We always order to go orders of numerous pounds of shrimp (The Whole Shabang). I call it in and we go and pick it up. For pick up orders, there's a separate door to enter where you'll be able to be helped easily by staff. We've never had any issues with our orders being correct and have always had a great experience with the shrimp we purchase on occasions. I recommend this location-it does get very very busy dining in-weekends there will be a wait but the food is so worth it! read more

Came in yesterday at 9pm and on the app it said I would be sat by 9:18 I waited like everyone else and when I was first on line a girl came in and talked to one of the servers that told the host to seat her right away in her section and to skip everyone else which made my wait time go from 9:18-9:50 a whole extra 30 to then have the host tell me I was no longer guaranteed a spot even though it showed I was first in line since 9:15. Not only did the girl get seated right away he whole party wasn't even there with her and didn't arrive for another 15 mins after she was seated. Her and her party also brought 2 Pomeranian puppy's who were clearly not service animals the way her and her friend were trying to hide them in their bags. I brought it up to the host and he said there was nothing he could do about it. After leaving me and my brother got an allergic reaction to the dogs and the day after it got worse to the point where we had to go to urgent care for medication. I think it was unacceptable that they enforce the rules of putting your name on the list and having your whole party there to be seated for others but not to certain people and having guest who were first on the list wait a extra 30 min because the servers friends come in and it was unacceptable to not tell customers that only real service animals are welcome not emotional support animals at a food establishment! Management has to understand some people can be allergic to pets and it can affect other customers for trying to satisfy their friends. read more

We ordered non spicy/mild but some of my friends thought it was still a little spicy. To me it was okay. Taste of sauce was great and shrimp size is good! The clams and mussels though, the meat fell off the shell so it was a little hard to find them in the bag. I wish they would have garlic noodles too and it would've been perfect! Went here for a friend's birthday. Service was friendly and fairly quick for a group our size (10). The food is good! Got the shabang sauce which is a combination of garlic, Cajun, and lemon pepper. I got no spice because Cajun always has a tiny spice factor already, and it was perfect. I got one pound of shrimp which was very fairly priced. I had so much leftover. I also threw in an order of potatoes and sausage. Delicious! I also got a side of rice. The only thing I wish this place had was garlic noodles or bread. Yesterday we had my birthday dinner and mid way finishing up, for some reason I don't know why they rolled up them black shades. Maybe to bring more natural light in but we were sitting at the booth by the window. Those three shades started flying dust everywhere and one of them at the table behind us kept trying to roll back into place so the dust just got all over our food, rice and my son's black shirt. Another tip, dust them shades whether you use them frequently or not. Customer service is excellent.I want to thank Fernando, the manager who stepped up and made things right. We ordered doordash and this was our first time trying Boiling Crab. Our delivery driver only delivered half of our order and said he could not do anything. We drove to the restaurant to ask for our order to be made fresh and hot. Fernando apologized and not only made our entire order again but also gave us mussels free of charge. Now for the food, we got king crab legs; delicious! Lemon pepper crab fries; super yummy. We checked in and we were told the wait time was about 30 to 35 minutes for a table for 5. We ended up having to wait till 20 minutes until closing time because "they're was no space to fit a big enough table yet they sat a party of 5 before sitting us although we were here first before the other (4 parties) they sat prior to sitting us. Meanwhile there was 2 tables open big enough for a party even bigger than our needs. The host at the time were super dismissive and very unaccomidating , it took about 4 teenagers to host and still was inadequate to perform there job duties. The food was fast to come after being seated and placing our order. Overall the food tasted good and was a nice fufilling meal despite the trouble of being seated and helped. Also would like to add the server who was speaking to the host made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. He did minimal in his job never even came to see if we needed any refills we had to ask another employee since he didn't come to check on the table but got mad when we only left a $6 tip. Ordered boiling crab for takeout since there is no outdoor seating or dining options due to COVID-19. Called about 10-15 minutes ahead and the order was ready for pickup when we arrived. Everyone had masks on and there were tons of workers inside working to accommodate the massive number of orders. They confirmed the order with us by physically showing us the food we ordered. Service was quick and easy! They also gave us bibs and table sheet to put the seafood on for easy clean up. We got fried oysters, which were delicious!
