This location has really improved!!! I was not sure why, but the last time I was there, I promised myself I would never try this location again. I decided to go for lunch again because it was the closest restaurant to me today. But, they surprised me. I saw, what I think was management jump into action to help out the young gentlemen who was cooking and then started putting orders together and handing them out to her customers. I received my order in less than ten minutes!!! I was able to enjoy my lunch hot and not in a rush and didn't have to wait like last time, and the customer service was immaculate I, will be going back again. I love coming here! The Chipotle Buffalo fries are my favorite! There has been a change in staff here recently and it's noticable. Everything seems to be running more effectively now and there is hardly a wait time for food. The women in the front are so polite and helpful. I came in yesterday with my wife and again today with my coworker. Jaelyn and Kate are my servers 90% of the time and my wife and I both enjoy their positive attitudes. They make you feel welcome. Mistakes happen and we all know that but whenever there has been a mistakes with my order everyone is so apologetic and is sure to fix the mistake as soon as possible. In a word, WOW. I stumbled into this place because i love hot wings and french fries. I expected good food, what i didnt expect was to encounter such a friendly and attentive staff. Previous staff absolutely gave this place a bad name but luckily they hired new people who are AWESOME. Shout out to the super helpful guy named Chris who was working the front counter. He not only answered all my questions but was also charismatic and seemed genuinely happy to be able to provide a delicious dinner for me. Told all my friends. Came here on my lunch and was blown away by how nice the cashier was. Cynthia was my cashier and it was my first time eating here. She was very professional and gladly answered all the questions I had about the menu. The food took a long time to get out and almost my whole lunch break. When I got my food the cook had made it in the wrong sauce that I ordered and that was on my receipt. Cynthia apologized and got me the right food I ordered, and in a timely manner. This spot is really good. My family and I ordered the Boss Fries. Let me tell you it is so worth it for the price. We got mild, Buffalo, bbq, and garlic parmesan wings. The garlic parmesan were sooo good. Highly recommend getting two sets of those when getting the Boss Fries. The service here was incredible too. Casey was really attentive and consistent with his service. He made sure we were doing good throughout the entire time we were there (before and after the food was served). This was my first time trying buffalo spot and I've gotta say that I have never felt so welcomed in a restaurant before. One of the employees I think her name is Araceli took the time and helped us out with some questions we had about some of the stuff off the menu and was patient with my friend who is a very picky on what goes on in his food. Tried the place for the first time on "Taco Tuesday." We ordered two different kinds of fish tacos and were delighted with the quality of ingredients and delicious recipes. I had a happy hour exotic variation of a Margarita and loved it. We split a Key lime pie and felt as full as an overstuffed sofa. The food here was off the chain! The fries were so CRISPY!! I fell in love with the special sauce and the chicken is so juicy and tender!! I was assisted by a smiling young lady named Leshaine and her service was superb and she made sure my order was correct and enticed me to try one of the signature shakes. Only problem with this place is that it isnt closer to where I live. Definitely need to open more buisnesses. Food is nothing short of amazing.
