Food quality was great, no complaints there! I was not very pleased with the service though. It was extremely slow and I felt like I had to tackle someone just to get a refill of water. We were a group of ten and the server took the order from one side and left to take the order of another party! I was in the second half of the group that hadn't placed their order yet and I was just thinking, "WTF?" One of my friends had to go to the podium to say that we still had half the group to place an order for them to come back. That has never happened to me before. read more

I came here to lunch with some coworkers and we really enjoyed it. They were very friendly and seated us right away. They got our drink order and came to our table several times throughout the meal to check on us and make sure we were enjoying everything. We ordered some wontons to share, which were a little heavy on the breading, so I just ate the chicken inside, which was pretty good. I ordered the peppered steak lunch entrée with fried rice. It was also served wit h homemade egg drop soup & a salad with homemade honey dressing. The soup was very good with a nice depth of flavor. I liked the dressing on the salad, as well. The Fried Cat Fish was pretty good actually. a little bit sweeter than is like but it's up to par. We've been to Thailand twice now and have a fair comparison to what Thai food should be. We loved this place! We've now ordered take out once and eaten in here once as a family on a Friday night. They offer online ordering and delivery. The inside of the resturant is cute in my opinion. Great ambiance relative to other Glendora restaurants. The staff are all super-friendly; very quick service and very willing to accomodate. The prices are reasonable and the food is great! We've had the pad thai, spicy mint noodles, orange chicken, mixed veggies with beef, and red curry with pork and all were really good. Thai BBQ is hands down one of the most popular places for my friends and I to hit up after church on any given Sunday. TYPICAL ORDER: I always try something different off the menu and add ice water. There is just too much good food here to choose just one specific item to order regularly so I practically get something different every time I visit and every time I love, love, love whatever I order. OTHER GOOD EATS: anything with duck, any fried rice (i.e. combination fried rice, pineapple fried rice), coconut soup OTHER GOOD DRINKS: hot tea and costs only $1, fruit smoothies are beyond delicous, Thai tea, if you like boba you can add it to your favorite drink. OTHER GOOD THINGS: The owners and the people who work here are awesome! They use fresh ingredients and you can tell it's made to order. This is a nice little place within a strip mall in Glendora. It's for the most part a quiet place to go and eat dinner. Since the first time I found this place I really enjoy their bbq ribs' plate. The ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and flavorful! YUM! Obviously the sauce is a Thai bar b q sauce, but tasty. Ribs are served with a mound of rice and a cooked shrimp on top; a green/garden salad compliments this plate. I luv to eat, so this plate's portion could have a little more salad (or even rib meat?). The price is not bad. I haven't really tried any other item, there's no reason to--I just love the ribs! The wife has had the chicken pad thai; she seems to like it. Round off your meal with a thai coffee or thai tea (good!). Bobas are pretty good too! I return regularly, it's one of my favorite places to eat. read more

I don't love this place, but I like it. The menu is exactly like the Original Thai BBQ in West Covina...S1, S2, S3....and so on. I've always been a fan of the S2 BBQ Spareribs...their ribs are smaller and they over do it on the bbq sauce, but they were just as tender. Their S2 BBQ Chicken was tasty, but the same thing...too much bbq sauce. It's almost like you can't appreciate the taste of the bbq because it's being masked by the sweetness of it's sauce, as well as the sweet shrimp fried rice that it is served with. It's a gorgeous restaurant decorated in mahogany tables, red walls, and black booths. So many Thai places that I go to are hit and miss with how good their dishes are. You know how it goes, one day it's great, another day you're wondering where all the flavor went. I've been going to Thai Diamond for the past 7 months and I can honestly say it's consistently delicious every time. The Pad Thai (the staple Thai dish, and, in my opinion, the best judge of how good a Thai restaurant is) is superb, and their yellow curry is incredibly flavorful and just the right kind of spicy. They even give you rice in a heart shaped mound. How awesome. Sam really makes you feel like a welcomed member of his establishment and their customer service is attentive, courteous, and thoughtful. This was a cute little whole in the wall. At first I wasn't to sure about this place as my favorite Thai restaurant isn't that far from here. I gave it a shot and was pleasantly surprised!
