The food was really good and the portions were plenty I placed my order over the phone and it was ready when I got there.

Not first time ordering here however prices went up and not a little bit, but 20%. I wish I could get a 20% raise at work. Then the couldn't even print new menus just write in on the old menu. A lunch special went up to almost $10. The worst part of waiting 30 mins for the food and getting home and no taste at all TERRIBLE. The Won Ton soup just tasted like salt water. Orange Chicken here is fallllllllllaaaaaaame *in my singing voice* I use to work down the street. I ordered their orange chicken lunch special all the time. I switched job locations in 2014, so I haven't been over here to eat since then. I had it today and it's still FIRE! I'm only giving 4 stars because the employees aren't that friendly, but it's not a dine in place so I don't care. If I had to allow them to wait on me I would probably be annoyed, but since it's only a order and pick up experience the food is so good I could honestly care less. They are not rude just dry as hell. Maybe it's the language barrier, but smiling is universal and I've never seen any employee smile in here. This should speak volume though. I still eat here even when I think the service is less then mediocre. That's how much I enjoy their orange chicken. read more

Worst food I ever had in my life. Ordered chicken chow fun noodles that had sauce which resembled dirty dish water. Hell maybe dirty dish water tastes better. Also order chicken pad Thai and idk what that was. Had none of the ingredients that regular pad Thai would have. It was neon orange and no flavor. When I asked for siracha or anything similar to it the cashier said they only had regular hot sauce and offered us hot sauce in a packet. read more

Ok. I'm upping my review. Folks seem to have upped their game. Service is better and folks more engaging. Still suggest calling in as can get stuck behind other call ins and have to wait sometimes a long time w/out warning. Food is very good and excellent portions and value. read more

Stopped in for take out. They have a few booths for dine in patrons. I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice and pot stickers. The food was ok. I would have preferred the thicker soy sauce with my pot stickers. They did not have a carry out menu. I'll have to experience their other dishes. So far...meh...A-OK. read more

Absolutely delicious. The family always gets shrimp fried rice (very tasty), beef w/ pea pods (very fresh and loaded with beef) and depending on our mood various sides such as crab rangoon, egg rolls and pot stickers. In comparison to other nearby Chinese restaurants such as Hong Min, China House's prices are better. The crab rangoon here is also much more flavorful. The coupons found on there menu are also nice, however I personally don't find the orange chicken to be good. (I'd recommend getting the free rice or egg roll over the chicken) I've tried various items off the menu, most of if not all the beef dishes are delicious. I enjoy the lo mein noodles most and have yet to try the chow fun. read more

Food is ok bit the service attitude is shocking! Our order was screwed up...missing half of the ordered and charged for egg rolls and no white rice with three entrees. They did give us a credit for our next order that we'll put to use. One note for the owners. Your greeters need to address the customers when they are in the store first, telephone should come second. It's just plain rude to ignore people standing right in front of you. read more

Their vegetables are so fresh and their food is superb :) this is the only Chinese restaurant my family orders from. It's nice to come home and not have to cook or go out to get food which is why they didn't get 5 stars.... sometimes they don't have someone to deliver. It's a hit or miss. I've been going to this restaurant since I moved to the area a little over a year ago and for the most part it has been just a typical restaurant (nothing special). Last Sunday however, the service I received was less than acceptable. After calling in an order, we arrive to pick up the food and the cashier is sitting behind the desk consumed with his cell phone. After having to speak and get his attention, the food was paid for and the same guy responded "What, no tip?"as we walked out to which my response is that was a take-out order and he was not even attentive or pleasant upon picking up the food. Then, we get home and begin to eat only to notice the fried chicken wings are red on the inside and out. It was extremely undercooked and the rice was more greasy than it has ever been. We contacted China House to inform them the chicken was undercooked and she informed us she would remake it or refund us the money only if we brought back the entire wing order with no pieces missing (as if we trying to get over on them and only wanted free food). We took the food back and got a refund without an apology or anything else. In short, this was my most recent experience with them and obviously I will not be returning. Their food is usually pretty good but I would recommend thoroughly checking everything before eating it, but the customer service could always use some help. read more

Have been going here for years!! Ordered food last night for husband and myself... Prices went up extremely high......2 orders of fried rice (chicken and vegetable), an order of crab rangoons, and an order of Moo Shu Pork came out to $40. When my husband questioned the cost the lady informed him that the Moo Shu is an extra $6 because of the pork, what? We come to find out it's new owners and a total new, overpriced menu........Time to find a new Chinese restaurant.......Good luck, China House!!!! read more
