Great food! Quickly made! Quaint and clean. I am so happy they opened up near me. It is my go to for thai food. I could eat this every day if my bank account would allow.

My friend and I strolled into Thithi's on a Tuesday evening and it was poppin! The bar was full and there were several tables filled with happy diners. Our server, who was friendly enough but seemed performative, came by and immediately asked for our drink and app orders. She didn't go over the menu or ask if we had any questions. Since I had already checked out the apps, we ordered the seafood crispy rolls and two iced teas. She came back and asked if we were ready to order---once again, she didn't ask if we had any questions. Since I was torn between the spicy bail catfish curry and the banana curry duck, I asked which one she would recommend. She said the catfish was very popular and highly recommended it, so I went with that. My friend ordered the beef tenderloin pho. Our seafood rolls arrived and they were very tasty, but could have used a touch of finishing salt. Soon after our entrees arrived. Well, she was right about the catfish, it was amazing!!! Very flavorful, with a thick and creamy, -curry cream sauce and tender chunks of catfish. The portion was huge and we were able to share it with plenty for me to take to lunch the next day. I tried my friend's pho and it was quite good. He loved it and polished off the huge bowl of phoey goodness. After looking at the dessert menu, the apple crisp with ice cream looked tasty so we ordered that to share. It was delicious. Now here comes the bill. My friend took a look, reached for his wallet and pulled out two, crisp $100 bills. A bell went off in my brain and according to my math, the bill should have been a little under $100, I mean, yeah, maybe all he had were those two hundos and needed to leave a tip, but something told me to ask him if they included gratuity. He didn't have his reading glasses on and asked me to take a closer look at the bill. Sure enough, they included gratuity. That's just shady business practice to me. Most restaurants nowadays have a written notice on the menu or the server will kindly tell you gratuity is included, but not at this place. He was pissed, because he was absolutely going to leave a nice cash tip. Even though the food was delicious and we both want to go back, it just left a bad taste in our mouths.

We chose the restaurant side and it has nice decor. They also have a lot with ample parking. Staff is warm and friendly. I do not remember the name of our waitress; however, she wore a traditional Japanese kimono and was very pleasant. I ordered a frozen pina colada and hubby ordered the frozen strawberry daiquiri. We started with potstickers. For our entrees, we ordered jumbo shrimp fried rice, shrimp with lobster sauce and shrimp pad see eiw. We enjoyed everything we ordered. There were quite a few patrons in the hibachi section which is where we plan on trying next time we stop in. Definitely a neighborhood staple and highly recommend if you're in the area.

We have dined-in, used carry out, and even catered for Christmas parties. We loved this place, until my most recent experience. On Tuesday, June 23, I wanted sushi and panang curry for my birthday dinner. It's a 30 minute drive from my house so 1 hour round trip to get carry out. I love their food so I was willing to make the trip - I ordered $160+ worth of food for a family of 5. Pick up was no problem. However, the overall quality of the food was TERRIBLE - super bland with all of the sushi rolls and even my fave roll from there, Godzilla was just AWFUL - didn't taste anything like it normally does. Three-fourths of the order was sushi so that was super disappointing. My daughters' chow mein didn't have any noodles - it was just straight vegetables. She wouldn't eat it bc she wanted the noodles. The panang curry was the only thing that tasted good, but that was only a small part of the order. I was able to speak to the manager (Peg) on the phone a couple days later and explained to her my experience and she basically acted like I was lying, making the whole thing up. That I was supposed to save the food we didn't eat in a cooler and bring it back to the restaurant that day to get some form of refund. That was the policy. Not only that, she also said their recipe has not changed nor had anyone else complain about the food that day. I explained that we already threw out the food so that wouldn't be feasible and she basically said then there was nothing she could do and that she had to follow this policy. I'm sorry but I'm not driving an hour to return the bad food that a restaurant served me - 1. How is that sanitary? 2. Why are you calling a loyal long time customer basically a liar? 3. What kind of customer service doesn't offer anything to a customer that had a bad experience at your restaurant? She didn't seem to care when I told her that MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK! I couldn't believe that's how a manager would treat a customer especially one that had been coming back for many years and recommends it to others. NEVER AGAIN! BOTTOM LINE: RUN, this place has definitely gone downhill and their customer service is the worse I've ever seen. The only way to save this place is fire that manager, fix the quality of your food, and treat your customers better

It was self seating when you enter in. My friend and I got a table and they quickly brought over the menus. We ordered crab Rangoon, chicken wings, classic bang mi, seafood pho, pho with everything, Thai ice tea and mango summer pop. Out of everything we ate, we couldn't agree on the rating. There's certain preferences so let's break it down. Crab Rangoon was on the sweeter side. Chicken wing was seasoned properly but the sauce on the side is also a sweet and spicy mix. Banh mi... I'm going to have to give this a pass because the sauce was unnecessary and made the whole sandwich red. It was screaming red40. Phos - average. It's about the same you'll get in Chinatown so unless you want to make the drive, this will do the job. Noodles were soft, broth was seasoned. Drinks- my Thai tea and the other table's Thai tea are not identical.. this means that they add as much milk as they want but it changes the taste. Mine was too much milk and it wasn't the orange Thai tea color. My friend said her drink was enjoyable and I saw that a lot of people ordered the same drink. Overall. I would come back if I was in the area. It's nice inside, noodles were hot, and service was quick.

I ordered to go and my sandwich was ready in less than 10 minutes. It was good and the veggies tasted fresh. Some of the meat was a bit chewy, but the sandwich was large and the bread was fresh. For my entree, I ordered Hong Sue Chicken with vegetables. The chicken was good, with a fair amount of meat and nice-sized pieces, but I didn't care for the vegetables; there was not much crunch. I also ordered Chicken Fried Rice to share. I didn't care for it at all. My sister ordered Beef Chop Suey. She said the meat was tender, but it had this dark gravy sauce. She ordered the Chicken Lo Mein as a side dish to share but didn't like it. That was a disappointment again with the same dark gravy sauce. My sister asked the owner if she could get a free Egg Roll, and he said yes because it was over $25.00. That was a nice touch, but she asked me to try her Egg Roll because she said she had enough to eat, so I tried hers and took one bite. It didn't taste like mine, which was good, but not hers. The order taker charged a $4.00 delivery fee but didn't tell us because I gave him a cash tip, too. The delivery was fast, and the driver politely thanked us for our order. If you look at the lady's review from 03/17/24, mine was the same as hers. I would never go back to this restaurant again. I usually check the restaurant out first on Yelp, but my sister said her friend orders from there and likes it, so I trusted her judgment. We didn't save anything for later but instead gave everything to a homeless person.
