Not a lot of flavor in the green chili sauce which is unfortunate. The huevos ranchero also did not have any crispy tostada or chips for texture which I think is essential

Already dreaming of returning to this delicious brunch spot!!! We arrived on a beautifully sunny day and waited about twenty minutes and it was well worth the wait! [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is a lovely patio and plenty of seating inside but this is a popular spot for good reason![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service is cheerful and expedient throughout. We started with the Mexican cold brew coffee and it might be the best coffee I have had in the area!! It was OUTSTANDING!!! Get it! It's the perfect blend of cold brew, horchata, sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon and I think I could drink it everyday!! We each ordered a skillet, I had the chili relleno skillet with chicken and pancakes for the side and they must be putting magic in those pancakes because they were special. and I couldn't get enough. They were fluffy and yet they didn't fall apart and I could taste the vanilla they use in the batter. The skillet was massive and delicious and the rellenos were crisp all topped with a hearty portion of expertly prepared green chili. My husband had a different skillet and modified it to add extra proteins and also the rellenos. They were happy to accommodate. What a fabulous brunch experience! I wish I lived closer! I would certainly be a regular! This place is fabulous!!!!!

If you are looking for a restaurant that offers many varied options for brunch, this is the place to go! It was a nice spring day and my friends and I sat outside for brunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The chairs outside aren't comfortable and inside the restaurant is very loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Those are the 2 downsides to the restaurant but the food was great and the service was quick and friendly. They don't take reservations so be prepared to wait a bit. I look forward to going back again and trying more from the menu. The avocado toast was so good!

Came across this spot and decided to check it out as it was close to our hotel. Drove over and the parking lot was PACKED- this spot is def poppin' from open to close, so expect a wait. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everyone is welcoming, friendly, hospitable, and just overall such a fun atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food came out reasonable quick after ordering and quality was excellent considering how fast it was made. Manny is the bartender and unexpectedly made one of the best Bloody Mary and Espresso Martini I've had in a long time. I'll just say, I'm glad I waited.

While taking a drive west of Denver, we decided to brunch it somewhere. Pulled this gem of a breakfast/brunch place up. It's not easily seen from the street, but we knew it had to be the place because the parking lot was full. Yes, this was a Sunday so it wasn't real surprising that the parking lot was full and people were standing outside. All I can say is -- IT'S WORTH THE WAIT. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is bright and clean and gives off a fun atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's nice they take your name and cell phone number so we could hang in the car if we wanted. We lucked out and got a seat at the bar. I've somehow learned of late that sitting at the bar, especially at a place unfamiliar to us, is actually a great way to be introduced to a restaurant. Often you get to see the inner workings of cooks and servers and dishwashers all at the same time. It sets the tone for the place. This tone was a magical dance of sorts -- cooks laughing with servers, who laughed with the guy changing out the dish cart, etc. A very fast & efficient magical dance at that! Delilah was our chief magical server who was wonderful! She helped us choose our food, and then brought it out so incredibly fast -- it's great when the food is so hot you have to let it cool a bit before putting the first bites in our mouths. The food itself is incredible. I understood immediately why so many were willing to wait 35 minutes for a table. Husband had the Brunch House Skillet while I had the Veggie Omelet with a side of the special pancake of the day -- ginger bread. Each bite of our meals were terrific. Can't wait to return -- even if it's a 45 minute drive from home!

The menu offered a generous variety, blending breakfast and lunch options with a Mexican influence. Alongside classics like French toast, waffles, and seasonal pancakes, there were flavorful options such as breakfast tacos, a Mexican skillet, enchiladas, and more. We decided on the Mexican skillet and the breakfast tacos. The food arrived in good time, hot and beautifully prepared. It had that comforting, homemade quality--like brunch at your mom's house. I am so glad we found this place! Great breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. All the usual staples, nothing really fancy. Simple, delicious food. I love smothered breakfast burritos and this place did not disappoint. The green chili is soooo good! I also love the chicken fried steak. It's hard to decide what to order since there are so many good options. If you get here early enough there isn't a long wait, but once the masses start coming, it could be while. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space isn't extremely large, but feels bigger with the high ceilings. Booths line the walls with several tables in the center and a small bar area. There are also some tables outside on the patio[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The service is always fun and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance parking is hard to come by at this location but it is a cute little restaurant[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], service is great greeted when walking in and serve was great, but be prepared to get on a wait list when walking in you will have to wait, however I believe good things come to those that wait and for us it was in the form of food most definitely. We will be back to try more we got a country skillet with scrambled egg ,with toast, we also had a ultimate skillet with sunny side up egg, tortillas. We LOVED them both . Keep up the good work we will be back for more.

They had a very good experience with a great menu selection, friendly staff and of course delicious food. My tres leches French toast was stellar- I just wish it had a little more lechera so that every bite was appropriately coated. My husband had the country fried steak, which was a little too thin and overcooked. Service felt a little disjointed- the busser was also getting drinks, but when we confused her for our server and tried to order, she just walked away. Our actual server was very friendly, and did a good job. We were surprised at how busy they were on a Wednesday morning, so come early! My husband was irritated that they charged a 4% charge for using credit cards.

Visiting Denver, went to The Brunch House. Amazing service, delicious food, attentive staff. If you like your breakfast with some Hispanic influences, this is the place. The Breakfast Enchiladas were awesome. Three cheese enchiladas covered with two over easy eggs, green chili and pan fried potatoes.

Worth the wait! For the price and how kind service is gives them 5 stars. Now I wish I could give them another 5 because the food alone! Incredible green chile and refried beans. We could see the staff bustling around, super busy, but they still checked in with a smile! Great service from everyone, even if they weren't your server. The food was great! This place is somewhat hard to find (no signage facing the street) but it is GOOOOOD. We were greeted and sat immediately. Delicious food! Good value via fair prices. Great friendly service with accurate attention to requests of customers. I had the Chili relleno eggs and my husband had the breakfast burrito. Both were delicious. It was extremely busy the day we went but it didn't take too long to get a table. The weather was really nice and it was full out there as well. The vibe of the restaurant is happy no matter how busy it was. Our waitress was amazing keeping up with everything. This place is the best. Breakfast places that turn out really good food, lots of it, with efficiency don't exist any more....... or so I thought. Happened by this place when I was in the area for a funeral. The hotel "offering" was two steps back of mediocre, so I looked this place up. What a great breakfast! Mexican food done right for brunch was perfect. 4 nights in the Hotel, 3 meals here..... and they aren't open for dinner. Had friends join me on days 2 & 3 and now they're telling their friends. I hope that I haven't blown it and won't be able to stand the wait.... but I will. read more

Another wonderful breakfast. Karen and Victor have found the secret to running a small mom and pop restaurant in the burbs... Good food, great service, reasonable prices, and an enjoyable atmosphere (albeit a bit loud due to high industrial ceiling - but those are the norm these days)... This restaurant has been open just over a year and is no longer a well kept secret... it is busy on the weekends - which is great to see... and weekdays you can expect a little rush at lunch, but none of these thing would keep ME from waiting for a seat! The menu is filled with delicious American and Mexican fare... and you're sure to find something you'll love... and you should always come back and try the next thing! I've now been 3 times... yes, I love breakfast out with my Kindle! The last time was a late lunch yesterday - about 2PM and sadly I was the only one there... they were so helpful and very welcoming . I had a wonderful rellanos lunch, which was very good... crispy and delicious... the green chili was good - I wish they had varying heats - I like a spicier/hotter chili, but it is flavorful. The rice and refried beans were good, but I come for the entrée and they aren't as important to me. While I was there I thought I'd grab something to go for later... I picked up the Steak Enchiladas... they were also quite tasty. The server was delightful and I just hope that others will stop by and sample their fare. Food was okay but overshadowed by the mouse running under our table and throughout the restaurant. after several customers helped a server locate the mouse, "it's under our booth". "it's by the bar"-the server picked up the mouse using a napkin and released it outside the front door of the restaurant. we were offered 15% off of our bill - but only after we asked for a discount. read more

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Brunch House, a great new spot for breakfast in Westminster. From the moment we walked in, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome. The food was delicious - I had the biscuits and gravy pictured, my son had a breakfast sandwich and Oreo French toast, my wife the waffle combo - and served quickly, hot and fresh! I also enjoyed a Bloody Mary that was very good. Pricing is comparable to most places; maybe slightly higher, but worth it. Definitely recommend trying The Brunch House for your next breakfast out! read more

This restaurant is amazing. Everything we ordered was really tasty and served hot. The server gave us recommendations and everything we ordered is something I would recommend to someone else. I ordered a Bloody Mary with the Crispy Rellenos & Eggs. Their Green Chile was really good and the rellenos were perfect! Another 2 people ordered the Breakfast Burrito, one with Ham and the other Sausage. Lastly, One of the party got the Pancake Combo. There was plenty of food on each plate, it was served hot and surprisingly fast, they were full Saturday morning (as expected) but I can't wait to return! read more

Wow! This is the second time we've been here, and we love it. The food is fantastic, the service is on point, and we were seated very quickly. Pro tip: bar service is immediate if you want to sit there, or call ahead to be put on a waitlist if you want to be seated. The adult drinks have a smaller selection than some places, but are good. Happy to finally have a brunch spot in my neighborhood that I can walk to! Very friendly people and I think it may be family run which is a plus. Prices are very reasonable and portions were good. I kept my meal simply and just had scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and turkey bacon. The eggs were tasty and not overcooked. Hashbrowns were perfect. They gave me a ton of turkey bacon as well! My friend had the Mexican skillet and it looked so yummy. The green chili smelt incredible. Service was friendly, I think they're working out some kinks, but that's okay! From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic! The parking area was clean and easy to navigate, which is always a plus. We were seated right away, and the service was prompt. We started with the pineapple mimosas and also ordered a cup of coffee. Marina, our server, was incredible--friendly, efficient, and made us feel so welcome. The only slight hiccup was that the coffee refill wasn't as hot as I like, but that was the only minor downside. For food, I went with the chili relleno skillet, and wow--it was absolutely delicious! My dining companion ordered the brunch house skillet, and she loved it just as much. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely be coming back. The blend of American breakfast with authentic Mexican dishes is amazing ! The tamales breakfast was epic and my husbands desire for a down home chicken fried steak breakfast was just as good! At $3.50 per taco this is a super reasonable place for a bite and I'll definitely be back anytime I'm near Westminster.
