We ordered the green chili burgers. YUM! It was pretty good. The burgers were "pre shaped" but cooked to order. The burgers could have used some sauce. We were hesitant to drown our burgers in the sauces...in the event they did not taste yum! We ordered duck fat and truffle fries. They were good...but also seemed to feel a little lacking. Considering they ask for a tip up front...I would have e expected them to check on us to see how we were doing...especially with a 20% tip. Why have the counter lists? Then heard the chef tell my server they didn't have enough skewers to fill my order. A small restaurant with a bar area to drink and eat your delicious burgers. They had a variety of burgers, salad, hot wings, hot dogs to order from. They also had special in house sauce that they serve, my favorite were the roasted garlic and Parmesan aioli, avocado ranch. We order the classic and the shroom n' Swiss burgers, along with a basket of duck fat fries. We also got some root beer float and vanilla malt shake, both were delicious! Everything came out pretty fast and the staff was friendly! It seem like they have a outside seating area in the back of the restaurant, there are board games to play with if bored. Great food! Everything I have tried here is delicious! My coworkers and I eat here once a week. They have a great selection of burgers, fries and great salads. I was pleasantly surprised with the Chile lime fries...it was something I would never have thought of trying but my coworkers ordered and they were good! My friends and I stopped here in a pinch on a Saturday night and had a great experience! Two of us had the Impossible Burger and loved it. It had creative accoutrements like sweet pickled jalapeños and beets (that even a non-beet eater liked). And we loved the sauce bar. I appreciate that the menu had numerous good vegetarian options. The Burger Stand knows burgers. Their Kobe is delicious, but all the specialties they offer are a delightful repast for anyone interested in meat between buns. There are other sandwiches, salads, and entrees to choose from, but I'm guessing that if you're drawn to this establishment, it's because of their hamburgers. Unless you're sitting at the bar, you need to order at the end of the counter. Seats fill up fast, especially on big occasions like last night's world series finale. The beer selection is curated around local and regional brews, which is perfect for those of us that swear by Marble and Santa Fe Brewing Co. On each of the burgers I've sampled, the patty has been cooked perfectly, the bun is fresh and easy to bite through, and the toppings are always scintillating. My girlfriend likes the Fire (avocado slices and habanero jam) while I enjoy the Kobe and the green chile cheeseburger. How many more times can I say burger in this review? I have ordered a seasonal salad and fries. Didn't like salad. In the menu it says that the salad goes without cheese, but they added it to my salad. I have had a terrible experience with a brie cheese. My mood was destroyed. I asked to changed it, so I got a salad with a lot of lettuce, one egg, two chopped cherry tomatoes and less than a half of an avocado. The other portion of a salad had just simple pieces of avocado, it wasn't chopped as it's on the picture. I must admit that there was no bacon because of my request which I appreciate. You would figure that if the restaurant is called "The Burger Stand" and price their burgers from $10 you would get an amazing burger. The Shroom Swiss burger though, was unevenly cooked. From moist to parts dry (asked for medium rare). The toppings were good, but seemed to get lost in the paper filled basket, making them inedible.
