They are in a food truck located on the corner of Coit/Parker at least until the end of the month. They do an Oklahoma-style smashburger with the grilled onions on the bottom. The burgers came out piping hot and you really taste the meat quality when you eat it. Plus they are halal. Just a really well executed burger. Fries were pretty good as well. We also got the beignets and they were surprisingly good. Airy and not too heavy. Will definitely be following to see where they go next and try them again.
