I recently discovered the Appliance Hub when a refrigerator delivery from another large company was perpetually delayed. After two months of repeated "rescheduling" I began searching online to see if I could find a replacement. The exact model came up on the Appliance Hub website, so i decided to look into it. I called the store and the attendant took a generous amount of time to respond to my inquiry, and to answer my questions about why their unit was priced $600 less than anywhere else I had seen it (i.e. was there something wrong with it...?) She explained about the service that AH provides of supplying new appliances at reduced cost because either the box may have been opened and then returned or unopened boxes may have been returned, in which case AH obtains them and offers brand new, unused appliances for much less. Genious. The great deal was not, however, the most impressive part of my experience...the communication and customer service were excellent. I did everything by phone and text, had my new refrigerator within a week, and had constant, real person updates throughout the week. Anytime i replied to their messages, a personal response came back almost immediately. This company is a model for excellence on many levels. Allison was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The oven had no visible damage or blemishes. Additionally, it came with the manufacturer warranty. They were able to schedule the installation for Monday afternoon and gave me a one hour window (note, not a four hour window like all other deliveries) and the driver texted when he was on his way. Installation went very smoothly. And they checked to make sure the oven was working before they left. The only issue was the oven was in Display mode and it took a little while for them to figure out how to turn it off. But they didn't give up and it works beautifully! Glad we found this store. We were looking for a refrigerator to replace our 20-year-old KitchenAid that finally called it quits. We found a beautiful JennAir that fits perfectly in our space, and also found an induction cooktop to replace our dead Miele. We're back in business. Appliance Hub staff are very helpful, and delivery and installation went well. Cutout for the cooktop needed some adjustment, but they were up to the task. Just make certain that you look closely for cosmetic imperfections, as there are no returns, and factory warranties don't cover cosmetics. Like others here, I found this place on FB Marketplace and was a bit skeptical, to say the last. But once I walked into their warehouse, I knew what was up. They carried the best of the best brands, mostly open box and a few slightly used. I was looking a whole new kitchen suit and almost pulled the trigger on the Thermidor special ( seems like they are always running this special). But I couldn't pull the trigger with Thermador. I started looking it from an a la carte view and got every brand/make that I wanted for every piece of appliance. No doubt it's more expensive than the Thermador package, but I felt like I got the best of the best brands that will last a very long time. I initially worked with Alison who is super knowledgeable about appliances and very easy to talk to. In no way was she pushy - she stated a lot of true facts about many brands. My second visit I worked with Randy, who is super cool and chill. After many visits, I finally pulled the trigger on what I wanted and Randy was able to find me what I exactly wanted. ( I was surprised they weren't tired of me at this point - maybe they were, who knows) Appliance has great connections to big named brands of appliances. The Appliance Hub has a great selection of appliances which are open box, in perfect shape and discounted enough (~15%) to make it a no brainer. We were in the market for a new range and the Wolf unit they had in stock was perfect. We didn't have to wait the two months by putting a new one on order, it was delivered/installed the following week and even arrange the disposal of our old range.
