first time visiting boiling crab with my bf, it was a fun experience! our server was attentive and recommended us what to order since we were a bit hesitant. I like to sit outside where there was less noise and was also able to see the main walkway at Burbank plaza. good experience overall. do not get the michelada tho!!! it's really bad, they add so much spice which makes it very unpleasant to drink.

Shrimp and corn with The Whole Sha-Bang!® (1 pound of shrimp with a mix of Rajun Cajun, Lemon Pepper and Garlic Butter seasonings)

We went right when they opened and were seated right away. We were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Jed and right from the start, he was personable and extremely attentive. We immediately put in our drink order (a beer and four waters) and within minutes, they were at our table. Love me an ice cold beer! We continued to order food which included one pound bag of shrimp with the whole shebang and two corn on the cobs. The kids opted to share a chicken finger basket with regular fries and a side of sweet potato fries. Everything came out quickly and was hot and fresh. I can't recommend the whole shebang flavor enough! It's the perfect flavor! Jed also recommended the rewards program and were well on our way on getting our first reward. Thank you so much!

The Burbank location is usually pretty crowded so this time I decided to place a pickup order over the phone. The process was quick and easy, they took my order and let me know it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I received a text when it was ready! I ordered 1 pound of shrimp and fries and both were really good! I appreciated that they included bibs, limes, and butcher paper with the to-go order which made it easy to enjoy at home. They forgot the salt and pepper but it wasn't a big deal since I had some at home. The customer service was great over the phone and in-person. It's located by the AMC and there are different eateries in the area.

How the crawfish is delivered - not good looking, very messy to eat, but very tasty
    Brian G.

A fun ambience, love crawfish from my Louisiana days and so I couldn't resist. Delicious but you need a lot to have your fill! Glad I got corn to go with it - should have had 3-4 1/2 cobs and not just one!! Remember to wear appropriate clothing or you WILL get messy. I hadn't plan to go here and so I was wearing a dress shirt (dumb!!!!) but luckily they provide bibs and gloves but the crawfish are so slippery the gloves are not very helpful. The staff were friendly and helpful but ordering is a real challenge - but we did it. Maybe 30% of my crawfish were a good size but the majority were so small it was virtually impossible to get the meat out and remove the intestines (esp with gloves) and actually have something left to eat. Maybe I'll try the crab next time? Yes we will be back

The food is great, I end up going into flow state and devouring everything in front of me, and the waitress was super nice and explained everything to me and my gf, it was our first time there and she was super helpful. I like the place it's really unique I really like the concept of the food on the table, and even though it can be expensive it's worth the experience. Worst michelada I've ever tasted tho.

Best thing here were the fries
    Tyler J.

Very disappointing visit but customer service was wonderful. The shrimp felt old and shell fish was tiny and chewy with barely any sauce coating them. The best thing were the fries.

Their margarine is dairy free! Super crowded, but wait time was under 30 mins. Mgr was so friendly and understanding. She came to speak to me about the allergy beforehand and then a second time around when I had a question about the margarine. She took a picture of the ingredients so I could confirm. Shout out to her for that! Plenty of seating and very lively. Servers are quick and friendly here.

The best time to come here is right about when they open. There is a wait but it is not longer than 15 minutes for sure. Boiling Crab is always a good idea whenever we want to eat seafood. Service was alright at this location, had to remind the servers at least twice to follow up on missing orders. We were also a bit disappointed because we when we ordered mussels, there were a lot of just the shells without the meat inside the bag. Hoping for a better experience next time at this location.

Always such a great experience at Boiling Crab! The service is amazing and the staff is very attentive and makes sure you have everything you need. Everything always tastes fresh, especially the shrimp, and the fries are seriously so good. Definitely one of my favorite spots to come back to!

Came on a Tuesday night and it was PACKED, so I definitely recommend joining the online waitlist ahead of time. Big space with indoor and outdoor seating. Jess, our server, was amazing! Super attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. We ordered the 2 lb shrimp with the Whole Shabang sauce (mild), and it never disappoints. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was as flavorful as always. Pretty good experience and definitely a spot I'd com back to!

Messy combo it comes with 3 eggs and ate all the eggs ahhahahaha

Garlic butter mild spicy crawfish - 1 lb
    Helen Q.

Absolutely delicious. If you haven't been, and love seafood, it's a must visit. Casual dining, with option of indoor or outdoor seating. Easy to order, pick your items, pick your sauce, and pick your level of spice. Crabs range from $44 to $90 a lb depending on blue crab, snow crab, or king crab. Ranges usually from 1.5 lbs to 3 lbs. I ordered 1 lb each of shrimp, clams, crawfish. I added corn, potatoes, sausage links. A lot of flavors deeply infused into the seafood. I had plenty left over to take home for a second meal. Sign up for their loyalty program for $10 off next visit. Service was great. Our waitress checked in often, brought us refill drinks, etc.

Hello, market prices can be found listed at the restaurant - or you can also call in and ask a staff member prior to your visit.

Sat at the bar and we were greeted immediately and provided water. After a quick glance at the menu, started off with cocktails. The Mai Tai want your classic Mai Tai, and the better said they were missing an ingredient, so he did a twist on the Mai Tai. It was ok, felt it was missing a needed flavor element though. The passion fruit mojito was pretty tasty though, definitely had that mojito taste with a little passion fruit pop. For food we started with two grilled oysters and the lobster and crab cake. The grilled oysters were delicious, but how do you go wrong with anple cheese and bread crumbs texture on an oyster? The lobster and crab cake was also great, plenty of crab and lobster meat within. Exactly what you would want in this dish. For entrees we went with the dry aged New York strip and, they had a special wagyu Burger with blue cheese and truffle. The strip was aged for 18-24 days, cooked perfectly and was so tender. Just a bite you want to enjoy each time. The burger was also delicious with the truffle mixed with the blue cheese and caramelized onions. You get a little of everything in each bite, just makes your mouth happy. Overall, nice steakhouse spot in Burbank that is well with the trip. That burger was phenomenal, as was the NY strip, and that lobster and crab cake along with the oysters, delicious. The Mai Tai could be improved but they did what they could with the ingredients on hand, so that's my fault for choosing something they didn't have everything for. Definitely a nice gem in Burbank so, if you're in the area, and are hungry, go stop by and enjoy what they have to offer in an upscale space.

They have everything you could possibly need--an amazing variety of fresh fish and seafood, sides, seasonings and rubs, sauces, and so much more. They also have a great selection of sake, wine, beer, and other drinks. What makes this place even better is that they have a café where you can order freshly cooked fish and seafood and enjoy it right there. There are tables if you want to sit and eat, and they also make poke bowls. We tried the tuna poke bowl, and it was AMAZING--so fresh and delicious! The entire market was incredibly clean, organized, and well stocked, and you can really tell how fresh everything is. Five stars, 10/10, HIGHLY recommend King Fish! Whether you're buying fresh fish to cook at home, grabbing a poke bowl, or sitting down for a freshly prepared meal, they have it all. We will definitely be back!

Now that I need to make better heart healthy choices due an upcoming life changing surgery, their salmon burrito is perfect for me. A spinach tortilla with fresh greens, sliced tomatoes and avocado and a nice piece of grilled salmon is a meal in itself and definitely heart healthy and filling This will surely be one of my new choices here in which I can indulge with confidence.

Tucked away in an unexpected corner of North Hollywood, you walk through the entrance and suddenly feel as though you've been transported to a breathtaking Italian garden. The ambiance is absolutely magical and easily ranks among my top 10 dining experiences in Southern California. I've been coming here for well over a decade, and it has never lost its charm. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a romantic date night, meeting friends for brunch, or simply treating yourself to an unforgettable meal, Ca' Del Sole delivers every single time. The food is exceptional. Every dish is beautifully prepared with the quality, elegance, and attention to detail you'd expect from an upscale restaurant in France or Italy--but at prices that are surprisingly reasonable. It's rare to find a restaurant that feels this luxurious without the luxury price tag. Their brunch is outstanding, dinner is absolutely spectacular, and every meal feels like an occasion. The service is equally impressive. It's not unusual to spot an A-list celebrity dining here, but what I love most is that everyone is treated like a VIP. The hospitality is warm, genuine, and consistently exceptional. The staff has a way of making every guest feel welcome, appreciated, and completely taken care of. I especially love the beautiful cabanas and garden patio. It's one of those places where you find yourself lingering because you simply don't want the experience to end. Honestly, part of me wants to keep Ca' Del Sole a secret so I can always get a table--but restaurants this special deserve to be celebrated. If you're looking for incredible food, world-class service, unforgettable ambiance, and one of the most romantic dining experiences in Los Angeles, this is the place. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back, and if I could, I'd happily celebrate every special occasion here.

A realtor I recently worked with to sell two properties wanted to catch up and present me with a little something for the opportunity at Ca' Del Sole. I'd driven by this place since I often worked in the area or used the streets as a shortcut of sorts, while this was relatively close to his office in Studio City. Opened in 1994 by restaurateur Rudolfo Costella and fellow Venetian Master Chef Antonio Tommasi, the idea was to offer a glimpse into the atmosphere, cuisine, and culture of Northern Italy and a Venetian country inn in the center of the San Fernando Valley. Costella has since expanded his empire with a few more restaurants in Phoenix, AZ and Southern California, respectively. Would I feel at home under the guise of the warm Northern Italian sun!? PURCHASE(S) Breads & Dipping Sauce (COMP): Fresh puffy warm breads and an olive tapenade dipping sauce was a beautiful way to get this lunch started! It was refillable, but we were good. Peroni Nastro Azzurro Pale Lager Beer 5.1% ABV 12floz Bottle ($7.00): Amber honey color, honey malty aroma, light body, light bready malty flavor, clean effervescent finish, and a light malty sweet aftertaste. An easy Italian birra! Squash Blossoms 3pc ($21.95): We shared this lovely appetizer that was airy and lightly fried with a creamy sauce bed. I loved this creative healthy dish! Minestrone Soup Bowl ($13.50): Loaded with a bunch of fresh vegetables and a low-sodium broth, this was hearty and simple, but I liked my realtor's soup more. Asparagus Soup Bowl ($13.50): My realtor let me try his soup, which was an odd nuclear-yellow color, creamy, light, and silky smooth - heavenly! Shrimp Fusilli ($23.95): Homemade green fusilli and medium shrimp in a buttery creamy sauce topped with grated cheese, the portion was smaller than expected, but each bite was blissful, and I used the bread to wipe down my bowl! Salmon Farfalle ($23.95): My realtor let me try his heaping entree portion of thick chunks of tender salmon and velvety pasta in a butternut squash sauce - yummy Valet Parking ($7.00): Cash only, there weren't any other onsite options. SERVICE Once we arrived for our reservation, the lovely young hostess sat us in a relaxing cabana outside in the back patio where we were greeted by a friendly older gentleman server armed with menus and glasses of water. We took forever to order (sorry!), so he went over the specials, which we pretty much ordered from. Our drinks and bread basket arrived quickly followed by the appetizer, then our soups, and finally our entrees all spaced out as they checked on us regularly. Everything was casual and professional - grazie! PARKING ($7.00; valet only): They had a private lot. Otherwise, I should've done what my realtor did and parked along the main drag of Cahuenga Blvd. with meters - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A deceptively large layout once you entered the waiting area with a separate bar area nearby, an indoor dining area off in another direction, and then the amazing outdoor dining area with its mix of cabanas and open-air tables among plants and trees. Obviously, there was plenty of natural light outside (I couldn't say about the inside) while various electric lights covered the rest. It had a very European relaxed feel. I saw a TV in the bar area but couldn't recall any background music other than the street traffic. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL I was so happy to finally try Ca' Del Sole and couldn't wait to return, especially to try their Happy Hour (MO-FR 5pm-Close in the bar lounge area only; everything $5.00). The food was awesome, the menu selection was vast, the prices were a touch elevated, the atmosphere was European casual, and the service was top-notch. Plus, I preferred to support small mom & pop businesses whenever possible (sure, they owned a few other restaurants). I found complete value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $127.00 BEFORE any discounts, points usage, and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 5.0 STARS
