BreadMan bread is so tasty, healthy, and made with Organic non-GMO simple ingredients. I love their sourdough loaf and also there are six Bunn loaf. Recently, I could no longer find it and Super King, which really disappointed me, because that was one of the primary reasons I'd go there. I told the senior manager and the owner that myself directly, but I guess they don't care what their customers want. My regular stop at the Culver City farmers market... reasonably priced and always delicious. I am a big fan of their moist chocolate chip muffins, apple turnovers, and cinnamon rolls (both regular and chocolate chip walnut!). I called ahead of time and spoke to a friendly lady name Gabby. She was very helpful and willing to provide me with the necessary details I required. My husband went to pick up the bread bowls etc. Upon tasting the bread we were taken back by the taste and freshness !! The amount versus the cost was more than reasonable. Can someone please tell me how to get this deliciousness when it's not the weekend? Because clearly the muffins do not make it past 3 PM regardless of how many I buy. I hit the BreadMan up every Sunday at the Hollywood farmers market, especially when I can motivate myself to get up early enough to get the prime baked goods. Normally I consider muffins to be the boring cousins of cupcakes, but the BreadMan has changed me! These muffins are the best I've ever had. Fluffy, moist, huge and addicting. I've tried the brioche and challah bread as well, solid choices for sure, but nothing beats those muffins. read more

I started buying bread from them recently. Me and my boyfriend tried a lot of kinds of whole wheat bread and finally found our absolute favorite! We buy nine grain whole wheat bread. It is 4.50. When you toast it, it gets crunchy outside and very mochi-y inside. Me as a Japanese love this kind of texture. (But not like Japanese bread though) It goes very well with natto on it:) read more

As I'm writing this I am eating some of The Bread Man's brioche and it's blowing my mind - AGAIN. I love The Bread Man for his specialty breads. The Sun Dried Tomato WILL change you life. He also makes a ridiculously good pastry, so if you are counting your calories, approach the LEFT side of table and put your blinders on so you don't see all of the deliciousness on the right. The Breadman's no salt, sourdough bread is amazing. Wish we could get it in our state. We always get some when in L.A. It has two ingredients: sourdough sponge and water. It has a wonderful sourdough flavor and great moist texture. Makes super sandwiches. read more

I've been buying The BreadMan goods for several years now. I originally discovered them at the Westchester Farmers' Market but more recently I've been buying their breads at the Torrance Farmers' Market. Their sourdough is a cut above what I typically find in the grocery stores, and I enjoy their French bread and their country white bread. Their pretzel rolls are something special. Under the current restraints imposed to quell the spread of the coronavirus, their presence at farmers' markets are a bit more iffy, so I went to their Santa Fe facility and was greeted by friendly staff. I happy to procure my sourdough and French bread there. It's comforting to know I can still satisfy my BreadMan fix in these hard times. read more

I've had the breadman's breads at a couple of different flea markets and everything I've ever had is the bomb. I'm usually not a big bread person but every time I put the breadman's bread into my mouth I feel like I've stepped into heaven. It's like my mouth is having it's own little party. And it's awesome. I love their cinnamon buns, sesame seed hot dog rolls (double yum) and pretzel bread! The coolest thing about this guy is he donates all of his bread that he doesn't sell to homeless shelters. How cool is that? So if you are ever at a farmer's market and see his bread get it, especially the cinnamon buns. Your mouth and tummy will thank you. read more

Stopped by The Bread Man booth at the Hollywood Farmer's Market last Sunday. Chose a banana nut muffin for breakfast and it was scrumptious. Took home a loaf of the rustic thyme & asiago cheese bread and cannot stop eating it. It is so, so good. We've eaten it with two different meals and as a snack and have not been able to stop talking about how much we love it. We'll be getting to the market early next week to make sure we can get another loaf. YUM! read more

Ugh, bought some stuff when they were @ the Torrance farmer's market. Cinnamon roll was tasteless and not fresh. The chocolate almond horn was okay. The pecan stick was burned on the bottom and tasted old. The chocolate croissant thing wasn't fresh either. Would not go back. read more

INCREDIBLE. The Harvest Brot is literally perfection. So much subtly balanced flavor, and the ratio of crisp crust to the perfectly soft texture of the inside is masterful.
