Great service and the food was delicious. Our server was attentive and checked up on us throughout our meal. It was a busy Saturday night but our food didn't take too long. Man. I hate leaving reviews and people who leave reviews. But my god is this just a food safety issue and gross negligence by whatever sad sack mashed this microwaved food together. I ordered this food as my cheat day fast food and both my wife and I's food had pieces of plastic in it. Clearly a "chef" (hurts me to use that word at this type of restaurant) sabotaged the food. Our waiter whose name I don't remember was so sweet and although it took us forever to order, he was always nice when checking in to see if we were ready. We got the bread basket after being asked , of course , and buffalo blast as an appetizer. The buffalo blast with the blue cheese is so good. I never eat blue cheese dressing because I don't care for it except for here with that particular menu item . We came in for my daughter's birthday and were luckily able to sit right away. We enjoyed our food but my son did not like his burger. He ordered the double smash burger and said it wasn't good and ended up being dissatisfied and disappointed. My food was good (bang bang shrimp) and my daughter had the spicy chicken pasta. We were able to send his food back and he ended up with a chicken and avocado sandwich instead. Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our waiter was Tod. Tod was nice. Very nice however...Tod was always somewhere. We must've sat nearly 15 minutes waiting to place an order. He took our drink order fine and an appetizer order fine. But he just wasn't as attentive as I wish a server would be. We kept trying to look to see where he was since we needed refills and other things. I had an amaretto sour. Not bad but 13.75 for an amaretto sour seems a bit excessive. Also I ordered the shrimp scampi and the shrimp came over cooked and burnt. I had to send it back and they made me a new one and I believe the manager came over and apologized. Honestly wish they comped my drink at least because it was very weird eating my food while my companions were already finished with their meals watching me eat. I'm not fond of the shrimp in the shrimp scampi being breaded. Just a lot of bread products going on in the dish. If the shrimp was cooked normal in butter and like some herbs would've been much better than breaded shrimp. There was also whole garlic cloves in the pasta. Now I have no qualms when it comes to garlic. I love garlic but visually not that great to see and eating a big chunk of garlic in the pasta is overwhelming in flavor by the bite. Brussels Sprouts were ok but mostly over cooked and not seasoned AT ALL (no salt). Poke Nachos were mediocre, the poke was good but the chips were overpowering. The ribeye was average at best. The salmon + salmon + chicken were actually pretty tasty and nice and juicy. No complaints there. The cheesecake was TERRIBLE. The kid's macaroni and the chicken wings were ok, but the kids barely ate any. We used to love CF... But sadly this location changed our minds. My husband and I ate at this cheesecake factory last night. He had a salad and after moving the lettuce around, there was little bugs that jumped out of the salad. I had their chicken salad sandwich, and it was awful very oniony and had pieces of something in it....seemed like big pieces of cabbage, which should not be in that kind of sandwich. We told the manager about the salad and she was very nice and apologetic and took it off of our bill. I did not say anything about the chicken salad sandwich, though, at least no bugs in it. Today 06/13/26 l ordered a cottage pie priced at $30. It is usually served with ground beef but my order was delivered with meat that had no taste. The color of the meat was black and it had no taste, could be donkey meat. I asked for a refund and my request was declined with reason company policy, this order is none refundable. Really disappointing experience at The Cheesecake Factory. We were seated and waited almost 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, offering drinks, or even taking our order. Our server walked past our table multiple times while helping other tables around us, and we still never got checked on. After waiting that long with no communication or service, we ended up leaving. the service that my family and i received at this cheesecake factory location was stellar! like a majority of cheesecake factory locations, it was packed to the brim, and it took our party about 10-ish minutes to get seating. however, the hostess was very friendly and welcoming (unfortunately, i cannot for the life of me recall her name), and we got a server in no time! our server was just as friendly (again, i am TERRIBLE at remembering people's names unless i've known them for a while). we received our complimentary bread rather quickly alongside our drinks, and the same could be said for our appetizers. we ordered the mini crab bites (first timers for this experience) and tex-mex eggrolls (our usual). both tasted amazing and held us over until we received our entrees. for my entree, i ordered the chicken shawarma (i've been on a bit of a shawarma kick lately, and for good reason. why haven't i eaten it sooner?!) with a side of french fries. there were about three shawarma (shawarmas? not sure if it should be plural?) with a side of yogurt sauce, and a spicy red sauce. the shawarma exceeded my expectations, and i had about two of them left over after i finished the first. the server graciously offered us to-go boxes, which we happily obliged. overall, our experience at this location was enjoyable despite it being crowded! read more

He was one of the first people we met when we moved here. Every single time we go there, Mike is welcoming, knowledgeable, and so professional. He always has a funny joke. He always has great food recommendations. He has great knowledge of sports and really makes our experience fun every single time. We don't choose a restaurant solely based on the food. We also base it on the service. Mike goes out of his way every single time to remember us and remember our favorite drinks and always takes great care of every customer and employee even though it gets incredibly busy. There's something for everyone at cheesecake factory. This is our default restaurant when everyone wants something different and we want a casual dinner, or after the kids' games when we're all super hungry. There is such a large variety of food and it's all delicious! Some dishes are hit or miss, but we have our favorites that tend to be good every time. My husband used to always get the cajun jambalaya on cilantro rice instead of pasta. Well, they stopped making cilantro rice but the chef is usually accommodating whenever we ask for it. The service is always great, everyone is very friendly. The only negative is that the food has become very expensive. They always had big portions that can be shared, but I feel that the portions have gotten smaller over the years. So unfortunately it doesn't always feel worth it. read more

A big chain restaurant with a WAY too big menu. Cheesecake Factory is always a fun time- the frozen cocktails are SO GOOD- I would come back just to enjoy happy hour at the bar because of them. I opted for the ahi salad and it was served deconstructed which was we off but easy enough to put together- my complaint really is that the amount of tuna on the plate was embarrassingly small. Definitely not worth the cost. My bf got the angel hair pasta and loved it- the pasta was very well cooked. For dessert we shared the chocolate cake (not cheesecake ) as we weren't in the mood for cheesecake. The chocolate cake was a great choice! We got it with a side of vanilla ice cream and devoured it! Chinese chicken salad should be called no-chicken salad! There were probably ten total pieces of chicken in this large salad, the largest one being about one inch X 1/2 inch. The rest of the chicken pieces were 1/2 inch X 1/2 inch. Another guest at our table also ordered this and commented the same - NO CHICKEN in this salad! Every Chinese chicken salad I've ordered, at ALL other restaurants, is served with a sliced chicken breast on the top of the salad. This was the worst Chinese chicken salad I've ever had, especially for the price! Fries were served cold. Server had to be asked to refill water. The cheesecake was good, but VERY overpriced! Our daughter and granddaughters asked us if we would join the for dinner tonight. We met at The Cheesecake Factory. We had already eaten earlier so we just ordered an iced tea and a Kilt Lifter. Our daughter ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta, 1 grand daughter ordered the Chicken Little dinner, the other Granddaughter ordered the Salmon Ceasar Salad. All of the portions were very, very generous and looked very appetizing. The atmosphere was great, clean, friendly and fun. Mikey was an amazing waiter and he did a great, great job!!
