I had the small lemon pepper on fries my hub had Cajun on fries my son had chipotle on fries and my daughter had good ole boneless BBQ and chipotle...over all it was good. Service was not good, in my opinion. It wasn't that everyone was rude or had aggressive attitudes, it's moreso that they couldn't pay attention. My cashier kept talking between me and another customer that had walked up, after we had already been at the register putting in my order. I understand that it gets busy, but he couldn't even excuse himself to talk to someone else while already speaking to me. He asked me to confirm my order 5 times ( I counted ) and he still didn't put it in correctly after we had finished ( noticed when I saw my order and checked my receipt ). Today 9/1/18 I came in with my husband around 6:10. I can not stress of how GREAT this spot is! I am super picky about cleanliness anywhere I go, and that was the first thing I noticed about this place! Lobby was spotless, counter top was neat. Customer service is beyond the roof. Tried this place out with a friend, because we were hearing so much about their buffalo fries. We ordered a regular, and it was way bigger than we expected. The fries were underseasoned in my opinion, and the pieces of chicken was so tiny that it felt like I was honestly eating the breading. We had our fries with chipotle sauce, and it was good, but the idea of fries with small pieces of chicken with your choice of sauce for a little over $9 is a little outrageous to me. I love loaded fries, so I was really hoping that this place would do it for me, but it didn't. Kind of a let down to me personally, but I could tell they get a ton of regulars who mainly come for the fries. I'll still continue my quest for fries elsewhere. read more

My kids and I love this place. The buffalo chicken salad is a great alternative to having the fries. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because on several occasions I ordered (and was charged for) extra chicken and they conveniently forgot to add the extra chicken. I always check before I leave now. They don't mind taking it back to add the extra chicken; but I shouldn't have to double check my order every time. 16 minutes to get my food after a bunch of kids got their food? It only takes 9 minutes to cook properly a bone in wing! Everybody got their food before us. The sweet Sriracha is not that great, don't have it. The parmesan were subpar wingstop's. Sounded like a yummy idea but poorly executed. We got atomic boneless wings & the garlic parmesan buffalo fries. The chicken was so dry it bent our plastic forks. Atomic wings were an acceptable level of spicy but I didn't like the flavor... it was like spicy paprika.
