The outside venue was nice, had a heater going since it was a bit cool, and seeing a lot of the same folks out and about is always a nice treat. The venue is chic and in my opinion elegant. It was tight and a little cloistered, you can squeeze about 50 or so people in there. Even so, there is a limited bar area and lounge type seating with couches, etc. I came on a Thursday evening and got to meet a few of the refulars. Really like this place. So imagine classic craft cocktails like an old fashion or a martini, but with RUM. That blows my mind. I had a smoked old fashion and it was smoother with the rum and tasted just as good. A few things you need to know. There are no menus except for a QR code. You can set up an account and order that way. If they are not too busy, you can also order the old fashioned way by talking to a human. The humans on this visit were Chad the bartender and Alex who I think was the manager. Alex was both knowledgeable, friendly and I think the creator of many of these genius cocktails. I really need to go back because on this trip we were on a budget. The drinks are on average between $14 - $18 and well worth the price, but as you can imagine the bill can get "bigly" pretty quick if you lose track enjoying the fantastic ligation.

The inside is actually quite nice and inviting. Kelsey was on the bar during our recent visit and helped make it outstanding serving up some of the tastiest drinks in South Florida. The owners are just a friendliest people, and they are able to give really great tours. The distillery itself is organized and really cool to see. After the tour you were able to buy some products at the merch area. You get to sample some of the rums as well. And I have to admit I'm not a huge rum drinker, but I do enjoy it. And the rums here are very tasty. I really enjoyed the toasted coconut rum.

She was amazing and the moonshine oh my God, the banana was my favorite follow by the peanut butter and chocolate then the coconut then we move to the passionfruit , the Mandarin , Coquito the spiced and finally the pure moonshine if you are in the Orlando area close to the premium outlets go and try that it's an amazing experience. I have been on a few distillery tours, and I found this one to be a bit casual and boring. It was super hot in there, so that might have been part of it too! I liked seeing the bottling station and some of the stuff shown was cool, but could have been half the time. After the tour, we came back to their small tasting and shop room with a bar and bar chairs. They lined up a BIG lineup of spirits and cordials to sample. This is the part I would have liked more time on! They handed out two, sometimes three of the samples at a time and spent barely any time talking about them, the flavors, and what went into creating them. And they were good - it was a shame to go so fast through them! Regardless, a fun free activity if you're a spirits fan and want to sample some. Support a local business and bring some minis or a bottle home. Oh - and they offer laser engraving for bottles and barrels!
