Shortly afterward, the cook/owner came from the kitchen and confronted me in an elevated and confrontational manner, demanding to know what was wrong with the food. When I attempted to calmly explain my concerns, I was interrupted and told, "I've served ALL THESE CUSTOMERS and YOU are the only one complaining." I found the yelling, dismissive comments, and confrontational behavior completely inappropriate. A customer should be able to express dissatisfaction with a meal without being publicly challenged, belittled, or made to feel intimidated. I am not giving a negative review simply because I disliked a meal. Taste is subjective.
