We had ordered the Tom yum noodle soup but I think there was some slight miscommunication but honestly didn't mind it. It was so savory and had lots of chunks of chicken, mushroom, and tomato. Ordered 3 items for takeout today. Requested MILD yellow curry with chicken. It was an odd orangish color, too spicey, and (I swear!) loaded with white sugar which made it sickeningly sweet while being too spicey to eat. Entree of Cashew Nuts, with tofu, had NO cashews whatsoever! He must have forgotten to put them in. What she received was a bunch of tofu (tasty) and a very few vegetables. Item 3, combo Fried Rice has not been eaten yet so I have no way of knowing how that is. My $46+ was a big waste of money. I had been getting emails from them and really hoped it would be good. This a nice little hole in the wall location in Bellflower! Parking is somewhat scarce here, but you'll be sure to find a spot. The servers here and very kind and their music in here is on point! My girlfriend and I agreed that their pad Thai was one of our favorites! The chicken's flavor was very pronounced and hit great! The chicken satay was also delicious! The dip and chicken were perfect synergy. The only thing that let us down the beef Chinese broccoli. The beef was too chewy and I couldn't really finish it. I have ordered the pad see-ew with chicken, garlic beef, Tom ka soup with chicken, wonton soup with shrimp, Chinese broccoli with beef and yellow curry so far. The food is full of flavor and the beef is tender and juicy. The yellow curry is on the sweet side, not my favorite but it comes to preference. The order was made over the phone and picked up in person. And the service provided over the phone matched the outstanding service in person. They greeted me immediately and were very welcoming. The restaurant is very small only 2 tables, it is better to order to go. And don't forget to get their Thai tea, I really wished they served a bigger size because they have mastered the perfect ratio of milk and tea. I've supported this local business for YEARS and have never had any issues with the food or service. Until today. When I decide to support them directly via their website, it allowed me to place an order for delivery, promptly charges me the full amount and then sends an email saying the order was rejected because they don't have any drivers. Not cool to advertise a service that can't be provided and charge customers for a delivery order they cannot fulfill. Anyway, I call to place the same order and inquire about my refund; they said it will be 25 minutes for pick-up and leave a message a few minutes confirming I'll get a refund in 3-5 days. I arrive half an hour later and they haven't even started preparing the food because they "wanted to be sure I wanted it". After I placed the order for pick up over the phone? Make it make sense. Yoooooooooooooooo! This place was referred to me to check out and Im glad I did, there portions and price was very affordable. I loved the shrimp tempura, it was breaded differently than your typical panko breading and crust. Also tried the chicken satay but that was a bit dry cause i did get it for take out so maybe would have tasted better fresh cause I had to reheat when I got it at home, ate with the papaya salad and tasted great with it together. And for the noodle king special soup with the brown soup, I guess blood soup just really isn't for me, many people come here for that specific dish, it reminds me a filipino dish called dinuguan where its pork blood i believe they use to cook but i'm not a fan of dinuguan as well so I cant rate this dish properly to my liking. Wish I tried their other soups which I definitely will try in the future, I want to try the tom kha seafood for sure next time, I also tried the crab fried rice and that one was amazing wish they put a little more crab next time.
