This is a great spot that's always been consistent food wise! We've always been seated right away since we come during the week during lunch time. Each item I've ever ordered is always filling and pretty much everything on the menu is a solid choice. One of my favorites is the garlic shrimp and if you order a meal that comes with cucumbers or lettuce, they are always super fresh and crispy veggies that taste like they just came out of someone's garden. Everyone in my office loved this place and we go as often as we can. It's not in the best area but incredible food. read more

This place has been my favorite pho spot for a while now ! It's local for me and the food is really good, I used to drive down to Rancho so I'm glad I don't have to anymore .The service is always quick and fresh . The food is always delicious. I was pretty satisfied and happy eating here, after searching for good pho restaurant around. I like pho too but my husband is a pho Maniac. The restaurant was clean and-decorated with warm modern theme. I had chef choice pho, it was delicious, had lot of varieties of meats, did not disappoint. Spring rolls were cut nicely, visually appetizing and convenient to eat. We prefer drip ice coffee but it was still tasty. I check in Yelp and got Flan as desert which was delicious. Flan was soo smooth and not overly sweet. Staffs and owner of the restaurant was very kind. Felt welcome and warm vibe, caring about their customers. Recommend !!! read more

I love this place especially during a cold day. The food is always fresh. Today I had the pork dumplings and pork egg rolls and gosh they were to die for. I also tried for garlic shrimp and they were pretty good. The service is exceptional, they always greet you with a smile. Overall the ambience is superb, I highly recommend this restaurant. Chef Pho is the place to come if your looking for a great fusion of the Pho they have everything if your a vegan, a pescatarian, or only eat chicken, and can eat beef / or pork. I will definitely recommend you trying the rocket shrimp, the shaken beef, and the seafood pho some of my favorite dishes. I have been a frequent customer for the last 5 years I even got my husbands family to start coming here and we all have been coming here ever since. The beginning of the pandemic and I will continue to come here as long as I live in Ontario. The ambiance is amazing not to mention the customer service, and the great workers there as Chef Pho as well. read more

The Pho here is delicious. We have yet to eat here. Found this place on Uber Eats, I am glad I found it and tried it. We have ordered delivery twice, and the food is packaged well, and travels well. Drove an hour to meet my friend halfway & was a little thrown off that this place was in a strip mall. But wow was I surprised. We ordered quickly, & got our food just as quickly (2 veggie phos, spring rolls cut to share, & 2 Thai teas). Loved the food delivery from the cat robot haha. I LOVE this pho place. The broth is amazing! Taste is always good never changes. I usually have the steak pho, large (only a $1 extra ) I've had others as well they're all good. The staff is awesome, they're very helpful, I go about once a week so staff usually knows what I am going to order. They have booths along the walls and tables in the middle so it's a big space. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling faces. The place is very clean and inviting. We had 2 different types of pho, egg noodle soup, and chicken fried rice. 2021/03/29 18:00 Great local place for Vietnamese pho and other dishes. They were open for indoor dining, and I had the 53. House Special Clay Pot. Here are the highlights: - The ambiance of the place was very calm and casual. The waiters were very nice, and the food came out quite quickly. - They say that the taste of the soup is the marker of how good a pho place is. I tried some of the soup of the pho that someone else at my table ordered, and it was rich and full of beefy flavour. They definitely also added pepper to their soup, because it was slightly numbing spicy. - My clay pot was very yummy. It was loaded with chicken, shrimp, beef, carrots, broccoli, and various other veggies. There actually wasn't too much rice relative to all the toppings. Interestingly, the rice was soaked in a soup or sauce on the pot, which meant that I didn't get any crunchy scorched rice like you usually would with clay pot rice. That aside, I really liked it and kept burning my tongue trying to eat it too fast. read more

For good pho we all know Bolsa is where you'd find it. But the chef's pho is actually comparable to OC pho. It's good and the prices are decent. Glad I don't have to drive so far for authentic pho. The bun is more Americanized because they don't add all the herbs but still good flavor. read more

Established in 2020.

The Chef's Pho is a family-owned and operated business. It's our first Vietnamese restaurant created and started the Spicy Pho in Ontario. We opened our doors on February 2, 2020. Even though we faced many challenges as a new business during the shutdown, we managed to still bring a little bit of Vietnamese to Ontario with lots of love and passion. Did you know Mr.Duong (Owner and best head chef) and our family created our own Spicy Pho broth recipe? Customers can choose their own spicy level (Level 1- Level 10). With spices and herbs that will make your mouth watery. Guaranteed that Mr. Duong will be making his signature dishes himself when you visit.

That's one of the reasons I don't like Chinese food as much as some, because the meat seems to be lacking. The service was good. The woman behind the counter took my order competently and got the food out quickly. The one customer concession they lacked is the one that usually annoys me in that they sell cans instead of a fountain drink. I found myself in that limbo again where I was thirsty after my first can and I had to decide if it was worth it to pay for yet another soda. Lastly, the ambiance was good. There's ample space here without feeling crowded to the tables next to you. I definitely get the sense you could relax with a book here after your meal. But, overall, even though the food tastes great, the lack of equitable protein for the price and the lack of refills on a soda make this place only okay. If u ever come back I think one or both of those aspects would have to change.

You get a hearty serving of rice with some corn on top, pepper, and green onions. Like other sizzling plate places, you can always get pasta or udon instead of rice, if you're feeling a bit more adventurous. Super hot, filling meal that's easy to eat. Not the most flavorful sometimes, at least with what I order, and in comparison to other competitors, but hits the spot when need be.
