I really liked the curry and the fried rice. So yummy. Take out only & they still require a mask FYI. Super friendly. Can't wait to come back.

I have a reverse commute from the city to Des Plaines. There's not much in this area besides chains so I was really happy when my friend introduced me to Thai Square. They have great deals on their lunch specials. I've had their pad thai, mixed vegetables, basil chicken, pad see ew, tom yum soup, and fried rice. Everything always has great flavor and is fresh. The lunch special comes with crispy egg rolls and half of an orange. I recommend asking for their complimentary hot sauce if you like some additional heat. They're also very sweet when you pick up your order. This is such a great little gem.

I see you steam hole! Very smart for fried apps.

Their Pad See Ew is literally my favorite meal to eat, ever. I highly recommend this place. They are fast with preparing it, and so so good.

Pretty good for a Thai place. I got the panang tofu entree, it did have a good spice to it. I would get it again

Not much flavor in the pad Thai or the pad see ew. :( much better Thai food places for those dishes.

We had boorsok for our appetizer, fried dough bites that reminded me of funnel cake without sugar, and there were a lot! I had the strawberry mojito drink, and it was fantastic, really tasting of fresh fruit with many mint leaves inside. The khachapuri was extraordinary. They do imeruli style, round and similar to a pizza, the crust beautifully blistered and the cheese thick with a wonderful pull. One of my friends hadn't had khachapuri before and is now a convert. We also had boso lagman, with hand-pulled noodles and beef, and big manty dumplings with flavorful meatballs inside. I requested we get a slice of honey cake, too, and that was a perfect finish to the meal. Sweet but not overkill, and really tasted like honey, graham crackers, and cream. I'm not sure when I will possibly be in this area again, but wow, I would come here again.

The decor offered great ambiance! In order to try a couple of items my sister and I decided to split the laghman and eggplant salad. The laghman was excellent with fresh hand-pulled noodles. I appreciated that they split the dish in the kitchen for us. The eggplant salad was a good portion to supplement the noodles. But points of caution that they are fried and have an almost sweet and sour sauce on top which for me was a little heavy. Overall quick and efficient service for a sit down lunch during the work week. They also appeared to have an extensive drink menu of different lemonade and coffee that I would be interested to try next time.

We stood at the front with absolutely no acknowledgement from any of the staff including the bartenders. There is a front counter it seems, but no one was there. After five minutes of standing, and yes, it was 5-min, as the World Cup was on and that game clock doesn't stop. 5-minutes might not sound long, but when you're standing in the front, its a long time. We finally got greeted by their understaffed people, and were seated in the back. Obviously no reservation needed, as they didn't even ask. After about another 5-minutes, we got paper menus. By this time, we scanned the QR code that was on the table, to see the menu, and we were already ready to order. Sadly, I wish I did look at the paper menu, because apparently the online menu was different. There was a gumbo on the paper menu apparently. There's pictures of it on their TV monitors, showcasing their food, but I didn't see it on the online menu. We go the oysters, which surprisingly no one got sick from. Chicken fajitas were OK, and the rainbow roll sushi was OK too. The service really was bad... I would not come back again. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located in between the back room and bar area, the bathrooms were surprisingly pleasant. No poop splatters or pee stains on the toilet and urinals. They keep their bathrooms clean. I ordered nachos and they dabbed some beans at the bottom, piled on chips and dumped cold nacho cheese and sour cream. It was soooo gross like Really cold nacho cheese. U cant use real cheese? For $20 bux at a latin japanese fusion restaurant, they made taco bell feel gourmet. The waiter couldnt speak english, which i really dont mind, but it was on top of everything else... he kept bringing out sweet and sour thai chile sauce for the oysters. And the horseradish was like mayo. Pro tip- buy horseradish and shave it... u need the bite. The drinks were poorly made... got a lemon drop and moscow mule. Lemon drop was just straight lemon lime juice, no liquor, no sugar rim. Moscow mule was straight ginger beer. They didnt know how to make them and it was obvious. The 2 other tables both told them they forgot the liquor in the drinks. I will say the presentation was fine, except for the sugar rim. Honestly i cant say anything good about the experience. This place cuts every corner and it shows, all while using "upscale" pricing.

Our waitress was wonderful, and helped us with some recommendations upon us letting her know it was our first visit! She checked in with us frequently, and made sure drinks were always refilled promptly! We had a bunch of different items, and all were very good! We tried sushi rolls, beef noodles, and ramen. Papaya Salad: Outstanding--super refreshing with a great crunch. Pad Thai & Pad See Ew: Disappointing protein quality.
