The Gooey Butter Cake cookie is to die for! It is very soft and flavorful just like a butter cake. The ice cream is very good and very creamy. The Bear Batter is probably my favorite solely because it is blue in color and I am a sucker for cake batter ice cream. The brownie pieces sprinkled throughout this ice cream flavor are what really take center stage on your taste buds but they are not overwhelming. From the times I have gotten dessert here, I have not had a negative experience with either the food nor the employees. Upon entering I could tell this would be rough as the customer in front was asking what Nutella was and the staff laughed in his face and said you don't know what Nutella is. Just found that odd as this is specialty ice cream and many people aren't aware of flavors or how the process is given the facts on the large menu. When it was our turn the individuals laugh and make jokes about how they didn't know what Nutella was so now I assumed I would be the butt of the joke next if I asked for menu options. As my family asked questions and made selections it seemed as though we were making them upset. So to make things go I didn't even explore I just hurried up and picked something. This were the turn was so mine ice cream person completed mines and went to the next person. While my wife's servicer asked about things to add and if you wanted it warmed up. The sandwiches consisted of a chocolate chip cookie with cookie dough ice cream, and gooey butter cake cookie with butter brittle ice cream. The ice creams were amazing. The gooey butter cake cookie was moist, soft and appeared homemade. But the chocolate chip cookie was bland, hard, and dry, and felt very store-bought. The Dark Chocolate, Cookie Dough, and Toasted S'mores are the ice cream flavors I'd recommend. But beyond having great food, you can really see the passion of the owner of the restaurant.
