I'm a Maryland Girl in search of Blue Crabs. Does this location offer them and can I get them steamed with Old Bay with a side of Apple Cider Vinegar? Please say yes.

They do offer Maryland blue crabs...however they are not always in stock. They do it in their 3 signature sauces...but I'm sure they can just steam them for you and give u old bay. Never tried getting it with apple cider vinegar so can't say they…

Usually these places don't want the likes of me at a table ruining the ambience. The management (Katie) at the Capital Grille genuinely treated me like a guest. If the Capital Grille in Burbank treats the lowly AV guy as a guest imagine how well you will be treated in this establishment. I'm continually surprised by the pretentious attitude of restaurants. This is not the case with the Capital Grille in Burbank. They genuinely have a sincere concern to ensure every person that walks through the door has a wonderful experience.

Sat at the bar and we were greeted immediately and provided water. After a quick glance at the menu, started off with cocktails. The Mai Tai want your classic Mai Tai, and the better said they were missing an ingredient, so he did a twist on the Mai Tai. It was ok, felt it was missing a needed flavor element though. The passion fruit mojito was pretty tasty though, definitely had that mojito taste with a little passion fruit pop. For food we started with two grilled oysters and the lobster and crab cake. The grilled oysters were delicious, but how do you go wrong with anple cheese and bread crumbs texture on an oyster? The lobster and crab cake was also great, plenty of crab and lobster meat within. Exactly what you would want in this dish. For entrees we went with the dry aged New York strip and, they had a special wagyu Burger with blue cheese and truffle. The strip was aged for 18-24 days, cooked perfectly and was so tender. Just a bite you want to enjoy each time. The burger was also delicious with the truffle mixed with the blue cheese and caramelized onions. You get a little of everything in each bite, just makes your mouth happy. Overall, nice steakhouse spot in Burbank that is well with the trip. That burger was phenomenal, as was the NY strip, and that lobster and crab cake along with the oysters, delicious. The Mai Tai could be improved but they did what they could with the ingredients on hand, so that's my fault for choosing something they didn't have everything for. Definitely a nice gem in Burbank so, if you're in the area, and are hungry, go stop by and enjoy what they have to offer in an upscale space.

But when we walked in we saw the parking lot, so we moved the car. (Rare for a restaurant to have a parking lot. About 12 parking spots ) The drinks were tasty. I got the lemon drink, wife got the sweet white drink. .(forget the names) Appetizer. Mexican corn ribs. Funny name. Was super tasty. Was going to order the lamb kafta , but a few minutes later the waiter reported it's unavailable tonight. Instead I went with the dolma . I have had grape leaves in the past , my mom would make them. These were amazing. Packed with loads of flavor. No regrets ! My wife ordered the lamb chops, excellent. Service was great. Ambience was good, nice enough for a nice date night. Would return.

I didn't take pics or walk around the whole restaurant because I was on a date, but will be returning for more. I had a short rib, beet, cabbage soup of sort. My first bite was a bit more beety tasting than I was expected, but then added the dollop of sour cream provided, and it was like magic. It was a unique combination of flavors. Perfect for a dreary night. Filling and warming, and delicious . The presentation was beautiful as well. My date ordered a steak that also came with vegetables. He enjoyed, and it was cooked perfectly Our waitress was great. She had a good sense of what level of attention each table needed as I watched her. My only regret last night was not ordering some pistachio cheesecake that a table next to us ordered when seemingly just coming in for a quick dessert. This is a great place for a family dinner or a date, or something a little bit more upscale. Love that they had a parking lot, as well as there was plenty of street parking. I'm excited to return to try some more things on the menu. You can also call for reservations, although it was surprisingly not very busy for a Saturday night.

This was the first wedding dinner they've ever hosted, and they made us feel like they had been doing it for years. From the moment we started planning, the owners welcomed every idea with genuine enthusiasm. They worked with our florist, created a custom printed menu just for our guests, and transformed the private dining room into an elegant, candlelit space that felt warm, romantic, and effortlessly beautiful. The food deserves its own standing ovation. Chef Jose's philosophy is simple: let exceptional ingredients speak for themselves. His recipes use minimal oil, allowing every herb, vegetable, seafood, and cut of meat to shine with its natural flavor. Every course was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how incredible everything tasted. Seeing how Palma's team poured their heart into such an important evening made it even more meaningful. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers exceptional food, heartfelt hospitality, and a team that truly cares about creating something special, Palma Ristorante is a place you'll remember long after the meal is over. Thank you to everyone at Palma for giving us a wedding dinner that was even more beautiful than we imagined. We'll always be grateful.

The pasta was cooked to floppy noodles, the sauce was boiled over and broken, and the pizza tasted like they baked the cardboard box and forgot the sauce. The steaks were ordered medium-rare and medium. Both came out well done, dry, and completely unseasoned. The seafood tasted like it went straight from the freezer to the plate. The service was just as bad. Drinks came out one at a time, with one showing up after we had already finished eating. The space is nicely decorated but that does not justify the void of food quality and technique. The only things worth eating were the pound cake and cannoli. This wasn't Italian food. Tucked away in an unexpected corner of North Hollywood, you walk through the entrance and suddenly feel as though you've been transported to a breathtaking Italian garden. The ambiance is absolutely magical and easily ranks among my top 10 dining experiences in Southern California. I've been coming here for well over a decade, and it has never lost its charm. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a romantic date night, meeting friends for brunch, or simply treating yourself to an unforgettable meal, Ca' Del Sole delivers every single time. The food is exceptional. Every dish is beautifully prepared with the quality, elegance, and attention to detail you'd expect from an upscale restaurant in France or Italy--but at prices that are surprisingly reasonable. It's rare to find a restaurant that feels this luxurious without the luxury price tag. Their brunch is outstanding, dinner is absolutely spectacular, and every meal feels like an occasion. The service is equally impressive. It's not unusual to spot an A-list celebrity dining here, but what I love most is that everyone is treated like a VIP. The hospitality is warm, genuine, and consistently exceptional. The staff has a way of making every guest feel welcome, appreciated, and completely taken care of. I especially love the beautiful cabanas and garden patio. It's one of those places where you find yourself lingering because you simply don't want the experience to end. Honestly, part of me wants to keep Ca' Del Sole a secret so I can always get a table--but restaurants this special deserve to be celebrated. If you're looking for incredible food, world-class service, unforgettable ambiance, and one of the most romantic dining experiences in Los Angeles, this is the place. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back, and if I could, I'd happily celebrate every special occasion here.

A realtor I recently worked with to sell two properties wanted to catch up and present me with a little something for the opportunity at Ca' Del Sole. I'd driven by this place since I often worked in the area or used the streets as a shortcut of sorts, while this was relatively close to his office in Studio City. Opened in 1994 by restaurateur Rudolfo Costella and fellow Venetian Master Chef Antonio Tommasi, the idea was to offer a glimpse into the atmosphere, cuisine, and culture of Northern Italy and a Venetian country inn in the center of the San Fernando Valley. Costella has since expanded his empire with a few more restaurants in Phoenix, AZ and Southern California, respectively. Would I feel at home under the guise of the warm Northern Italian sun!? PURCHASE(S) Breads & Dipping Sauce (COMP): Fresh puffy warm breads and an olive tapenade dipping sauce was a beautiful way to get this lunch started! It was refillable, but we were good. Peroni Nastro Azzurro Pale Lager Beer 5.1% ABV 12floz Bottle ($7.00): Amber honey color, honey malty aroma, light body, light bready malty flavor, clean effervescent finish, and a light malty sweet aftertaste. An easy Italian birra! Squash Blossoms 3pc ($21.95): We shared this lovely appetizer that was airy and lightly fried with a creamy sauce bed. I loved this creative healthy dish! Minestrone Soup Bowl ($13.50): Loaded with a bunch of fresh vegetables and a low-sodium broth, this was hearty and simple, but I liked my realtor's soup more. Asparagus Soup Bowl ($13.50): My realtor let me try his soup, which was an odd nuclear-yellow color, creamy, light, and silky smooth - heavenly! Shrimp Fusilli ($23.95): Homemade green fusilli and medium shrimp in a buttery creamy sauce topped with grated cheese, the portion was smaller than expected, but each bite was blissful, and I used the bread to wipe down my bowl! Salmon Farfalle ($23.95): My realtor let me try his heaping entree portion of thick chunks of tender salmon and velvety pasta in a butternut squash sauce - yummy Valet Parking ($7.00): Cash only, there weren't any other onsite options. SERVICE Once we arrived for our reservation, the lovely young hostess sat us in a relaxing cabana outside in the back patio where we were greeted by a friendly older gentleman server armed with menus and glasses of water. We took forever to order (sorry!), so he went over the specials, which we pretty much ordered from. Our drinks and bread basket arrived quickly followed by the appetizer, then our soups, and finally our entrees all spaced out as they checked on us regularly. Everything was casual and professional - grazie! PARKING ($7.00; valet only): They had a private lot. Otherwise, I should've done what my realtor did and parked along the main drag of Cahuenga Blvd. with meters - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A deceptively large layout once you entered the waiting area with a separate bar area nearby, an indoor dining area off in another direction, and then the amazing outdoor dining area with its mix of cabanas and open-air tables among plants and trees. Obviously, there was plenty of natural light outside (I couldn't say about the inside) while various electric lights covered the rest. It had a very European relaxed feel. I saw a TV in the bar area but couldn't recall any background music other than the street traffic. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL I was so happy to finally try Ca' Del Sole and couldn't wait to return, especially to try their Happy Hour (MO-FR 5pm-Close in the bar lounge area only; everything $5.00). The food was awesome, the menu selection was vast, the prices were a touch elevated, the atmosphere was European casual, and the service was top-notch. Plus, I preferred to support small mom & pop businesses whenever possible (sure, they owned a few other restaurants). I found complete value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $127.00 BEFORE any discounts, points usage, and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 5.0 STARS
