Do a half ass job of glass installation. Spoil customer's car 2. Take the money and promise to fix it next day. 3. Next day, ignore any calls from customer. Now you have gotten your money. AVOID THESE GUYS! I had my windshield replaced recently, but the moulding fell off right after I removed the tape. Since they have a lifetime warranty on defects and improper installation, I called them up and set up an appointment. They did not show, did not call, and did not answer their phone. After persistent calling, I finally got a second appointment set up. They AGAIN did not show, did not call, and did not answer their phone. After calling several times again, I finally got a third appointment. Guess what? They did not show, did not call, and did not answer the phone. At this point I am through with Auto Glass Pro's. The warranty is worthless because they won't show up when they do a shoddy job. Now I drive around with tape stuck to my windshield because it will take another $150 just to get the moulding replaced by another shop. Try Auto Glass Pro's at your own risk. Approximately $200+ for a 2016 CX-5 passenger window for those trying to gauge pricing. Someone came within the hour named Carlos Daniel, who was very friendly and courteous. He vacuumed the shards leftover from an unfortunate break-in and a good presence, you can tell they know what they are doing. I was able to work on some things inside the house while he was fixing the car. Took no more than an hour. All things said and done, they were fast, efficient, and friendly. But, when I called them this morning, they weren't available today. After looking on Yelp, I saw that Auto Glass Pros were pretty near my work and had good reviews, so I called them up. The technician (Dan Ubina) also works on weekends so its very convenient. The technician came around an hour late than scheduled but I was informed about it. But I want to mention a quick note about Auto Glass Pro's windshield glass quality. Like everyone else said, the crew had nice service and attitude. After my Honda Civic's windshield glass was replaced, I planned on giving them a great review. But after driving for just one day, I realized the glass's quality was defected: when I look out the glass, the road and street signs look slightly twisted/ twirled. My friend who hopped on board pointed out without me asking. After driving for about a week, my eyes began to hurt and my head felt dizzy. I usually don't bother businesses, but I was concerned with my safety on the road and with its product quality. So I contacted Dan about the situation and asked for a follow-up service. Dan asked when I would be available to come in, I replied, and there was no more response. I understand that the crew is nice and professional (I wouldn't say quick--later I went to another place which only took 15 minutes vs this took an hour). However, I would appreciate if Dan could have followed up with my request. For those looking for the cheapest price in the Bay like I did, if you are capable of paying $50 more, don't be overly frugal on your $10-40k asset. read more

There's always that person that wants to ruin other people's day by breaking windshields for no reason (luckily, they didn't take anything at all!). Anyways, it was a Sunday and Monday was a holiday so I had little hope in finding a repair shop that would have my glass window and repair it until Tuesday. After 3-4 calls to other auto shops, I lucked out; their business was closed but they provided service to YOUR location on Sundays (plus they had my glass window!). They came over, fixed it up within 30 minutes and cleaned up all the broken glass in my car. It was all good and they did a follow up the next day to see if the window was intact. Because it was raining so hard, they ended up changing the glass window to a more expensive material (with no extra charge!). I drove for 6 hours back to SoCal and the window has been perfect since then. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Shout out to Dan for being understanding and cool about everything. read more
