Holy cream cheese!!! I wanted to like this place. I LOVE gourmet bagels. So I was excited when I found out a bagel place was opening. However, I'm left disappointed after my visit. First off, the place is small. Don't expect to get a table during lunch. We managed to snag one fortunately, but it was dirty. There was all crumbs all over the floors. Not a big deal. There were so many options to choose from and the fact that it was busy and we were first timers, we felt rushed. The coffee was crap. You make your own iced coffee. For the price, I would have rather gone somewhere that does it for me and tastes better. On to our bagels which each consisted of almost a whole block of cream cheese. I mean, I like cream cheese, but this was a bit much! The bagels are also a thick dough too, not my favorite. I ordered the jalapeño cheese bagel. The jalapeños should have been roasted or something. The crunch was not great on it. Also, the more I ate, I realized the cheese was not baked into the bagel. So after eating some the cheese topping slid off. My husband got the Maple Bacon with apple pie cream cheese and he agreed the excessive cream cheese ruined it. One of my sons got the hot Cheeto bagel with plain cream cheese. Half of it tasted like regular Cheetos. The other half was a little more hot Cheetos tasting, but he said it wasn't hot at all and was disappointed. My other son got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch bagel and that was the worst out of all of ours. It was plain as heck. Did not taste like cinnamon and had ZERO crunch to it. Pitiful. Lastly, I have to address the prices. They are pretty ridiculous. You pay $4 for a bagel. Okay... then you pay extra for whatever bagel it is. Why not just charge a price for that bagel and be done with it?? But it doesn't stop there because flavored cream cheese is also extra. I'm surprised they didn't charge to toast it! (Which you have to request it toasted, I thought that was the norm and you request if you didn't want it toasted?) I can't really comment on the service. Someone too our order, someone else called our name when it was ready. Not much else. They weren't rude, but not very welcoming. And I never someone anyone out cleaning tables or helping guests beyond the counter.

My mom asked for over easy eggs. That is definitely sunny side up. Avocado is brown. The options were hashbrown or "homefries". She picked homefries and I guess those are the "homefries" I got a chicken ranch wrap. I opened the box and that is exactlyyyyyy how it came. 1 pickle and half of another pickle. Definitely not worth $43. The wrap was good. The Mac and cheese side, I wouldn't order again. It's watery, Cold and gives cold slaw and not Mac and cheese. I'd do a bag of chips instead.

I was excited to try this place but also dubious. The offerings seemed like it might enter into the land of ridiculous where everything is excess but nothing is great. However! My bagel was delicious! Yes, they have many over-the-top bagels and cream cheese/spreads. But you can also kick it old school and keep it simple. Yes, they do put a ridiculous amount of cream cheese on there. But you can scrape off the extra (like we did) and save it for future bagels (like we did). I got the onion bagel. Toasted...although I could barely tell it had been toasted. I topped it with the firecracker cream cheese. The bagel was big and thick and chewy and wonderful. The cream cheese was flavorful. Another person in our group got the chocolate chip bagel with birthday cake cream cheese. It looked fun and festive. The inside seating is adequate but not huge. The offerings were much more than I expected. They didn't just have bagels. They had donuts, muffins, coffee cakes, egg sandwiches. Honestly, the choices made it a little bit overwhelming. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It took maybe 10 minutes for our bagels to be ready and we took it to go. I'll definitely go back.

I have come to the Bagel Nook two times now. I wanted to give them a 3.5 stars but decided to give them 4! There are a lot of options you can choose from! It can feel overwhelming at times... I think the biggest thing coming here is to kinda know what you are wanting coming in! I tried one of their lunch sandwiches last time and didn't enjoy it as much as their classic breakfast sandwiches. I also would recommend asking for cream cheese on the side. They seem to put a lot of cream cheese on there! Now on my friend's sandwich they did have some red spice (we think hot Cheetos) on hers and it was spicy...maybe from not cleaning off the knife before cutting it? I do think that could be a issue for someone with dietary restrictions or allergies! It's also important to note they have additional charges for their specialty bagels on the top row! They didn't seem to tell us this when we were ordering and had to ask before we paid. The employees were ok! The lady taking our order seemed slightly annoyed but not directly rude...I think she just didn't want the line to get backed up! The restaurant has been packed every time I have come here! People seem to really like it! They have inside seating as well as a covered patio. The inside seats have always seemed to be full but the outside tables were empty when we went! The restaurant is new, so the outside of the building looks nice and it feels pretty clean too! Overall, I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich at The Bagel Nook. They are really large, so you could probably get away with splitting it with a friend. I hope they continue to do well and stay open!

I'll be honest I was underwhelmed. I tried this place because it had been all over TikTok and everything looked great. The location is cute, there's a nice seating area outside and the service was good. I ordered a bagel sandwich. The bagel tasted like it had been out for days and It stopped me from really enjoying what was inside of the sandwich. It was packed when I went literally only standing room, and there were way too many options for a first timer to decide what was best to order. I think I spent $40 for two bagels and two lemonades and the lemonade was the best thing I had. I'm open to trying again.. maybe I just didn't order the right thing.

We ordered this for online pickup. The bagel itself was great! The bagel was large, cut in half, and tasty. The staff weren't the friendliest, but it was quite busy so I get it. The store is pretty small. My main issues was price transparency (for lack of a better word.) Online, a meat, two egg, and cheese was a certain price. When you went to make your selections, every type of cheese cost extra. It just felt odd to me that there was a single cheese choice included in the price of the bagel that was supposed to include cheese.

I went to the Bagel Nook for the 1st time at 7:30 am today. No crowd (yay!), however the young staff was low energy; didn't say hello when I walked in; bad vibe. Their energy made me not want to order. Think of how pleasant Starbucks employees are for example. That is the energy you want on a week day morning before you go into the office. So customer service was poor.. I ordered a plan bagel with strawberry cream cheese. TRASH! The creamcheese had no flavor. Didn't taste like strawberry and was not sweet. The bagel was soft though and I like the amount of cream cheese they put on the bagel. But, I couldn't eat it. Threw the entire bagel away... The menu looks expansive so I want to go back to try something else but those kids low energy and my nasty bagel makes me wonder should I even waste my money and time on a 2nd visit.

The food was great. There are so many options so give yourself some time to get samples and make a decision. Four stars because the tables weren't clean, there was water leaking from the AC above one of the tables and there were a noticeable amount of flies. Including one behind the glass with the cream cheese and butter. They had a fly catcher plugged in but without the sticky trap that actually catches them. I would return.

So many choices!! Everything and I mean EVERYTHING looks amazing. I ordered a spicy chicken panini! Sheer heaven. I will return many times to sample it all!!!

These are the best bagels! I have tried a few now and I love them every time. They have delicious flavors and so many options! The service is great everyone is so polite and the ambiance is great I love how clean it is in there! Def check it out!

Hard to believe some that works there took a look at this burnt solid bagel and said "yup looks good". I got my meal to go. My fault for not checking it, but getting all the way home then realizing I've been served burnt food really pissed me off. Paid $15 for this hockey puck. Don't burn my food and you won't get a bad review.

We started to order and we were told we'd have to get it to go because they were closing early. That didn't set a great tone. The process of ordering was...odd. Answers to questions were confusing. Like, the taco bowl is literally nothing more than the crunchy taco bowl and you fill it with one of the salads or bowls on the menu. Huh? That was bizarre. But then I had some special requests for my quinoa bowl and they were very accommodating so they went up a few notches. But the actual bowl was meh. The fresh ingredients are fresh, bright, and tasty. If I had gotten the quinoa bowl without meat it probably would have been deemed delicious. Alas. Alas. I got the steak quinoa bowl. The steak was very not good. :( I sampled the wraps of two people in my group. One was a buffalo chicken wrap and the other was a steak fajita wrap. Same for their wraps...it would have been good without the meat. The meat here was not good. Nope nope nope. Another person in our group got the basil panini. I didn't try it, but it looked good. (Although not grilled enough so the bread was not toasty like you want with a panini.) And it's a pricey place. Fun, bright, upbeat interior. This could have been a great experience. But it was a meh experience.

I didn't know which one to choose. I went with Santa Fe salad with chicken. The chicken was seasoned wonderfully and the bowl was filled to the brim. I also had a fresh pineapple water, which was pretty good, not too sweet with a hint of pineapple and freshwater. A 32 ounce and a salad cost $21.98. Now service customer service could had been better, but I would certainly try it again.
