It's literally inside a corporate office building, super secluded, and definitely feels like it mainly caters to people working in the offices nearby. If you come here, just know it's more of a small corporate plaza vibe. Parking was very limited, and we were honestly a little nervous about getting towed since it's mostly corporate parking, but we parked right out front and it ended up being fine. The restaurant itself is very small, with only a few tables. There weren't many people dining in, which makes sense because it seems like most customers are office workers grabbing takeout and heading back to work. Despite that, the staff were extremely friendly, which made the experience really pleasant. We ordered the crispy pork dish, and it was incredible, super flavorful and definitely the highlight of the meal. The food overall was really good. It is on the pricier side for Thai food (around $15-$20 per entrée), but the quality matched the price. One thing to note: the bathroom is located outside of the restaurant. The staff will explain how to get there, but it's a bit of a walk and kind of tucked away in the corporate area. Overall, this place was solid, and I'm really glad we came. There's a new dish! I don't know how long it'll stay on the menu so you guys should run to the restaurant and try it! Egg noodle with BBQ pork (thai style). Thai BBQ pork is not as sweet as the chinese version. This one tasted more like honey roasted BBQ pork and it's still not as sweet. I have not had this type of BBQ pork in more than 20 years! So good. The noodle came with BBQ pork, some fish balls, chicharron, garlic oil, green onions and cilantro. The flavor is on the mild side with a tiny bit of sweetness (thai people love to put sugar in their food. it's actually good as long as you don't use too much sugar). It also came with a little bowl of soup since in Thailand you typically can order the dry or soup version. And the dry version would come with soup on the side. The entire dish is exactly as you'd get from food carts around Bangkok. I grew up eating this type of noodle and it really took me home. If you have visited Thailand and had this dish before, RUN!! I had a great experience here. I came here on a Thursday afternoon and it was quite slow considering it was a workday. It's located in a huge corporate office building complex, which is why I rated it only 4 stars. It's not very walkable to anything nearby but it is a good spot especially if you're working there. Other than the location, there are many menu options to chose from. Pad see ew is one of my favorite dishes in terms of Thai cuisine and they did it perfectly. I cant believe I am writing this review with two star. The iced latte is one of the best in the neighborhood. The duck curry was perfectly balanced, tantalizing all the taste bud you want to trigger. The decor is a perfect blend of southern California and thailand with moped and skate boards. But it is in the office park and we had to wait 50 minutes after ordering the food to get our lunch. This was a premium option but porks one of my favorites, and you can tell a restaurants cooking ability by the way they prepare it and this place knocked it out of the park. I liked the crushed peanuts and seasoning flavor was very savory. There was a nice amount of vegetables that completed the dish. I remember seeing this building go through a journey on Instagram! The owners son painted a beautiful sign on the wall of the building but the landlord painted it back to gray and said the sign must be acrylic (as now seen in my photo). Looks great! But my aunt ordered it and I tried it~ it was surprisingly zingy and citrusy. The basil worked well in this and the sticky rice was 100% different than Vietnamese sticky rice. I really liked it! It's a mom and pop kind of place, nearly a one person kitchen. - FOOD: good - SERVICE: good but takes 20m for food - PRICE: decent - AMBIANCE: hidden and tiny Would have never discovered this place if I didn't look on yelp. It's hidden in the middle of SeaView corporate buildings. Authentic Thai food cooked by Thai people serving business people on their lunch breaks and a sprinkle of college students. It's an interesting spot, upon arrival there were two cash registers - one for another business and another for this restaurant. The menus are laid out infront of the register (don't forget to flip them as there are more items on the back to select). Typical Thai food selection but I saw Singapore Noodles (yet no picture of it on yelp). I will be the guinea pig for yall. Wait time "15 - 20min" easily turns to "25min" (keep the wait time in mind). :: ORDER :: SINGAPORE NOODLES (~$14) - rice vermicelli noodles with curry powder, served with green onion, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Choice of protein: chicken. Their version is ok. I use to eat Singapore Noodles once a week in SF and hold that experience with high standards. SD does not quite execute Singapore Noodles in the way I remember them and finding a place for my fix has been the challenge. However, I do feel the flavors in this dish need to be a bit more elevated. But why did my Singapore Noodles kind of tasted like Pad See Ew flavor with Singapore Noodle appearance (that should not be the case). When the food arrived, the appearance looked as it is expected, had that yellow tint from the curry powder BUT the curry powder's presence was faint. I'd love a little more curry flavor to come thru in the dish - I feel that's what makes the Singapore Noodles pop. All the other ingredients were cut so largely (but chicken pieces, big vegetable pieces). My chicken wasn't as soft and kind of chewy and dry but still edible, not the best but edible. Vegetable ratio was fine but wish there were a little more green onion and onions. And the noodles, something about it was kind of dry. Yes, the dish was oily (at the bottom) but the noodles just felt dry. The description forgot to mention egg, there were small pieces of scrambled eggs. I still ate my meal and felt semi-satisfied. RECOMMEND (if you craving "like" Singapore Noodles). WARNING. Order was "for here" but served in cheap to-go plates. The bottom quickly soaks in grease. It took over the former space occupied by Soma Cafe & Deli. My employer is less than a few miles away so we have catered lunch from here on a few occasions since the grand opening in January. The neighboring businesses in this office complex have a convenient fast-casual Asian eatery in its midst. Half of the menu was basic American fare like breakfast sandwiches, salads, soups, sandwiches, and burgers. The other half was the Asian offerings which consisted of noodle bowls, stir-fried noodle dishes, fried rice, and curries. One day after work, I stopped by to pick up some food to go. My order was the Spaghetti Kee Mao and the Drunken Noodles. I asked for beef to be added to the spaghetti that was seasoned with fresh chiles, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, green beans, and basil leaves. For the wide rice noodles, shrimp was my protein choice mixed in with egg, onions, bell peppers, garlic, chili, and basil leaves. Both entrees were fragrant from the basil. I got the minced chicken Gra Prow with level 5 for the spice and it was phenomenal! I also called to place my order and asked if they can accommodate food allergies, since Thai food has nuts in some of the dishes. They were extremely kind and able to accommodate my allergy, making sure my food was safe for my allergies!
