just for us since we tried all the others. This place is nice and cozy with flavorful dishes. The Tom Yum and Pad Thai is probably the best indicator, you really cannot mess up one of the most popular dish in existence but many has. My pregnant wife said the Tom Yum was perfectly sour and sweet, and there is only one other place that has lived up to her pregnancy expectations. As for me, I am not as picky since I am only fat but I do like my food to taste as close to the homelands of the restaurant as possible. Given that, this place is probably somewhere between 75-85% close enough; I don't think there are any that will reach the thresholds of 100%. If it does, it has probably already been raided by the health inspectors. Maybe that's why we cannot ever experience the same fantastic dishes on our home turf as when we are abroad. Then again, what about American food!? Hmm! Another story for another time! We decided to visit Thai Corner last Friday after a busy day at work. Upon walking in to the restaurant, we were greeted by the nice staff. We ordered the spicy fish fillet, pad thai and chicken tom yum soup (L). The spicy fish fillet and soup pack a lot of flavor. If you like spicy food, you will definitely love these dishes. The pad thai was on the sweeter side which I like because it balanced with the spicy dishes. Overall I had a good experience at this restaurant. I will be coming back to try the other dishes. read more
