Everything from this place has been amazing! We've gotten different duck dishes, noodles, chicken satay (soo good), and our two favorites are the fresh spring rolls and mango sticky rice all the ingredients are really fresh and the place itself is really clean and nice. Still have great food but call before going since they post hours and are not always there. Last Sunday we called and tried to order and since the phone is usually busy I just went and would order when I got there. They were closed even though they post hours on Sunday form 4:30 - 9:30, so just call ahead to be sure they are there. read more

I was excited to have a thai restaurant in the area!! Not sure if we would order again.... We got the basil chicken and drunken noodle... Wasn't impressed! Not spicy like my normal dishes from other Thai restaurants! The noodles seems like they were over a day old... Only thing we were happy with was the spring rolls! read more

Awesome Thai food, my wife and I love the Drunken Noodles. We used to have to go to New Haven for Thai food.

This is GREAT Thai food! My son and I enjoy a lot of different Asian restaurants and love Thai food and find Thai Burger in Seymour is very fine quality food --and at relatively low prices too! There aren't too many "ethnic" restaurants in the Valley beyond Italian and pizza, so we are especially excited that Thai Burger is right in that lovely Maple Street neighborhood of Seymour, and often open pretty late. read more

Had lunch here yesterday , food was great!!! The gentleman that waited on us was wonderful. Couldn't have been more helpful. Explained some of the dishes to us and even told us how drunken noodle got its name !! Great find, can't wait to go back?? read more

I would've given 5 stars but for me personally I get frustrated when the person you're talking to doesn't understand you and you can't understand them so on that note the food was good, I ordered drunken noodles and it wasn't that spicy like I hoped but really good none the less and it was my first time having thai so all In all was a good experience just wish they spoke better English read more

I have been to this place a few time before the name changed to it's current one, so it had been a few years since I had stopped in. In the past I had always gotten burgers and they were usually good ( maybe a bit greasy ) but pretty good overall. This week I decided to stop in as I hadn't been there in a while. I was hoping to get something for a late lunch. I walked in and there was a young man seated at a table and no customers. I assumed he was a worker as he didn't have any food in front of him and was playing with his phone. He paid me no mind as I walked in, then as I approached the front counter and got closer a woman's head popped up (she had been resting her head, - possibly sleeping?) as she looked up at me with a dazed look in her eyes like she was surprised I was there and as if I had just awoken her. This to me was strange. The young man suddenly got up from his seat at the table and said to me, "Oh, would you like to order something? Would you like to order some food?", as he headed over toward the counter, but the way he said it was insincere/rude it was like he didn't want to be bothered. I felt like I was intruding on their personal time, with him on the phone and her seemingly napping. I looked at him and said, "I wouldn't want to interrupt your day, you seem like you don't want to be bothered." He said to me, with his insincere/rude tone, "Would you like some food then?". The woman never uttered a word and was looking more dazed then when I first saw her. I totally felt unwelcome and unwanted as a customer. I told them I would take my business elsewhere and that they should treat customers better and not as an inconvenience from whatever 'break(s)' they were on... Very strange behavior on their part. There used to be an older gentleman maybe around 40 years old who worked there, I think he was the owner and on all my past visits he had been there and was always welcoming and helpful so it was kind of strange to visit this place and get treated with insincerity and complete lack of professionalism. This rating is not for the food obviously as the customer service dissuaded me from even ordering and possibly ever going there again. Check your staff and their manners is my advice. If you want to be on your phone or napping do it in the back of the restaurant. It felt like I had invaded someone's living room and they didn't want me there. -No problem, I will go elsewhere, thanks. Too bad because everyone seems to rave about their food. read more

All I can say is ...I'm impressed! My husband and I both love Thai food but don't get it to often because there just aren't any good joints in the valley. We live in Seymour, have passed by this place a million times and honestly ...we have said..."there is no way there can be good Thai food coming from there! ". We were also thrown off by the name as well as you would not picture quality Thai food with burgers! We both got the standard Pad Thai and for starters.. This dish was HUGE! We both could not finish our meal. Second...it wasn't as sweet as some places which was a nice touch because sometimes too sweet is just too much! Third, prices were DEFINITELY fair for the amount of food. Fourth, the venue was quaint and very clean! Fifth, the personnel were super nice/friendly. We will definitely return to try other options too! This place would be a great family dinner if the parents want something different than the regular fare but the kids won't eat it (they sell burgers/dogs/ chicken). Really surprised and happy to have some good Thai food in our neck of the woods!! read more
