First off, this is a place with a very small space. The whole establishment can't be more than thirty feet wide. The service team seems to be just that. In a more traditional setting, a single server would be taking care of you. At the AG, the whole team seems to be involved. It sort of works. Now to the food. The pancakes were stellar. With various fruits, vanilla ice cream, syrup and creme anglais it seems an odd combination but MAN it works! Completely delicious. As for the fish and chips, they were good but not spectacular. I was hoping for a more crispy batter, but this one kind of missed the mark. As for the rptartar sauce, it had a spicy note. Also not expected. All in all, it was good, and a great value.

Photogenic food and plating . So very Instaworthy. Quality and quantity was barely passable. Pricey for the food being served which had surprisingly medi touch , though being a Restaurant representing "Down under" fare. Service was ok

Solid place for breakfast / brunch food in Frisco! I visited The Aussie Grind with a few friends for brunch on a Sunday. Upon arriving at around 10am, we put our name down and had to wait maybe 20ish minutes outside before being seated (as a party of 4). Once we were seated, service was relatively fast despite how busy it was inside. I ordered the breakfast pizza which has bacon, fried eggs, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and BBQ sauce. This is basically a flatbread with a great mix of toppings for breakfast time, and I especially loved the sweetness that the BBQ sauce added to the dish! My fiance got the breaky gnocchi which has bacon and poached eggs and comes on top of a bed of spinach. While the texture of the gnocchi was nice, this dish was unfortunately way too oily towards the bottom of the plate plus it wasn't as flavorful as we would have liked.

The reviews don't lie. This place is worth the hype! We arrived around 9:30/10am on a Saturday and were seated immediately. My friend ordered the salmon bagel and loved it! My chai latte was easily one of the best 'restaurant' lattes I've ever ordered. My Big Breaky was hearty and delicious. I have to return and try the French toast with ice cream.

Opens earlier than most coffee in the area. Offering sweet and savory items. Very aesthetic for pics with great customer service. Nick was great to chat with. I'm a fan of shrimp pasta here, they make it al dente. Pastries are my go to with coffee when I'm on the go.

My previous review was a mistake (it was meant for another business) so I decided to make it right by coming here. I have also heard so much good things about this so I also decided to celebrate a friend's birthday. They don't take reservations so better get there early cause weekends are busy. I had the salmon and it was good but the sweet chilly glaze sauce didn't feel like it complement the salmon. Maybe it just wasn't my preference so I'll order something else next time. The side cabbage that came with it was also lackluster. My friend had a beef burger sub sweet potato fries which was good. She ordered a coffee and we shared an affogato which was really good. Really nice staff but I do feel the food was a little underwhelming. I'll probably come back here another time to give it another shot because I'm thinking it's just what I ordered. Thus, a conservative 3 stars for now

Chicken and breeze sandwich with fries

Let me start by saying that I've been a Coffee Roaster in the industry for over 20 years and the Cortado and the flat white I received were a 9.5 out of 10 really spectacular. The baked Gibbs and the juice had the same high standards, and the chicken and brie sandwich was top drawer.

My go to breakfast stop! Never get tired of coming here for breakfast or lunch. Staff is super friendly and coffee is delicious! Gotta come try it!

Australia in Frisco! The Aussie Grind is my Tuesday brunch ritual -- cozy vibes, craft coffee, and delicious food. My go-to is the lavender oat milk latte, the omelette with blistered tomatoes, and anything with their jam or bagels. A true Frisco favorite for brunch lovers!

This was a fun find. Went for lunch with my friend. It was pretty packed but we were seated immediately in a 2 ppl table. The place is so cozy inside. I do want to go back and try other dishes. My salad was tasty and huge. I got it with the vinaigrette on the side and it was a good call. My friend had the penne pasta and she loved it. Their coffee is good too. And the service was excellent. Definitely going back to try more!

I haven't had grilled halloumi since I left Melbourne and this place reminded me absolutely of any higher end breakfast cafe along an Australian beach. We tried a flat white as well as a honey and banana smoothie along with an avocado toast and rocky road French toast. My avo toast came with grilled sweet corn, pickled red onion slices, arugula and a crème beet sauce. Wow! Everything was beautifully plated. It's busy on a weekend but the service was fast and friendly. I'll definitely try this place again anytime I want to "staycation" and feel like treating myself.

    Biscoff French Toast

We cannot say enough good things about our experience! The coffee was in the top 10 cups of coffee I have had in my life! I ordered a basic cappuccino in a mug. The foam was thick and creamy and the top had a black dusting of cocoa powder. YUM! The Biscoff French toast was delicious and would make a great dessert. The salad with gnocchi, spinach, and bacon was excellent and the eggs were perfectly poached. We bought some chocolate banana bread to go and they heated it up and included whipped cream and a raspberry jam. Delicious. The service was great and the menu was very informative with lots of pictures. The only thing that could be improved is some umbrellas for the patio.

All I can say is wow! This felt like an exclusive brunch spot that is a MUST visit if you're in Frisco. The food is fantastic! The Aussie Grind breakfast reminded me of a similar dish I had in the UK but was on another level with the chutney jam and fresh local bread - YUM! The cappuccino also went above and beyond with a nice chocolate powdered layer on top. It was delicious! The restaurant does feel a bit congested with limited small tables that are very close to your neighbors, and you have to raise your voice quite a bit over the loud music. But, I got over it, because what really made our 1st time experience here great was our server, Grace. She had such a pleasant personality that could make anyone have an amazing start off to their day. Overall, with such good service, diverse menu selection and quality food, I would highly recommend this spot!

We came here for lunch on a Friday but there were still many people, so it seemed like this place was popular. My partner had the smoked salmon benedict and the classic crepes and they thought both were conventionally good with not much more to say. There was a lot of hollandaise sauce on the benedict but the salmon itself still had good flavor, which reminded them, per my partner, of lox. They also enjoyed the hot chocolate, saying that it would be easy to make it too watery but what they had was not like such, and had enough thickness and chocolate flavor. For me, the brisket skillet had an okay amount of brisket, but there were a lot more of other ingredients, from sweet potatoes to jalapeños, and so on. Those other ingredients defined the flavor mainly, and the flavor as a result was a bit all over the place. The avocado pieces were the saving grace because they neutralized the flavor a bit. Overall I still enjoyed the dish. It seems like they have a pretty large menu so I would be down to try them again to see what else they had. I tried a bit of the beer biscuit and couldn't really figure out what made it so special other than the fact that it was easy to break apart. Regardless, I hope to be back!

I had the eggs Benedict and home fries and it was great! Hats off to the kitchen- it was quick as well as tasty. The potatoes were even good- and lately everywhere I go people are afraid of seasoning the food so I just have bland potatoes that I have to season with the table offerings instead of being cooked in. So this was a welcome change! Our waitress was very sweet and got everything right but I will say we had to look around for her several times- we were on our work lunch hour not just a casual lunch where we could take our time so that's on us but seems like two bites/two minutes is out the window and the new service industry standard is just to leave you alone for 15 minutes once you get your food and I'm not sure how we can change that.

I ordered the create-your-own omelet, which came with home fries and bread. The bread was actually very delicious, and the home fries were cooked well with a nice texture. The portion size was also generous, which I appreciated. My main critique is the salt level. The omelet and potatoes were both quite salty, which unfortunately overpowered the other flavors in the dish. I'm not sure if it was the seasoning blend or just heavy salt, but it made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal. That said, this was my first time trying Keke's, and I appreciate the convenience and solid portion size. With a lighter hand on the salt, the food could easily be much better. I would be open to giving them another try in the future.
