This time was Won Ton soup that was so delicious, I wish I had ordered more to have every day of the week!. Pot Stickers were perfection. The wrapper is not "dough-y" tasting or heavy, it is awesome. So is the filling and the dipping sauce that comes with. The teriyaki sticks are tender and not salty. Chicken Wings are not greasy and both wings and drumettes are huge! I ordered a combination fried rice with jumbo shrimp. The order cost me 17$ however when I got to my destination I realized they gave me all small shrimp. I called so that I can bring it back and the female says they are closed and disconnected when it was 5 mins to closing. I have always patronized their business but to treat customers that come often with bad service is horrible. I won't be going back and will be contacting my card company. This place is not professional at all. First of all, they don't let you dine in you walk in nobody's friendly. The lady that works in front is very rude. Doesn't say hi. Doesn't say bye doesn't ask if you want anything else, she just has this very mean unpleasant look on her face. She doesn't even say please or thank you or offer to help suggestions for anything else or offer any substitutes for anything everything is a up charge every time I told her I wanted something it was a charge. They put my food in a Styrofoam container, which I clearly told her that Styrofoam is melting because the food is so hot. Can she give me a different container, so she proceeded to tell me I have to pay two dollars so I paid two dollars for a container when she could've just gave me the container. I just don't understand what kind of service this is. This place is very unprofessional. The food is bland. It's not worth the money or the service they need to get somebody else in the front is more pleasant and happy about her life and job. read more

So incredibly disgusted and angry. Ordered from this "restaurant" for a delivery to my workplace, was excited to eat. The delivery man comes and brings the food on time. (40 mins) I bring the food into the kitchen, so hungry I take a bite out of the eggroll, look down and SEEN SIX ANTS ALL OVER THE FOOD! I spit out my bite and there was an ant in that, too. Tried to call back to get a refund, the female receptionist was refusing and telling my coworker to deliver it to them. Informed them that we are at work, so no that wouldn't be possible. The food here is good. Great princes for the lunch specials. I recommend the Sesame Chicken or the Pepper Steak. BBQ pork is really good too. My husband really likes the egg drop soup. There are places to sit, but the interior is not that great so I definitely would not recommend it as a place to have a nice sit down dinner. Great local takeout place though. read more

China Chef is not bad for Chinese food in the area. A group of us called for takeout which was ready in 20 minutes for pick-up. The lunch specials are huge - easily 3 filling meals for me - and it also comes with an egg roll and soda. It was a total of something like $7 too. The box must have weighed like 3 pounds or something. I was so full after lunch but it looked like I barely made a dent into my order. The chicken fried rice is also not terribly oily or salty which was nice. I got the kung-po chicken which was tasty but had way too much sauce which in turn made it too salty. The egg roll was good but had too thick of a fried outside wrap. Overall, I was bit skeptical before placing our orders but it turned out to be better than expected. read more

I am a first time customer. Decided to get a large mongolian beef and crab rangoons for me and my brother. Most places by me price five crab rangoons at 3 bucks. This place charges almost 6 for 6. Whatever, they were good. I get home to find they gave me mongolian shrimp instead. My brother doesnt like shrimp. When I came in i REPEATED MY ORDER and the kid behind the counter with his headphones in looked at the receipt, and repeated MONGOLIAN BEEF back to me. I paid the 18 bucks and headed home thinking its all good. I like shrimp, but this shrimp is saltless. According to google they get the orders wrong all the time and hang up on their customers so I'm not gonna bother. He could have admitted to the mistake and we could have worked something out. Worst restaurant ever! I came in last weekend in hopes to find a great authentic Chinese restaurant - their foods are mediocre. Not only that their hot & soup soup tastes like a bowl of hot sour vinegar(who knows what they put in the soup). Other dishes such as the seafood combination are so average, not tasty at all. Food wasn't good at all. But what made this place worst was that: the cashier woman was rude as f***. Since everything is prepaid before we got the food. We tried the soup and it was sourest thing ive ever had ! Told her, but of course, since we already pre-paid, she did nothing but said "i will trash this for you, no return/refund!". And so she did, throwing away our money like its her pleasure. Then later I heard her on the phone to some delivery customers " I will refund you 3$, no delivery charge, okay!" For all readers, do you know why she is acting this different? Because that guy paid by credit card and can refute payment at anytime, in comparison we pre-paid everything by cash. This was the worst experience I've ever had! To the restaurant people & woman receptionist: I was going to bring my entire section(more than 20 people) to Chicago this weekend for a visit. And due to the experience I had at your s***y place with your rude attitude, do you think I will come again? I order the Three Happiness here and it is excellent in both taste and price. My son likes the Mongolian Beef Old Style and I agree it is very good too. I have never had any problem with insects in my rice over the several years ordering here. The lady who used to take orders is gone so no-one should get yelled at again. :) Also the most important thing about hands are have they been washed? Wearing gloves for food protection offers little protection if the gloves have been contaminated by bad food or an unclean counter. My son and I have never had food-poisoning here. I wish I could say the same for Subways where they wear gloves and my family became sick over a weekend. We don't do Subways anymore. read more

Wow! What a surprise. Had to stay near Midway Airport and asked our hotel for a Chinese Restaurant nearby that delivered. We placed an order for what we thought was a small amount of food. What a surprise! We had two entrees, one large and one small. The small entree was big enough for both of us (and we are hearty eaters)! My husband who is very picky about Hot & Sour Soup loved it! Ordered 3 eggs rolls and got an extra no charge. Other extras included an order of Fried Rice. Everything we ordered was great. Excellent flavors and believe me, lots of it.
